Anyone else DTD few days before ov?! 2WW

DTD with my partner on Saturday which makes it cycle day 13 for me. I ovulate around cycle day 15/16. So today or tomorrow. I can’t DTD today so I have to stick with my partners swimmers from Saturday. Wondering if I’m still in with a chance this month 😕I know it takes hours for egg to be released and sperm live for a few days but I’m still thinking I’m out. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

Hey @Leobaby I'm ok but woke up with brown spotting today so looks like I'm going to lose this pregnancy as well. I'm 5+1 today and so so hoped things would go better this time round but I'm not so hopeful now. I never had any spotting or bleeding with my DS so it's not something that's normal for me 😔 just feeling really deflated.

Hope you guys are all ok.

@Leobaby yep, so used to fstting them nowadays! I have had pain on right side of my groin, i get this before af so I am sure af will show soon. 👎

@Csari still keeping everything crossed for you, light spotting can be ok and nithing to worry about (of course your going to worry though). Remember not all pregnancies are the same, the spottibg could be completely normal for you this time round! Hope you are okay x

@RobinRose thanks so much, it seems to have happened just the once so far and stopped now so I'm really hoping.
I'm going to try and relax about it and hope for the best.

I am ok, feeling sorry for myself today! Groin pain is on and off, af is due anytime between Thursday and Sunday I would say, trying not to keep track if things (failing miserably). Thank you, Can you keep your toes crossed too?! 🙄😂

@Csari oh bless you, hopefully the spotting was nothing to worry about. Spotting early in pregnancy can be common in a lot of pregnancies. Not every pregnancy is always the same! I’m keeping everything crossed for you though. How are you today?

Got my ewcm coming today, had a dream that I was ovulating too so that was funny lol. I’ve not thought about it at all this month, as I’m meant to ovulate Wednesday which is not my birthday like I expected 😭. But I’m not going to be with OH until Saturday so I’m out this month! But I don’t mind as I’m getting a kitten as part of a birthday present early September! So my mind is now occupied on that 🤣 but next month I’ve worked out I ovulate on the weekend - I’m usually with OH on weekends so we shall see for next month!

@Leobaby my migraines have been 4/5 days before af the last couple of months, the groin pain doesn't usually lasting this long (on and off since friday) but I'm not reading into it!

@RobinRose oh okay! Ahh, I so hope it’s a positive sign for you. Keeping my fingers crossed. It is annoying! And I’m not sure, my partner said he’s got something planned. Hey @Leobaby @RobinRose I'm ok thanks, still getting a small amount of brown tinged discharge when I first go for a wee each morning but nothing for the rest of the day, it's so bizarre and making me quite uneasy. I also have no symptoms of pregnancy at all which isn't helping to put my mind at ease lol but im guessing its all ok still. I'm trying to be relaxed about it but its not easy especially after last month.

@Leobaby omg a kitten! So adorable, do you have a name picked out? I love cats.

@RobinRose I'm sorry you are feeling down, still keeping everything crossed that AF stays away for you.

@Csari Im not surprised you feel uneasy about it, must be hard to stay relaxed about it at the moment? Hope it stops soon to put your mind at ease! My friends sister in law has had no symptoms at all so far, no morning sickness no nothing! I think all is going to come tomorrow, a bit crampy today and have a bit of an icky tummy ☹

@Csari bless you it must be so rubbish and make you feel so anxious. Still early weeks for you, you might start to get symptoms within the next few weeks but every pregnancy is different! Don’t worry. Do you have any scans or midwife appointments booked?
And yes I do! I’m thinking coco lol 😂

I'm still losing old blood, was slightly heavier yesterday morning to I rang the drs and am booked in for a scan on Friday. Same again today, im beginning to dread waking up.

@Csari I am ok I think, just gutted it has been almost a year and not even a glimmer of a bfp. Cant help but think there is something wrong with me 😔. At least I am getting regular periods a suppose.

How frustrating for you, i could just be your body adjusting to everything? (I'm no expert unfortunately!) At least you only have to wait untill tomorrow for your scan, hang in there girl! Everything crossed for you 🤞 x

@RobinRose I'm sure it's not you and regular periods are a really positive sign. I will keep everything for you crossed this month. Will you go to the Drs if it does get to a year?

My scan went ok, saw the gestational sac and yolk sac but not baby yet as its too early but she couldn't see any sign of a bleed which is a good thing. Got to go back in a couple of weeks to check viability.

@Csari I just have this niggling feeling it is? Thank you, got some conceive plus to try this month! Yeah I think we will, i know it can take longer than a year but I'm worried about dps operation scarring up.

@RobinRose I used Preseed for the last two cycles, might be a complete coincidence but it seems to have helped and the cycle where I concieved my son was the first one that I used Preseed last time. I've heard really good things about concieve plus too.

Unfortunately it hasn't and is still the same this morning, really frustrating as I can't relax at all. I'm constantly worrying about it turning red or getting heavier.

@Csari oh really? That is interesting! I bought the lube instead of the individual applications so hopefully that will work the same!

Oh no how frustrating! At least it isnt getting worse, (obviously be better if it wasn't there at all) hopefully the next couple of weeks will fly by for you.

@Csari bless you. I’m glad your scan went okay. My sister has experienced bleeding before during her pregnancy and was worried as it’s not something she usually experienced with her others but everything turned out perfectly fine and still had a healthy pregnancy so I hope the same for you!! Keep us updated. ❤️

I also have conceive plus lube. Not done anything yet but I’m not dtd actually on ov day so. Ive heard good things about preseed so I might get that one!

And yes thank you girls! Hahah the only thing I’m excited for is cake!🤣
