I'm on CD25 AF due 2nd July, potentially no ovulation this month or my body just refuses to budge on temp 😩

Hi ladies, would it be ok if I joined? I’m 33 and trying for my first. I had a miscarriage about 3 weeks ago, it was very early at 5 weeks. We’d been trying for 10months before that. My body luckily seems to have gone back to normal quite quickly, a small blessing. We’ve started trying again immediately as we heard you’re super fertile afterwards. I’m pretty sure I ovulated on CD15 (thanks to clear blue digital’s) my period is due this Friday and I’m really dreading it. I know it sounds really silly but we’ve both set our hearts on it happening this month and I just know we’ve set ourselves up for disappointment. If it were to happen this month it would be due in March when loads of both our family have birthdays, including my late mum. I was determined to go into this with a more realistic mindset and already I’m being totally silly. Anyway just need to make it to the end of this week 🤞🤞🤞xx

Hey @Dbop100 of course you can join and welcome! Sorry about your MC, it's really rubbish we all find ourselves here, but this is a great group and I hope you get some comfort from it.
Don't think you are being silly or you've set yourself up for disappointment - you never know! Some girls here had their BFP on the first cycle, so until AF arrives, you should remain hopeful

Thank you all for being so supportive. Ive got an appointment for a scan with the EPU on Wednesday and then she said They’ll have to rescan me a week After before they offer any treatment. I’ve also rang my gp this morning and waiting for a call back so I can be referred xx

@sophj19 I’m glad you’re being looked after and EPU are keeping an eye on you. Really hope you get referred quickly xx

I have rang the EPU this morning and have to go in on Wednesday so at least I’m being seen soon. It was supposed to be my 12 week scan today, I’m trying not to think about it but it’s hard not to. Just need these hormones gone now so that I can move on, feels like I’m in limbo. Hope everyone is well xxx

@Hayleylou89 hope the scan goes well today. I felt the same after first MC when I was pregnant with DS and dreaded every scan but every pregnancy is different - so easy to say I know! Let us know how it goes x
@Eli2020 at least it sounds like you were having fun DTD if you've injured yourself! Lol must have been some interesting positions!
@VP91x @SmileyT I love moana BTW, I've also indoctrinated DS into loving it as well!
@MichT4 I think tracking everything right after a MC can give us a sense of control and it's comforting knowing what's happening with our bodies. I've realised I have quite strong ovulation cramps now - which I either didn't notice pre-MC or it's a way of my body readjusting somehow. Either way if tracking is helping you then definitely carry on, hoping it gives you the info you need to get your dates right 🤞

Hi @Dbop100, sorry to hear you've had a mc :( I'm also 33 trying for my 1st. It's a really crap situation to be in but all the ladies here are so lovely and supportive.
I hope you get good news at the end of this week, fingers crossed for you! I was in your situation last Friday, waiting for the first AF to turn up after my mc end of May but it still hasn't arrived.
Did you get a negative test before trying again?
Like you, I'm planning to use the CB digis going forward too, hope they help you with your sticky bean x

@elliew818 I think you’re right. I didn’t track directly after MC. This is my first month of more than CM, CP and symptoms as I’ve been using Ava to temp and also used OPKs. I think I said before but I think it’ll be worth it for me as I ovulated days later than the app suggested, which is what I’d used before. Although this also seems to be a longer cycle too. I think it’ll give me some knowledge about my LP and ovulation timing if nothing else.
Same as you with things appearing post MC. I never had sore boobs and nausea before AF before but have every month since - very cruel as also PG symptoms! Although only the boobs so far this month.
Will see how it goes, but just want a good handle on what’s going on in there, if there’s such a thing!

Scan was all good thank god ladies Im exactly 9 weeks today they said so thats a day further than they said last time, next scan will be 13+2 (12 week scan) 29th July 🙏 just need to relax until then now xx really hope ur all ok xx

Ohh iv sent off a sneak peak test too so ill know in a few days if its a boy or girl! Hope its accurate anyone had any experiences? X

@MichT4 it's weird how everyone recovers at a slightly different rate and with some random new hormonal changes...sore boobs would definitely have me symptom spotting but I guess you know it's just a pre-AF thing now.
I'm ok, I ovulated yesterday (had the terrible cramps) and also probably due to hormones had an argument with DH 🙄 made me glad we aren't TTC this month otherwise I'd have been doubly annoyed at him! Where are you cycle-wise atm?

I hadn't heard of sneak peak until yesterday @Hayleylou89, so no experience, sorry.

@dbop100 hi and welcome to the thread sorry to hear of your loss. That's good your cycle went back to normal pretty quickly fingers crossed that that this is your month. Its not silly at all to have your heart set on it happening straight away I'm sure we have all felt this. Xx

Also no idea what a sneak peak is, we didn't find out the gender with DS. Didn't know you can find out before 20 week mark! 😳

Excited to hear about the gender test too - didn't know you could find out so early.

@elliew818 I thought that too because I'd not had that before, that's why I tested last month and then BFN. They feel extra sore today, I'm more aware of it, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I'm 9/10DPO, AF due Thurs or Friday, so in the worst part of the TWW. The first week goes quicker, especially this month as I took some time off and the sun was shining.

Thanks girls the relief is good! Next hurdle is 12 weeks x got a full month to wait for that though as they arnt scanning mw until im actually 13 weeks 2 days. X
