Oh hello to my July bus bitches! Buzzing for this weekends testing and not so buzzing for the AF's 😬 I can feel my wonderful pms cramps and headaches so I might not even test and just wait for AF to come on Friday. Will update either way!
Eek to the annoying parents! My parents know and I'm my mum would ask is it too soon to test every two minutes and then my sis got pregnant and she went into overdrive lol! I had to tell her to not ask me anymore and I'll tell her when there's something to tell. It worked as she's not said a word in months now phew 😅
@wellIsawthatcoming 4 years wow!! I've been 10 months and been complaining so don't know how 4 years must feel. I'm guessing it's just unexplained fertility then? How wonderful if you get your bfp this month 😊

I dont have an amazing close relationship with my mum, & in fact it was her snide comment about "well we don't want anymore babies from you thanks" that sent me to get an early scan as I hadn't felt any different that showed it hadn't progressed. So I envy those that do. I actually have a "closer" relationship with MIL

Mine are 25,21,12,1.

Swore after 3 I was done but got very broody last few years. Took 10 months with my 1 year old and we said we’d try for 2 close together because the others are so much older and I wanted him to have someone close in age if that makes sense. I got pregnant when he was 6 months old and she was a little girl. It wasn’t to be though and CVS confirmed Edwards and fluid on her heart and belly. I do worry lots as I’m 40 now but my heart broke when I lost her and I think only of holding another baby in my arms.

I know I’m lucky to have the others but they are grown, working and my 12 year old suddenly has no interest in us. My little boy is an absolute ball of fun and energy and I just love having him. If I can get one more chance at it I know I have to try ❤️

@Juno231 Her job is giving other parents advice as a social work manager as well 😂she loves me in her own way but if I'm lucky enough to have a daughter I'll try my best to keep some comments to myself x

@Minster2012 the only pms signs I get is that i get even more hungry than usual. I'm either CD 7/8 or 9! Thinking more like 7/8 but gosh I feel sick only in the last two hours though! Felt exhausted yesterday fell asleep in the afternoon and was so tired I went to lie down at 6.30pm and went to sleep about 9. as if your mum said that to you that's terrible how dare she say that x

@Minster2012 just saw your post on the other thread about pms nausea. For me it hits about 3 days before af is due, think it's to do with progesterone peaking. Nausea and/ or vomiting usually just for a few hours or a day max then settles down again.

Hey all, hope you're all having a better day than me. We had a company wide zoom call early this afternoon where the boss said they are making redundancies and pay cuts. Thankfully late afternoon I heard my job is not at risk but I've had a slight pay cut along with everyone else in the company. Such a relief as if I've conceived this month I'd have been worried about having no job. Wouldn't want to be job hunting while pregnant 😬

@SmileyT ohh I've stopped taking OPKs but you've got me worrying now that I should have kept going if that can happen late on! What CD are you today? I took one yesterday and the day before and both were low and I had a high last week so assumed that was the ovulation over.

@notyetamumbuttrying honestly, without being too intense, it feels life changing. A lot of it has obviously been really, really shit - but actually we're both grateful for the ways it's all changed us. It feels like a good thing to be on the other side of all the tests etc. And it'll happen. The good news is, no guarantees obviously, but the doctors we're under are confident it will, we just have to keep going.

So... Mums... I'm guessing no-one else has had the conversation where your Mum offers to be your surrogate yet, then? 😏 Thanks Mum, but I think we'll keep going as we are for now! I think she was half serious... 😆

It mean Termination for medical reasons. My baby had Edwards Syndrome, fluid in the heart and chest and also the abdominal wall had failed to close. 😔 it was an awful decision to make but I wanted to spare her any pain.

Yeah I almost forgot what it’s like to have a baby. He was born at 32w6 days and only weighed 4lb 10. He was 1 on Friday and you’d never know he was a preemie

@Balajake oh I'm so sorry to have asked (I'm still getting used to the MN codes). That's so sad you poor thing that must of been a horrendous thing to go through. I can completely understand your decision to spare her pain I am so sorry for your loss x

@Cocoblue22 don’t be sorry it’s ok, we’re here to support each other in tough times. So many brave ladies here with their own challenges and heartache. I found a great support group here so hopefully I can go on to have a healthy baby with no worries xx
