@Vil10 just reiterating what others have said, just because somebody has it 'worse' doesn't mean you can't feel shitty sometimes. My friends have always joked how fertile my family is, everyone has kids and nobody seems to have struggled apart from the woman my uncle married and everyone constantly spoke about it when I was growing up. I always thought it would be so easy for me and once I got pregnant I'd have a baby and everything would be fab. When I MC I felt like i didn't have the right to be as sad as some had tried for years and lost and we weren't even trying but fuck it we all have the right to feel down. P.S that breakie looks lush 😍

@SmileyT praying I can get on this July graduates bus! I'm due on again around the 29th, haven't ovulated yet so don't know exact date. To be fair I just wanna get on any graduates bus at the moment 😝 how you feeling then? You told anyone other than OH yet?

@Vil10 Hows Malham? I love it there. Love a good trip up to Yorkshire, we stayed near Skipton for a week for dads 60th. And I totally get the rant. Some days you feel totally fine and understand that TTC isnt easy, but then some days you just think its totally unfair!
My best friend just gave birth to her 3rd on Friday! She took a year to convieve him despite first two being quick.

@2020mission was it you thats a dry cut girl? Ill join you, I spend about £50 on my hair every year, 2/3 cuts 🙈 im naturally blonde, only ever coloured it red when Freddie Ljunberg did his Mawhawk red at the football world cup, back in 2001 I think 😂 Our primary school allowed it back in those days.

Had a day out cycling in the cotswold yesterday with two friends I hadn't seen since Feb, came home to pizza and red wine 😍 Unfortunately the swimmers ended up un the wrong tunnel 🙈 only CD6 so might as well have naughty drunk sex right 😅 guessing I don't log it on my app 😂😂😂

@LittleRa Thanks to all who replied to you re house moving. Our house getting valuated tomorrow so um sanding and painting skirting boards today, whilst OH shampoos the carpets. Thing is we know we can sell, but cant find our dream house.....do we just sell up and rent/move in with parents??

@Vil10 Yeah I'm feeling better this morning! Just been for a smear test too which for some reason I was really nervous about even though my last one was fine but this one was fine too! Having a 'normal' trip out to the local garden centre which is nice. That breakfast looks amazing!

@blodyn91 🙋‍♀️ yes that's me, dry cuts! I must sound boring... I do actually style my hair and curl it some days. I just have never saw the point in paying double the money and time at the hairdressers to have them wash and dry it for me. I wash it in the morning and it's then so quick to pop in for 15 mins for them to cut a few inches off. Does the job! I think this will change when I need to commit to hair dyes to cover white hair though 😆

@blodyn91 im not even going to lie and say I will wait till Tuesday. I am definitely going on a test hunt today and will be on about a hundred before then 🤣🤣

I told my dd (nearly 13yrs old) that she would be first to know and even shes telling me to get more 🤣🤣 poor hubby lying asleep oblivious to the carnage going on in my head 🤣🤣🤣

@2020mission Im the same 😂 My hair is just so straight anyway, bit annoying when I want it curled. I do treat myself to styling it if I have a big occasion like a wedding to go to, because all I can do really is a messy bun or french platts

I saw a pregnancy announcement on Facebook yesterday and thought it was lovely. A couple obviously ttc for a while and it started with 'after 4 long years of trying we can finally announce....' and it made me realise that there are so many out there struggling to conceive and people don't realise.

I've always been lucky that I've caught very quickly. I cant imagine how it must be for some of u ladies on here ❤❤

Others can be so inconsiderate but keep ur chin up and u will get your day hopefully sooner rather than later ❤❤

@Vil10 yeah sounds like your mum had different circumstances. I asked mum how long it took for her to conceive me and she said 6 months which felt like forever and that she cried every time she got her period so I feel ok about it taking that long

@SmileyT can you put me down to test 8th August? I am chilling a bit, af was 4 days this time, 2 with proper flow, 1lightand last spotting, I am hoping this means cycles back to normal and a better chance, I am trying to keep hope up, while making my peace if it doesn't happen

@mococo1 I rambled on about our finances- how I need paid mat leave - Said I'm broody but don't want to struggle financially/ and it's only a matter of waiting 9/10m so I can wait! Maybe say your mat leave policy has changed?

The response I got was: oh you poor thing can totally understand having to wait, it's not much longer for you and it makes good sense to do that and be financially stable👍🏽 tbh We couldn't care less about money at all 🤣

Completely switched off yest. Kids were at their aunts. We had friends over then when their babysitter was to be let go we ended up in theirs 😂 luckily they are only around the corner. 3am we wobbled home 🙈 but it was just wat I needed. A proper blowout. And af arrive full flu so finally can say cd1. If I catch this cycle I'd be pregnant for my 40th🙈

Just caught up briefly, as Minster said those friends are twatfaces! So insensitive. Don't listen to them! People just don't get it, that's why my pregnancy "announcement" is going to be really open and honest about how difficult ttc can be for some people, so I hope all the people that have dropped us hints, asked us outright when we're going to have a baby, and been looking at my belly since we got married, will finally understand that you shouldn't be so nosy and intrusive.

Beautiful hair ladies! I just can't be bothered with all that, though I do like getting dressed up now and again. I'm so looking forward to a haircut 😱

Not much to update from my end, apart from god awful jaw pain the last few days. No not because of what you're thinking!
I'm not feeling so obsessed this month, but still tracking for ovulation, we're just trying to enjoy some time for us right now, and our little animal family 🐶🐢

@Mococo1 lol! That's a good angle, will try it or I'm just gonna say we are trying and it's taking fucking ages, Fuck off 😂 I'm sure that'll go down well with my sisters in-laws and new family 😆

@Newbie0818 it would be great if everyone making those baby announcements were honest! From the outside it always looks as thought everything went perfectly and was easy, but I'm sure a lot of these people had some of the same hard months and BFNs before getting there.

@2alreadywantanother haha 🤣 mine was far from sober! I had a house party and got so wrecked. I had to go to my room and sober up and a bit before I could come bk out 😂
@2020mission yeah I'm almost certain they did too! I suppose ppl don't want to talk about what happened and just focus on what's to come. It's interesting for me now going through it as I'll be mindful when/if I get to do a pregnancy announcement post.

@Catherinettc you're not crazy there's 100% something there. That's exactly like mine looked (if not a bit darker than mine was) 2 days ago.

I'd say wait 2 days and test again but I didn't 😂. Though I would say I saw no real change in 24 hours and only saw progression as of this morning so if you can resist don't torture yourself x
