@Skip86 I hadn’t even realised chemical pregnancy was a thing until I read about it on here recently. I had spotting aswell which I never normally get.

No sign of a positive OPK here so I’m going to take it that I ovulated earlier on. Atleast next month I will be able to track it from the start. Going to guess that I am now about 6DPO judging by when I had EWCM.

When should u start tracking opk.
I've read not to do 1st thing in the morning. Should I do twice a day? And not to drink much. I'll have to cut back on my water intake those days 🙈

@juno321 @smileyt just lie and say you've been trying a year if you feel your patience is wearing thin!! Tbh by the time u get an appt etc it will be another 2/3 months anyway- if not already pregnant @smileyt (convinced it's this month for you!) the minute you call the docs you will be pregnant in no time probs have to call up like 'hello can I cancel my appt I'm pregnant now' lol!

@cocoblue22 I still see line progression though which is a good thing! If u can hold out testing I would 👍🏽

I love nandos @smileyt @minister2012 you must try and go again once this lockdown is over! I have it every other week lol!

@SmileyT yeah I'm considering doing what your OH is saying. I'm now on cycle 7 of trying "properly" but I guess my main worry is that my mum entered early menopause at 31 (I'm 32) so I don't want to get caught out by that. Shorter cycles can be a sign of being perimenopausal as well so that is definitely playing on my mind too 🙊

@lucyrp any luck on AF? Can we have a MN thread party to celebrate as soon as she arrives?

Does anyone else with a toddler find themselves thinking do I really want another one!? Im having one of those its not even 10am and my 2 year old is driving me batshit crazy already kind of mornings. The thought of being pregnant and dealing with him at the same time when its already so tough not pregnant is feeling less and less appealing by the day.........but I really want him to have a sibling at the same time.

@DKDK123 yes! We were originally going to start trying September last year, but then my youngest step son, who was three at the time, threw an almighty wobbly one day. OH and I just shared this knowing look and I started a new pill pack 😂😂

@DKDK123 yes 🙋🏼‍♀️def me on the toddler thing regularly my head goes "are we really wanting to do this?" Especially with the dogs.

@franklydear that's what I'm afraid of. Getting obsessed and it been the only focus. That why I'm going to give it a few months and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen. We are in a good place. 2 beautiful kids. I dont want sex to be a chore because of ovulating, we enjoy it and I want it to stay like that.

I'm fed up today. Bfn on a frer 16dpo/3days late. No sign of af. Cd35 today (not yesterday like i thought, lost count) when I got the bfn on frer 12dpo I was like fine af lets be having you, the longer it drags on the more I feel like it should be a bfp! Had only done cheapy tests inbetween and got my hopes up again this morning that a frer might pick up a line. Grrrrr

@2alreadywantanother back in November that's the plan we made, try for a year and see what happens, investigations and IVF would take too long, longer than we are comfortable with, so either it happens or it doesn't, I have to say coming off the pill, sex is not a chore

@franklydear I wasnt on pill or that so hoping that helps our chances. Hope I'm still ovulating. Opk should tell. Have some for this month. Never used them b4

@Katao god love u. Is ur cycle normally regular? Hopefully ur one if those that spent show bfp until well after af is due. But know where u are coming from. By fri if af isnt here I'll be like wtf.

@Minster2012 😂 too funny. That reminds me of when my mum told me I had a right strop at her when I found her sanity pads at the age where she had just got me out of nappies. I thought it wasn't fair that she could wear them and I wasn't allowed haha

@Franklydear a new baby might calm your son down. My mum said my brother was an absolute nightmare and the minute I turned up he changed and wanted to help with the baby. So there's a chance it could happen 😆
