Have you been testing everyday @katao? I literally don't have any urges to POAS currently, but with a very clear white FRER & I guess I was told I hadn't ovulated so it kinda takes the wondering out for me, I'm just trying to enjoy the banging 😂cos it's made us have more sex!!

For those asking this was my second cycle off the pill, long cycles of 34-37 days. I’m 14dpo today, based on my app (P.C. Period Calculator), I hadn’t used any OPKs yet. I’ve been taking the pregnacare conceive pills and DP been taking the men’s ones! Got the double pack the the women’s and men’s. I drank grapefruit juice (Tropicana golden grapefruit and pink grapefruit) during first part of cycle before ov and ate pumpkin seeds (couldn’t get any flax seeds!) and then after ov I drank pomegranate juice (POM brand, the bobbly bottle) and ate sunflower and sesame seeds. We pretty much did SMEP but pushed back a little due to long cycle- DTD every other day in the lead up then every day in FW. Did a few varieties of times of day, morning/evening. I did eat chocolate and also drank frozen margaritas with my sister around the end of FW! I’ve also had a couple of baths (not too hot) which I was scared to do the first cycle. Oh, we used preseed lube this cycle. I didn’t particularly notice any cervical mucus of any note so I’m guessing that maybe helped too.

I’m meant to be doing some work (at home) but am too distracted.... 😂

• BBT tracking!
• don't over exercise/drink too much caffeine/ smoke/drink excessively

-Losing weight always helps IF you are overweight 😩 -PMS/Early Pregnancy symptoms are the same and progesterone likes to trick us😩😩😩

• as @blodyn91 said wine Oreo, pouffe, sofa sex and pizza are all essential! Apparently Mac Donald's chips are eaten after ivf transfer as sodium helps implantation so everyone get some chips at around 5/6dpo!
• CM should be nice and stretchy but u will find this difficult as semen seems the same 😂

Af still hasnt surfaced buy have spotting/staining on wipe. Wish it would just get here already and I can start on CD1. It will prob be full force tonight while I'm in my sisters bed (staying over babysitting) 😂😂 then sat night shes keeping my 2 while I drink the head off myself 😂😂 I might even get pizza over the wkend lol

@Minster2012 i did frers cd30, 31 and 35 (not even dealing in dpo anymore because I clearly didn't ov when I thought or maybe at all!) And a few cheapies in and out between to quench the urge to poas so not every day but too often 😂

@2020mission you sound like me every month, trying something new in hoping that it makes all the difference! You could try 2/3 Brazil nuts in tww. After ov and until af shows. Something in them is meant to help with implantation. It's good Dh stays positive, mine started getting down after month 9. I'm on the coQ10 and EPO! Plus a number of others cos why not 🤷🏾‍♀️ I'm at the "will try anything now stage"

Thanks for thinking of me @Minster2012 🥰 I was awol today because of my usual crazy Friday long drive then working on the house (instead of cleaning pigeon shit from the roof space, today I cleaned out 2 cubic metres of rubbish from UNDER the house. Not fun)
I also had to don gloves and bag and bin a dead pigeon from a wall cavity 🤢🤢 sorry to the animal lovers out there 😬 they are an introduced species here and classed as feral pests ("rats of the sky"). Still GROSS.

So no rest for me, but not much more cramping, and the very light bleeding slowed over a few hours and is now gone, so hoping that's a good sign. Thanks again to everyone for all the thoughts and love when I was stressing about it yesterday xx

@SmileyT glad you had a nice evening! I've got 4FRERs (that have just arrived even tho I ordered them on Monday) and 3 digitals haha! Gonna use the digitals every Tuesday for next three weeks and prob use FRERs up over the next week or so. I've booked an early scan at 7weeks at a private clinic x

@DB20 I don't think I can see anything but if I were you id try a FRER because ICs can be delayed in picking it up. Also sometimes you can't see it on a photo and can in real life so could be that x

@2020mission it's normal to feel fed up sometimes but you will soon have babies to fill that nice new house don't worry and moving to a new house itself is so exciting so you should still go for it x

@LittleRa all my apps are coming up slightly differently depending on where I look for due date but I'm around the 18th-20th March just one day ahead at 4w1day or 15dpo. Ahh I've not told anyone but tempted to tell my little sister x

@SmileyT the gp apt is pretty much just to get a referral for the obstetrician and standard bloods. I think our system is really different to yours though? Because I have private health I choose an OB (I see a specialist pre term birth prevention one) and am then under her care for the full term of the pregnancy. But you need a gp referral anyway. It's all a bit complicated, and EXPENSIVE.

@Cocoblue22 yeah was working from LMP but depends on cycle length if you use NHS site and then some work from ovulation date, doesn't really matter as they'll date it anyway ☺️ I'm feeling great right now just hope this lasts. You been feeling any different yet? xx
