@Mococo1 I had really thick CM just after ovulation last month, that only lasted a few days then became more watery so hopefully it's a good sign for you x

@blodyn91 we've just got home, it was lovely!! The dogs loved it, I'll attach some pics! It's like a rollercoaster isn't it! Every woman and every journey and pregnancy is so different, our bodies are magical but crazy things!

I need a small moan. Well maybe a large one. We've just been for late Sunday lunch, at a local farmshop cafe. Sat outside so DS could run around it's lovely sunshine here, what a pleasant bday weekend. So far so good. DH playing with his wedding band. Takes it off rubs his finger in the heat. He has a tight one due to not catching in manual job. Puts it on the menu on the table. DS moves from sat next to me eating to next to daddy, him & DH then go play on the tractors as I finish my food having cut DSs up & helped him earlier. I'm still eating. Those with DC know the score. DH goes with DS to get him an ice cream. Sit down. "Shit I've not got my ring on".

And there we have it. One lost platinum wedding band. (Mine is NOT platinum, his is as he has manual job & is wider so rubs so would forever need rerhodium plating if white gold). Ages of looking later & nothing.

Toddler could have put it in his "pocket like he is obsessed with before playing with tractors in the long grass", a gust of wind could have got it when napkins went floating earlier. Who knows. But he took it off like I hate (he doesn't ever take it off at home just plays with it) & now it's lost.

😱😫😭😢I know it's only a thing. It is. It can be replaced. But not from that day.

He's very apologetic as you would expect, pretty gutted & says he's very silly.

Sad times.

@Minster2012 ahhh how frustrating!! I would feel the same. It's so sentimental and can be replaced but like you say, you know it's not the one you placed on his finger on the day. I take it you've riffled through DS's pockets etc?

@minster2012 I'm the one who had the army couples dinner yday! Was a 12 h sesh in the end, finishing at 3am and I am still feeling horrendous as a result 😅. Had so much fun though. I'm sorry to hear about the ring but I second letting the café know about it!

@Franklydear that's a really promising sounding period! My period take two was just 2 days again and I'd maybe call it medium on day 1 and light on day 2.

Just catching up, back from an afternoon in the park with my friend and families, feels good to do something normal again, next weekend, dinner in one of the houses, we are going forward,
@Juno I stopped taking the pill in November 😱 I thought I would be back to normal straight away and pregnant soon, how wrong was I, but I am now more hopefull after this more like it period, @SmileyT yes, relax for now, let's see if I can keep that up in the tww, the plan is to ignore it's existence and just wait for af due date... (stop rolling your eyes)

@Minster2012 I feel your pain my DH lost his original wedding ring too by taking it off and playing with it when he was on a night out he thinks he left it on the bar and when he went back it was gone I was sooooo annoyed! Men eh 🙄 couldn't afford to buy the exact same one again so now he has a cheaper replica but he isn't bothered he says it's what it means not the actual ring 🙄 I was still gutted x

@Cocoblue22 yeah I know what you mean, the men prob aren't bothered, well DH says he is, he says it means something from the day but it won't be like us. I cried all the way down the aisle cos I was told I wasn't going to be alive & was being sick everyday from my chemo I was so emotional that I had made it the 5 months to our wedding at that point. It means a lot. He's the first male in his family to wear a ring as they aren't bothered & they've always done manual jobs where it can be an issue (or that was their excuse, I told him that was no excuse & he agreed it was important) so it means a lot to me that we made it. But yeah, it can be replaced.

We told the cafe straight away as they saw us scrabbling in the grass under the table 🤦🏼‍♀️😢😬, we can only hope but we looked for ages and it was sunny so we hoped we would see it glinting in the sun but not to be 🙈😖

Hey guys! Sorry had a seriously busy day at work and I tried catching up but got to about 11am and thought it would take me all night to catch up. Anyone care to fill me in on what I've missed ?? After work me and my best friend went for an hour walk down by the river which was lovely and now having stir fry for tea😋 we realised also that a week we had both booked off in two weeks time the weather is 21 degrees so we'll defo be going for some nice walks and a few pints in a beer garden no doubt. My diet starts tomorrow too so not sure whether I feel happy about that or not 😂🙈

@Minster2012 aww I feel your frustration! Men just don't think sometimes. Saying that, I took my engagement ring off once to moisturise my hands and forgot to put it on. An hour later we were both running around the house and I was practically shitting myself that I'd lost something so expensive, turns out it was right where I left it 🙄 I really really hope you get it back :(

Also just had a lovely day in my aunts garden. I honestly lost count of the amount of times she mentioned us starting to try for a baby 😢 I would have thought of all people she would know better as it took her nearly 20 years to conceive... I love my family but my gosh they just don't think sometimes gah! Rant over. Had a fab cream tea though so that's a plus 👍🏻

@Minster2012 i hope someone will find and hand in his wedding band, but completely get how you feel as it does have sentimental value even if it is just an object. Definitely try to put it to the back of your mind for now though and remember the wedding and your relationship is what really matters 💕 all will be fine.

@Newbie0818 I'm doing ok thanks. Just getting fed up waiting for AF. I've stocked up on my grapefruit juice, seeds and Brazil nuts tonight ready for the next cycle. I had completely convinced myself this was the month because I've been feeling so knackered all the time despite having a good 8 hour sleep every night (thanks to working from home!) and my boobs have been quite sore. They do get sore some months a week before AF but for some reason this cycle the pain has stuck around. My husband hugged me an hour ago and my nipples hurt from the squeeze 😆 torture. Hope you're doing well? My mum is also bad for saying "when am I getting grand kids" it's a year since we got married now and I'm 32 so I have a feeling it's going to get more frequent 😑
