10dpo today and weird pain low down middle when I coughed a few times this morning, sore boobs are back and have seemed to increased from yesterday! On 10dpo last cycle all I had in my apps was af cramps and sore boobs and nipples had gone, but not this time...

@TTCmummy2021 ohh that makes sense! Bet you're rushed off your feet, and cN imagine it being strange with everything going on!! Unfortunately no, there's Zika virus in Mexico so if you go whilst pregnant and get bitten it can cause deformities in your child and birth defects and if a woman has travelled to somewhere with Zika virus she has to wait 2 months to conceive and if the man has you have to wait a further 3!!!
It does say on the nhs website that there are precautions you can take but I suppose we can cross that bridge when we come to it and see what our options are but I wouldn't risk going somewhere that could harm my baby xx

@Skip86 a whole year that's madness! My friend moved bk to Adelaide last year and I wanted a good excuse to fly the other side of the world to see her! I guess one more year won't hurt. We were originally gonna meet in the middle and they were gonna join us in Bali for part of our honeymoon last September lol, prob for the best they didn't in the end! 😅

@lucyrp you might not be out of sync your af might come next week when some of ours will then we will all be at some stage again! I'm not feeling hopeful at all this morning I think I'm 7/8dpo and feel like I'm out again not sure why just do 😩 x

I've done that Gillian michaels 20 min shred and that's quite good to do at home. It's 20 min a day and there's three levels so they gradually get harder supposedly you drop a dress size in a month if you do it every day I got it off amazon x

Mines 64 today so it’s up again. Wish I got OPK’s so I can actually know when I ovulate. It’s like a guessing game otherwise.

Today I feel crampy again and lower back a bit sore. 7/8dpo here so fingers crossed its implantation 🤞

@mumof23188 never noticed a pattern with HR before, but looking at this cycle, during AF it was below 50, around 53 before ovulation, then 56-58 after ovulation. It dropped last time on day 1 of AF

@blodyn91 honestly I'm freakishly strong, think it's just genetics, within my first couple months in the gym I could deadlift like 90kg which the PT said was crazy considering I'd never trained before... I get it from my dad 😂

@Vil10 shit you've made me think about Zika I didn't even consider this when booking Barbados in November, does this mean that I can't go if I fall before then? Just did a quick google and it says they have no reported cases but have had cases in the past what does this mean!? 🤯

@blodyn91 yes mine seems to do the same. I had a big drop of 3bpm on day 1 of AF.

With my last pregnancy I ovulated really early on CD 10 and got my BFP at 13dpo. So I’m wondering if it will be roughly the same this time.

@notyetamumbuttrying 👍 my dates were bang on all the way through aswell. I used OPKs to track last time. I was 3 weeks when I found out!

Morning all! Thanks for the cheer leading, you are a lovely bunch 😚 I haven't caught up, I just wanted to update you. I did a frer this morning, 11dpo. Looked at it, blank. Gave myself a little pep talk about accepting the result and on to next cycle etc. Brought the test out to the bedroom and then in different light thought I could see something! I'm really not sure, the lines are so thin on the frers but I think i may have a squinter!! It was in the timeframe. I did a cheapy and can't see anything on it. I guess I just have to wait and see but I have a little be of hope or wishful thinking, not sure which. I'll attach a photo but not not sure its much use. (No congratulations please, I'm trying to reserve judgement 🙂)

Cool @mumof23188 love getting reassurances like this! U must have short cycles then? I'm 24 days so constantly feel like I'm on my period lol but more chances in a month to conceive! I'm month 10 but heading into cycle 11 if I come on tomorrow (which I think I will).

@SmileyT I did think the zika thing when you spoke about Barbados but figured you were okay with the risk! It's so so low. First you have to be bit by mozzies, then a rare mozzies with zika, and even then depending on the trimester only a very low percentage of the zika infected pregnant people will have any problems off the back of it. It's basically a percentage of a percentage of a percentage 🤷‍♀️. My friends who have families in India kept going back whilst pregnant and thought the whole zika thing was wildly exaggerated considering the odds. Just in case that makes you feel better!

@mumof23188 I'm on 69 still at 7 dpo. Was 60 during AF, 71 at ovulation and has remained pretty high in the TWW so far. Do you know at all where in your cycle you are now then? TWW hopefully?

@notyetamumbuttrying do you get any symptoms before AF? Yeah I bet you do 😩 but yes that’s a good way to look at it, more chances. I don’t have short cycles which is what totally confused me. Usually 28 days but I got very lucky and got BFP on cycle 2. Although since I stopped breastfeeding they’re a bit all over the place but I’ve only had 3 so finding it hard to track this time.

@Katao I'm afraid I can't see anything on that one ☹️ but sometimes they don't photograph well. Maybe it's still a bit early 🤞🏻 will you try again in a few days? X

How do people rate ICs? AF due tomorrow. Peed on an IC this morning with FMU (held all night) and not even a squinter. Total blank :(

@Juno231 that sounds promising 🤞 is that usual for you? Mine dropped from 64 to 60 for AF and has now gone to 63. No idea where I am really, Fitbit says 5th for ov and Flo says 6th. Had lots of EWCM a few days ago. OPK’s aren’t being delivered until the 7th!

@2alreadywantanother really hoping so but last cycle I was 80% sure I was going to get a BFP and I didn't so trying to be realistic!!X

@SmileyT oh god sorry for making you worry!! I'm not sure with Barbados, I know it's in Jamaica as my cousin got married there a few years ago so they had to wait a while after they got home before trying for another baby! I'd maybe speak to your gp let them know you're TTC and see what they say?? I'm going to wait and see if I get pregnant and then ask my gp what my options are! Like @Juno231 said I don't think the risk of very high and if I can have a vaccine or something to protect me from it or take caution then I could consider it, I think I'll just cross that bridge when I come to it!x

@Cocoblue22 @Juno231 I can't see anything on that picture either 😂 but I feel like I can in reality. Trying to manage my expectations though as I feel like at 11dpo it either should be positive or negative surely? My LP looks like 12 days going off last 2 cycles so due Saturday. Ideally I would wait 2 days and test again if no af but once I start poas its hard to stop so probably test again in the morning.

@Braxos I think most ppl test with FRER as a lot don't show up on ICs til after AF due (a fair bit) but I'm not sure really

@mumof23188 I had a cycle like this 3-4 cycles ago. All I can think of is that there's a left/right ovary divide in symptoms lol. I had three cycles in a row where I had ovulation pain on the right, those were all CD16 and average RHR was lower than what I've got right now. But then beginning of April I had no ovulation pain, ovulated CD12/13 and had super high and obvious RHR patterns, just like this cycle!

@Cocoblue22 I'm the same! I think the penultimate one got to 1000 after a while so I have my fingers crossed lol.

@Braxos really depends on the IC! Some of them are so not sensitive you might as well be peeing on your hands, others like easy@home are supposed to be 10miu. So not as sensitive as a FRER but still quite good and a heck of lot cheaper!
