@Newbie0818 I did thanks 😊. Oh god how did you respond to your aunt? It's like they forgot what they went through. My mum was having a go at me for not sticking to not drinking for longer than a month, even tho I only said I'd do a month. She took a year to have my sister and I'm sure she drank!

@Minster2012 ahh I'm so sad for you and OH about the ring, it's the most frustrating thing when you lose something sentimental and I've never been married so can't imagine how it feels with something so important. I got a letter from the police station a couple weeks ago because somebody had handed in my wallet with all my cards in it, never imagined it would be found so fingers crossed a kind soul finds it x

@notyetamumbuttrying I just change the subject or laugh it off. I even told her I have pcos in a text the other day and said "it will take a while for us to have kids too" you'd think that would be hint enough! Ah few about the drinking, people have conceived with worse, I think it's so easy to get carried away with it all and forget to actually live life during it.

That is so gutting about the ring, I totally get the feeling. Any chance you can go back tomorrow and have another look with fresh eyes?
Especially if it did go into DS's pocket and then came out away from the table-plus things bounce in the weirdest direction. For a ring with sentimental value it's got to be worth crawling on your hands and knees for a bit lol.

And as for chicken salt and chicken crimpys-chicken salt is literally a chicken flavoured salt you have on hot chips and is mega addictive and so nice. A bit like chicken seasoning but much nicer. Chicken crimpys are crackers like ritz crackers but chicken flavour and we used to buy boxes of them to eat on the road when we were living in our car as we didn't have a fridge.

I get asked A LOT whether I'll be having another one as my little girl was 2 in March.
Before my miscarriage I used to be very non-committal however I have recently started saying "Yes we'd love another, we're trying our best" and it seems to have done the trick as people who would always asking have now stopped lol. Obviously close friends and family know the situation so they know we're actually ttc but with acquaintances and work colleagues etc saying the above seems to politely imply that they're asking quite a sensitive and personal question so could they perhaps shut the fuck up 😂😂

@Blodyn91 that's a good idea actually taking the dogs, when I've walked and lost their leads I've asked them to "find it" and they actually have (maybe their gundog training isn't all lost despite being sofa dogs predominantly!) and so perhaps 🤔we had come to closing time & the end of DS's attention span by the time we'd already checked for over 45 mins.

@Lucyrp sounds like a Perfect evening & what a great treat to look forward to in a couple of weeks too

Something I will definitely be following this cycle😂😂 oh new test date for me is 2nd August, af not due until the 5th but need to take these period delaying tablets 3 days before af is due so will use an frer to test in the morning of when I need to take this tablets to see if I've been lucky enough to catch🤞🏼

@Newbie0818 I tested on Thursday and Friday and both whiter than white. That would have been 11 DPO and 12 DPO so pretty sure it's a no. AF is due anytime now so will know for definite soon!

Not sure if many of you read my little rant to @Vil10 about the unfairness of my friend who's been trying for years to conceive and started the ivf process a few months ago? Well by some fluke they managed to have a transfer done between two lockdown periods in Melbourne, there was basically only a few weeks when elective procedure restrictions were lifted (Melbourne has had lots of Covid cases again and is back in lockdown now).
Anyways, just spoke to her and she's 10 weeks preg!! I was crying like an absolute baby! So so happy for them 💗 everyone's turn will come! And when it does that baby will be the one that was meant to be part of your life 💗

In a similar vein Femometer showed me a lovely infertility article this morning. Yay happy Monday Femometer I think I've worked that one out you fucker. Might have to call the IVF clinic to find out their thoughts on being over a week late & nothing

Morning ladies, I actually sat and back tracked through last year and AF visited 5 times!! So after lots of counting days we have established I have a cycle of 59 days (whether I bleed or not) and I ovulate 10 days before AF due and those days tie in with when I would of conceived in May, so basically ignoring the mc would mean AF should be due 27th July. But 59 days from mc means she could appear 14th august. So yeah...I kinda have 2 dates which are possible atm...so il now be testing on 21st july (14 dpo) and if AF doesn't show by 27th and test is negative then I should ovulate on 4th august... and funnily enough my premom has 4th august as my next ovulation date too. So yeah after many many years I finally have an idea of how my cycle works 😁😂

I know I definitely ovulated on 7th 100000% which would be 20 days before AF so I guess my cycle this month is abit messy due to the mc last month. X

@lucyrp have you had any spotting? I wonder if that's your angle to get taken seriously by the docs as they'd be terrified of turning you away in case it's cancer related (obv it's not, but that's the easiest way to get seen apparently!). My friend's gyno told her that if she ever needs to get a quick referral to the gyno, just say you are bleeding mid cycle 🙊.

Did my first CB digital OPK this morning, feel like I've moved into 'pro' testing territory 😂 starting on CD9 as my cycles are either 29 or 30 days so went with 29 for the sake of when to start.

Exciting to almost be back in FW, we are aiming for every other day starting from Wednesday and ovulation so far predicted for a week today 🤞🏼
