Also ladies wanted to ask you about exercising during ttc? I have a PT but due to PCOS some of the ab workouts make me bleed. Therefore I thought I’d not do it for this month. Maybe next month. But do you think a 30 minute jog would be a bad idea?

@Elakiya lol I have no tests to put it in a box I can start collecting from this month whahahah!!!

It is weird that we posed like that I didn't even know we did it until I started editing the photos hahahah.

As for the exercising @Kaybobx works in a gym so she is your best bet to answer

No idea about the tests I am sure yesterday was just a little rise which may be normal i wouldn't know i normally never test after I get a positive OPK this is the first month I have continued testing

So I wanted to create a journal for my TTC I started this month. I have only printed up until October because I am hoping to switch from TTC to pregnancy journey. What do you guys think?

I wanted it to be like a check list.

With motivational quotes in between and places for notes and BBT chart. And yes I am starting to stick my OPKs in my journal LOL!!!

@Elakiya a jog will be absolutely fine. Feeling good in yourself right now is the best thing you can do to help. Exercise when trying to conceive and during early pregnancy actually helps you have a healthy pregnancy and birth too 🙂 i would give any ab work a miss during the tww especially if you bleed as it can affect implantation.

@candycrush2298 you are so organised!! What a fab idea. I was only joking about keeping all the tests, mine go straight in the bin too. I actually think he would divorce me if he seen what a weirdo i am testing so much haha!!! What did your OPK test say this morning?

@Kaybobx thank you. I wanted something physical I have everything saved on my app on my phone and I track all my symptom spotting anyway whahahah. Although I haven't actually had any symptoms at all to spot other than AF cramps nothing else to report LOL.

OPK was as light as every other day (besides yesterday) so who knows may have just been a little spike or anything really. But definitely super feint this morning it took forever for that second line to even appear LOL.

@Kaybobx thank you very much. I’ll start jogging. Yep will avoid the ab workouts. I did tell my PT and she toned it down which helped but am worried that it’s probably not doing wonders for my chance of conceiving.

@candycrush2298 that is the sweetest idea ever. I love having things like that which are physical. I got my friend a pregnancy diary for her to fill in and give to her daughter when she’s older.

When is everyone planning take a pregnancy test. I am sticking to day 40 as usual so 28/07/2020 will be the first day I test. AF predicted for 21/07/2020

@Elakiya ah thank you. Where did you find a pregnancy diary I have struggled the only I mainly found was IVF journeys which is great obviously but I am not on IVF. And that was my exact idea was to show him/her how much love planning and a true miracle they are.

Oh you are so patient. @Kaybobx and I are starting from Sunday whahaah. I will be possibly be 12dpo if I really ovulated last Monday then. How many dpo will you be at CD40?

I got my peak on Sunday so should of ovulated today? I think I'll have to wait until Tuesday. I very much doubt I'd pick anything up before 8DPO 😂😂🙈🙈

@Kaybobx I know right!! @Elakiya can wait until after missed period holy cow. The box says 6 days before due period imma be putting that to the test daily..... every month 😂😂😂

Lol ah thought you peaked on Saturday my bad lol!!! Even so would still be early to test this Sunday lol!!! I am probably going to start when my tests arrive 🙈🙈🙈🙈

@candycrush2298 i have 10 strips to use so might aswell start early hahaha!! Anyone would think i like to see a negative.

@Elakiya I'm not sure when to test. I'm got my FRER in, but the 3 apps I have all have different dates for AF... earliest being 19th and latest being 22nd. I may test on the 17th or 18th lol!

@Kaybobx lol!!! My cheapie opks with the pg tests are only coming mid to end of week so I literally cannot test until they come hahah. Weird thing is because I have been like really busy at work and making this journal and so focused on testing opks that I havent actually felt the urge to test like I have been super distracted. Havent even symptom spotted once and I am 6dpo normally by now I have been on Dr Google 600 times whahahah!! Will your garden be keeping you distracted this week?

@ReginaaPhalange do you have a cheapie test strips? I always see those as like free rounds like test as much as you want whahahah!!!

@candycrush2298 I've got cheapies coming this week :) May as well test every morning hahaha!! No i don't want to bet obsessive with it, but at the same time, I want a BFP for our first month of trying. Probably won't happen though lol! I'm never that lucky

@candycrush2298 I bought it on Amazon. I just looked for pregnancy journal and picked the one that said "Bump to baby". I have no idea if she ever used it. There is one for fertility as well. I looked for fertility journal and it's on there, although your one is so much more precious.

@Kaybobx @Candycrush2298 That's because my Husband won't let me test until cycle day 40. We discussed this as he didn't want me buying so many pregnancy tests because he didn't want it to emotionally drain me. He said that as my longest cycle ever has been 40 days long, I have to wait for CD 40 to be allowed to test. So it's not really me being controlled lol, it's him taking control of the situation.

Also I think it really helps that I can't symptom spot. I spot before my period, I get acne before my period, my whole body aches before my period, I get really bad cramps before my period, I have a tilted uterus so can't check the position of my cervix. I hardly ever get cervical mucus. I've exhausted all the symptoms lol!

@ReginaaPhalange whahahaah I know the cheapies are like an invitation to me. But I did get obsessed like I was stressing myself to the maximum.

@Elakiya oh wow I searched and nonr of them matched up to what I wanted the ones I liked that came close to what I was looking for were IVF journals. Oh well hahah it was only £10 for the journal hahaha.

@ReginaaPhalange are your cycles quite regular? Just asking as you mentioned having PCOS? I would go by Femometer as I’ve found that once you put in your LH surge it’s quite accurate. If not just start testing after 12 dpo?

@Elakiya they vary to be honest and yeah I have PCOS. I haven't had my peak yet - still flashing face so hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday. Femometer says ovulation was 2 days ago, glow says due in 2 days and flo said yesterday lol!!

@candycrush2298 you haven't checked Dr Google at 6DPO?? Oh myyy goddddd hahahaha!!

I've done all i can in the garden now, just waiting on the professionals to come and finish it off. The weather seems to be picking up again which is good so i take my daughter on walks to the park etc. I'll find a way to keep busy! My boss messaged earlier saying we have an update Wed/Thurs to say when were back to work so no doubt that will be next week anyway

@ReginaaPhalange that’s a lot better than my cycles. Mine are usually around the 33/34 day mark.

do you not put your cheap strips into Femometer? Usually if you don’t get a peak it moves it on? What CD are you on? I reckon your period date will be around 14 days after whenever it is you ovulate? So if that’s in a day or two maybe go with the flow app?
