@Katao I'm hoping it will be your BFP I thought I saw colour in mine and like an actual line and its still there to this day I haven't thrown it sad I know but it wasn't meant to be clearly ☹️ wait and test again in a few days and hopefully your line will be darker 😁😁

Minster2012 · 02/07/2020 14:27

@Vil10 I have that feeling too! And I've started feeling sick again & headache now so I've totally got the symptoms for PMS flu type @Katao it's ridiculous. It's also Cos I wiped brown a couple of days ago then nothing since so I thought oh AF coming but not yet 🤷‍♀️

Katao · 02/07/2020 14:32

@lucyrp aw I'm sorry lovey, I hope I'm not upsetting you. It feels a bit deja vu here too because I had a faint positive that came to nothing a couple of cycles ago too. Although it was definitely more visible than this. I hate all the squinting. I think I need to just wait until I've missed my period anymore, I thought an frer would give me more clarity but here I am squinting!

lucyrp · 02/07/2020 14:34

@Katao no not upsetting me don't worry ! Ladies definitely need to talk about it more! Yeah I have sworn from now on I will only test at 14dpo and not before! Whether I will stick to it I don't know but we definitely should 🙈 it's even more ridiculous I had a faint positive and no bloody period 😂our bodies are jokes

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 14:36

@blodyn91 yes it was me who asked 😊 nice to know there's a fellow Welshie here, even if you have emegrated to England haha. I lived in Gloucester for a few years and my grandma kept saying I'd emegrated lol but back home in South Wales now 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Katao · 02/07/2020 14:39

@lucyrp it's like our cycles wait until they are actually suppose to do something and then go all over the place! @Minster2012 ya you have had a lot of confusing symptoms this month. I hope itmakes sensesoon. @SmileyT never have sore boobs, pregnant or not. I gave up poking them a long time ago 😂

Braxos · 02/07/2020 14:40

@blodyn91 Thats okay! My youngest boy has complex medical needs and he is starting a treatment at the end of March 2020 that I wont be able to attend/support if im pregnant. End date is 21st May, so ill literally be coming out that appointment and jumping OH if I havent caught this cycle 😂🙏

Newbie0818 · 02/07/2020 14:44

Thanks for the info @Sausage1990 super helpful! Sorry if I missed it before but what do you do for a living? It's interesting what the link says about Vit C as the ladies on here told me it can be dangerous for implantation? Who knows really.
What are your thoughts about Agnus Castus and myoinsotol? I've heard they are helpful alternatives (not together) for pcos and cycle regulation.

2021 i mean obviously Hmm

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 14:52

@newbie0818 I'm a Dietitian 😊 I specialise in diabetes but I run a weekly antenatal clinic for ladies with diabetes in pregnancy and I have learnt so much about pregnancy etc. I see alot of ladies with PCOS & many of them are on metformin for that rather than diabetes.

Yeah ive read mixed things about vitamin C on here so I'm guna continue to go some research and see whag I can find. I'll share back here if I do find anything useful. I've not heard much about Angus castus but I have heard of some positive results for some people taking myoinsotol. I can't remember the brand but I've known people to take like a sachet twice a day and over a few cycles it helped regulate their cycles which is a good thing. I haven't read anything about it personally though... I'll keep my eye open in my research 😊

Who knew I'd be using my medical journal reading skills I got in uni to help with getting pregnant lol xx

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 14:55

@newbie0818 - I've just found this 😊

"Vitamin C regulates hormone levels, especially the hormone progesterone. Progesterone is important in the development of uterine lining, and medications containing progesterone can increase the chance of successful implantation after repeated failure."

2alreadywantanother · 02/07/2020 15:01

Ah @Sausage1990 my son is T1

Franklydear · 02/07/2020 15:05

Ladies, my cramps are nearly gone and my boobs are calming down, good or bad omen?

lucyrp · 02/07/2020 15:09

@Sausage1990 @blodyn91 I'm from wales too! There's at least another 2 ladies on here from wales !

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 15:10

@2alreadywantanother Ahh that's cool -
😊 so is my husband 💕 in my opinion, the best people are. Also well done Mam, I know only too well that it's hard being on the other side of it, so having a child who lives with T1 is harder still. xx

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 15:12

@lucyrp ohh that's lush. I didn't release 😊 any Welsh speakers? I duno why I'm so curious haha xx

2alreadywantanother · 02/07/2020 15:12

@Sausage1990 I cant complain because he doesn't. Hes so good. Has certainly made things easy on us.

Newbie0818 · 02/07/2020 15:12

@Sausage1990 oooh fantastic! I'll keep going with my oranges and Vit C foods then! That's an awesome job. I'll definitely be coming to you for advice 😉 I am terrible with eating the longer my cycle goes on, I start off super healthy and conscious and then it always just tails off... I have no willpower. And what makes it worse is I'm SUCH a fussy eater. No fish and barely any meat, so I've been trying to eat lots of other proteins if I can. Love fruit and veg though so that's good at least! Chocolate is a weakness...
you have such a great skill for ttc haha!

@Franklydear I hope it's a good sign for you 🤞🏼 I feel I've had all the signs before and still got af so I've given up on symptoms spotting now lol. I was absolutely CERTAIN af would arrive today, but just the odd spot here and there again. This tww limbo is torture isn't it?!

2alreadywantanother · 02/07/2020 15:14

@newbie0818 I've never met anyone as fussy as me. I have to be the worst eater

Mococo1 · 02/07/2020 15:15

@sausage1990 has your reading skills provided anymore info other than vitamin c for progesterone? I've somehow got into my head i have a defiency as still no luck maintaining a pregnancy or so anything to increase would help! X

lucyrp · 02/07/2020 15:16

@Sausage1990 I can understand mostly everutning and can reply in very basic welsh. I studied it until AS level as 2nd language and then I got pregnant with DS. I use it in work sometimes too. I wish I was fluent xx

Franklydear · 02/07/2020 15:17

@Newbie0818 I don't dare say anymore, every cycle I found myself confused, why would this one be any different? af due Sunday, let's see if it comes

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 15:17

@newbie0818 Always happy to be of any assistance 😊 I've not really been eating particularly well myself but it's all about progress rather than perfection. Honestly some of the food diaries I see are shocking and from ladies of all shapes and sizes so I've come to realise that although a higher BMI can make it harder it's definitely possible to get pregnant and stay pregnant regardless of body size. It's made me feel less guilty for being curvier.

I think we're awfully harsh on ourselves and actually we're all doing the best we can. 💕

Juno231 · 02/07/2020 15:18

@Mococo1 200-800mg of B6 a day is meant to really help with progesterone, if you're not already taking that?

Sausage1990 · 02/07/2020 15:22

@lucyrp that's good though and you can always learn as an adult 😊 I'm fluent having went to Welsh school & my mam speaks Welsh too.

@Mococo1 there was something about vitamin E on the website I found so have a look at that. I'll pop the link here again for you. There's a few here too but just keep in mind that it can take a cycle or 2 for any benefits to show so be kind to yourself.
