Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 2

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

See attached my current chart - at 10DPO my RHR is at it's all time high this cycle and has not started to decline for AF yet. Fingers crossed!

I popped out this afternoon to do the food shopping and accidentally purchased some FRER 🙈 taken one and I’m sure there’s a line? Can you see anything? I won’t take offence if you can’t! I’d love your honesty! Thanks!

@BabyDust13 mine peaks but other peoples can dip I believe :)

@mumof23188 I can see something but is a squinter! How many DPO are you?

@LS2020 massive squinter but more obvious in real life. I’m 11dpo. My HR revised and is 64 now!

Thanks for the welcome, I've figured out how to add the chart I think! Not always great at wearing my fitbit everyday but have since I transferred the embryo (green dot)

I was on ivf drugs for a few weeks before so doubt I'll have ovulated naturally and haven't really tracked before, from what I remember it's just always hovered around 59 and been pretty consistent. Hoping the raise is a good thing!?

@mumof23188 im really bad at reading tests in photos, I have bad eyesight! Can you see colour in real life?

@Fran2020 yes it has some colour! It’s more obvious in real life. Just struggling to get a pic!

@mumof23188 yeah it's so hard to take clear photos. Have you shown your partner?

@mumof23188 Keeping my fingers crossed for you! Will you show him and see what he thinks? I'm feeling alright thank you, still having some weird cramping. But I had some kind of cramping last month. Not sure when to test.... I have some ICs, and FRER and tests for the CBFM. I don't want to test too early.

@Fran2020 thank you ☺️. No haha because he doesn’t have a clue. With my last baby I showed him the positive test and he was like what does that mean 😂. Glad you are ok! Definitely leave it a couple of days! Cramping can be a good thing ☺️

@2alreadywantanother how are you doing? How did DH react to your lovely announcement? Thank you ☺️. Did another OPK and it’s practically positive again!! Did you use the cheapie ov sticks?

@mumof23188 yeah and litterly got a peak on 1. That was it. So wasnt feeling too confident. I'm shattered but other than that I'm good.
He was buzzing, it was do funny but cute too. Like me he cant believe it happened so quick

@2alreadywantanother yes I had my peak CD13 but have had a decent line since and some more positives! Really strange! Ahh that’s so lovely ☺️, glad you are feeling ok!

I dont get what opks do at this stage?
I definitely wouldn't rule u out on that chart

@2alreadywantanother nothing really 😂. Can show positive if you are pregnant but can also show hormone surge before AF! Thank you! I’m trying not to believe I am because it’s so hard when AF shows!

I just wanted to share my RHR graph with you guy.

Got my bfp and as u can see I marked where I think I ovulated. See where it rises then drops, also see the up and down (I think that's implantation) I had twinges here also. This looked like I was out as I'd normally rise here.
My normal pattern is marked where it would rise up high then drop for af.
Hope this is of help to some.
