Ovulation buddies starting July 8-14

Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

Anyone having any symptoms today??

I started out last night having mild pulling feelings In my abdomen, been feeling this all days alone with other weird sensations and also having heart palpitations this afternoon. Not sure if it's related or not but that's what you with me what about everyone else ? Anything ?

@Tiff94 yeah I had that twinging lower abdomen pulling yesterday badly. Today its very mild but I am not symptoms spotting because I had all these symptoms last month too and my AF arrived 2 days earlier 🤣🤣

@Tiff94 I did have some weird stabbing pains in my lower tummy last night and I feel really tired today, can barely keep my eyes open. But I'm only 6DPO so trying not to read into it too much!

@Tiff94 I’ve got lower abdominal pains / pulling sensation but I feel like it could just be pre period 😫 due in 8 days so we’ll see xx

I'm due in 9 days! We are very close 🤞🏽 when are you going to start testing? I have two cysts on my right ovary and they are pretty large so I can't tell if my cysts are my cramping which happens from time to time or if it's implantation, it's driving me mad!! Can't wait for all of our BFP! ♥️

@Gab101 ooo so close. I think I’m going to wait and see if AF comes along first and then test if not. What’s your plan?
It’s so hard to tell what’s what at this stage isn’t it! Xxx

Well you go girl because I do not have that much patience in me. I will probably test at 8DPO (due to watching fat to many videos of everyone getting their positives then) and if nothing shows I'd like to believe I won't test again until AF... I haven't got much symptoms just got a good feeling for us all 💕🤞🏽

@Gab101 I love your thinking 🤔 I said last month I'd test a couple days then wait to AF ended up testing everyday haha until AF arrived. I'm 7/8Days off AF I think you myself, @Rjbp20 and @lastbany we all start almost same day or next.

Pains have subsided for me today. Hoping it's not my body getting ready for AF. I hate the pregnancy symptoms and PMS are the same. So confusing. BFP are around the corner now for us girls 😍💜😍💜

@Gab101 I'm 8dpo today but not testing til at least Sunday. As I've read most women will implant at 9dpo so by sun /mon probably better on the test. But good luck what day is that you will test them tomorrow or Sunday?

@Tiff94 I just feel so so bloated! However I feel like a don't feel pregnant haha but from my experience I usually feel like my periods coming but then a just never start bleeding x

@lastbany I've been feeling bloated last 2days too but I had this last month as well so not looking into much.

To be honest, I'd love to say I won't test everyday but who knows. 8DPO will be Sunday! So I'll try then and of course let you all know, are we ok to post BFP on here if we get them? I know some places are sensitive! ♥️😌

I've had really really bad boosting also, and I've been ravenous but nothing has seemed appealing so I've just gone for my usual meals which I have enjoyed - no aversions just not interested in most food although very hungry!

It's also going to be my second AF since coming off the mirena IUD after 18 months so I don't have a clue what the differences are between PMS and symptoms! 😂😫

@Gab101 of course it's fine to post our BFP on here if everyone else is okay with that. I would love to read who does get them each month and love to sort anyone who doesn't. It's a 1 in 4 chance every month for us so fingers crossed 🤞 we see double lines... I I

I keep ready there isn't much difference in symptoms and apparently most people experience nothing so only time will tell for us.

Hi Ladies, I'm a little outside your dates, predicted ovulation date today and AF due 31st.

This is 2nd cycle for baby #1. We're still easing ourselves into the idea of taking this enormous leap so no OPK or BBT just at the moment, I'm just using a period tracking app and no contraception, going freestyle, if you will

Last month I was convinced of course that the first time not using contraception would be the one, and this month I'm convinced it won't happen, so let's see!

@HowFastIsTooFast your welcome to join us I think @Jemmy94 ovulated yesterday/today so your not alone in your dates. I was like you and said we'd go freestyle and was convinced it worked 1st month round so was DH and it didn't happen moment AF arrived I ended up getting some OPKs to try. It's hard once your mind is set on baby mode that's for sure

@Tiff94 I'm so confused with my ovulation 😅 I've had 2 negative opks since Wednesday, but I'm feeling so ill at the moment, i have constant fatigue, high temp yesterday, heart palpitations on Sunday day and Monday and mild crsmpinh so I think i may have ovulate early. Going to keep testing and see what my opks say

@Jemmy94 if you got negative I would say you ovulated yesterday after Wednesday positive. I think you missed your peak like i did. When did you check your temp if it went up then you definitely have ovulated, maybe it was Wednesday but stead of yesterday ?

@Jemmy94 if I don't conceive this month I think I will start using the opks the day AF finishes to catch my surge next month.

I probably might have done but we dtd on those days anyway and before so I might have caught it? My temp on Wednesday was 37.5 and yesterday it was 37.6. These were taken at lunch time though. It could have been before Wednesday as I was getting palpitations and cramps on Monday and Tuesday 🤷‍♀️ I've got a long wait for AF now 😩
