I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

Happy Friday lovely ladies. Thank you for all the positive words yesterday.i got dishcharged last night after confirming everything had nearly passed which is something. Im still bleeding but not nearly as heavy. They did tell me that I had a collapsed cyst on my left ovary and a 32mm dermoid cyst on my right which has now created more worry. I have to go and see a gynae in 6 weeks for further tests. It seems like 1 thing after another at the moment! I hope you are all doing OK xx

So little update ladies so called to make the appt and their next appt was 21st July so I booked and asked if they did have any cancellations to let me know. And they just called and I'm booked in for next thursday! Can't believe it lucky really xx

@VP91x I think the hormone drop is definitely to blame for hair loss, it's too much of a coincidence otherwise!
Good luck with the appointment when it comes round hope it sheds some light / reassures you :) Hope you manage to relax a little before that.

For anyone who is interested, the CB digi ovulation tests / smiley bastards are on sale on amazon today for £16 for 20 pack. I've ordered myself a couple of packs just in case I need it

As a side note, do you have reason to think something may not be right? How long did it take you to fall pregnant prior to mc?

I got my peak 24th so Fermometer put me as having ovulated yesterday. Dtd 3 days in a row, as you can see, including today. Am I covered. Please tell me we can rest now 🥵🙏🏼

@Jazper I know I wasn't expecting it, no I haven't had issues prior to MC. That pregnancy wasn't planned we only ended up having sex once that month and I fell PG. But since then my body is such a mess. I've had potentially two if not three (including the current one) cycles where I don't think I've ovulated because they've been so short, and they are all different lengths plus fairly late ovulation. So, I'm just worried that something might be up now. I hope there isn't but it's playing on my mind now.

Even though I hate the TWW I also feel like the pressure is off and I can relax. I'm not peeing on things constantly waiting for the surge 😂. AF due Sunday and I'm resisting the urge to test pretty well actually. I hate testing and testing and AF arriving -I feel like such an idiot then.

@VP91x ooh so much has happened today, amazing news about the tests being booked in they sound really comprehensive and will give you some info to work on. Hopefully they'll say everything is great anyway but may just relieve some stress if you know everything is okay 👌🏾 and what date is AF actually due then, still testing around the 2nd? Ooh and just saw your opk, do you think your body could be trying again? xx

@calimommy I get what you mean about about feeling like you can relax in the tww. I felt instantly relieved when I got my static smily this month as knew that put an end to having to constantly think about testing, counting four hours on for next test, holding my pee and not drinking too much liquid in between 🤯

@VP91x i think you do absolutely right to put your mind at rest. My OH and I have mentioned having tests if we don't conceive shortly too. It do think it's taken me quite a while for my body to settle after the mc and makes me wonder how other ladies bodies have settled so quickly and they've caught on again straight away 🤷🏽‍♀️ but I guess we're all different.
I saw the LH strip you just did. Would you have expected that to be super faint? I'm only asking because I read that we always have LH in our system regardless of where we are in our cycle, so it would show a line regardless wouldn't it?

@SmileyT I know 😂 I always make fairly quick decisions otherwise I mull over them for too long and second guess etc. AF would be due 2nd July yeah if I had same length has last month. I'll still test, why not 😂

I know it was pretty dark considering, I have noo idea. I'll do another later and tomorrow just to see.

@Jazper yeah normally they are much lighter, this what mine normally look like on a standard day - that one is much darker that I just did 🤷🤷

I know, I feel the same my body is just a mess. Yeah we are all different, interesting though how much it affects things. I'll let you know how all the tests go. How are you feeling today xx

What on earth, that is a dark OPK. Especially I imagine you had been drinking and hadn’t held? So could be much stronger. Maybe it is a second attempt!

@SmileyT has the hangover subsided enough to get another session in tonight? A Friday night with bad food and maybe hair of the dog in order

I’m fine thanks, feel really tired after a hot night and not much sleep. 6/7 DPO now depending on which app I use, so just impatiently waiting. Nothing planned really, really must get my arse in gear and do some training - it’s just been too hot lately. And just chilling out I reckon. Will probably find something to do when I start going mad thinking 😂

I caved and did a FRER just now - got a BFN. Very strange seeing a negative test as I've only done the ones I did when Pg and had the MC...

Still no sign of AF though, I guess I just need to carry on waiting for my body to reset itself after the MC. Feels like a huge anti climax and I'm feeling a bit deflated now at the prospect of waiting up to another 2 weeks for AF to turn up 😞

@MichT4 yeah that's the logic with the LP. Mm, I'll see what shows up later / tomorrow.

@mrsssk sorry it was negative. Why do you think you’ll be waiting 2 weeks? Do you think there’s a chance it’s too early?

@VP91x I still plan to wait until AF is late or arrives. I just don’t know if I can see a bfn. I think if I assume AF will arrive, then I’ll protect myself from too much disappointment. I might be tempted if there were any real tell tell signs, but last month I had sore boobs and nausea and was convinced it was the month, and seeing the bfn crushed me - I kept blaming the test and then AF arrived that night. I don’t want that again.
But, you know, could be testing earlier if the early one I has jumps out at me 🤣

@MichT4 the EPU told me it can be 4-6 weeks for AF to return. Yesterday was the 4 week mark x

@VP91x when are you testing again, I think it could be a 2nd surge 🤞 I have zero plans this weekend just plan on watching Netflixing and chilling 🧘‍♀️

@MichT4 well i had kinda psyched myself up to do it as think today is ovulation day, although I haven't had my normal ovulation pain 🤔 but I just said to OH 'Friday night you know what that means' and he replied 'I think Thursday is the new Friday' (we always have sex on a Friday night unless he's working) so now I'm like do I tell him that I think I'm ovulating or not!? He asked earlier what my strip tests said and I just said I'd stopped doing them so now i think he'll have in his mind it's over, ahh don't know what to do 😩 also glad it's not just me that was struggling to sleep last night 🥵

@mrsssk sorry it was a BFN, if you didn't track ovulation it could be that you just tested too early xx

@SmileyT @MichT4 thanks for the sympathy!

I'd used the One Step cheapies to track ovulation and got some highs but never a real peak at about the right times for a 28d cycle.
I wasn't expecting to see a positive but I was disappointed seeing just the one line.
I'm going to restart using the cheap OPKs for the next few days just to see if there is an LH increase on the off chance but hoping once AF arrives and goes I can properly track with the CB digis and time everything as well as we can.
Gosh this first MC cycle is SO frustrating!

I think @SmileyT is onto something and maybe you missed ovulation, or it’s yet to come. If it’s another 2 weeks then it could be any day now.

@smileyT it’s a tricky one. You’re covered anyway with last night so I guess it depends how you feel he’d take it. He asked about the strips so you could say that him asking made you do one and it’s peak, see what he suggests you do?
