Ovulation buddies starting July 8-14

Hey everyone,

Anyone else just started ovulation or about to start in the next week. Let's start a chat and keep ourselves busy as we head through ovulation and the dreaded 2WW.

Little about me this is my 2 cycle at TTC Baby no.1 I'm about to start ovulation on fri or sat, so going to make the most of this week. I've ordered some IC ovulation sticks hopefully will arrive in next couple days and I will give them a try out. What is everyone else doing to prepare themselves for ovulation???

Hey @Tiff94 I'm CD 7 of 2nd cycle TTC and I AM READY 💪🏽 been taking the vitamins/supplements for a few days now. When should I start the ovulation strips?

@beckyBP I'd start testing today do one and see how the result is if negative just keep doing one a day until positive once pos do twice a day until you see the peak. Last month we started DTD from the day after AF finished for every second day and then did 3 in a row over ovulation day and it worked so fingers crossed sit does for you this month can't wait to hear you tell us about your BFP. I'm doing alright my body getting use to all the new hormones. Been rather nauseous and incredibly sore boobs now. Still a little in awww if this is real or not think I will be until we do the private scan in a week and half.

Have been silently following this thread the last few days whilst in the tww ttc baby no2, previously tested negative on ic’s and a cb a few days ago but had this result on a frer this morning with fmu, not sure if it’s a positive or an indent, think I see colour but is this too faint? AF due today/tomorrow... @

Think it’s because I’ve only just joined mn but looking back through thread it looks very much like your first frer pic, was there much colour to your line or just a hint? Have a cb digital to check in the morning but driving myself mad with nerves/excitement!

@Ambie93 I'd wait a day maybe for the digital the clear blue of mine were very faint with fmu I did my digital in the afternoon too best of luck hope you get your BFP 🤞🤞🤞

@ladylouez just test morning and night and watch for that peak. You will ovulate about 24/36 hours after line is darker then control or tells you peak time xx good luck

So this is today's so far.. is it normal for it to fluctuate so much during the day? Sorry for all the questions - I feel so lost

Hey ladies, this is the first time I'm taking an ovulation test and I don't get it 😩 on Femometer this is coming up as LH 0%. Any advice?

@beckyBP try scanning a couples times in good lighting sometimes the Carmela doesn't pick it up this happened to me I scanned each one about 5 times to see which result were similar I found always one would come up 0% it's just you need to capture the picture good

@ladylouez I think you last picture wasn't captured the best so don't think that would be the actual result. I've heard that LH goes up after lunch time each day you have more until the peak

Oh really thanks @Tiff94 for some reason I find OPKs super overwhelming!

@beckyBP I think everything about TTC can be overwhelming. Just try keep your stress levels down and not think of it as much while around the ovulation time try to just enjoy time with each other.
