@minster2012 ah just that if you believe in swaying then DTD 3-5 days before OD is most likely to result in a girl. Got to do with girl sperm being slower to get to the egg but living for longer than boy sperm :)

Ahh sorry @chloedancer897 it's always so crushing isn't it! It's ov day today so we did it last night and just had some afternoon delight. I said can we do it again later and he's fallen asleep 😂 he is hungover today! Hope hungover swimmers can still see where they're going 😆 we've both avoided drink for 3 weeks and the day before ov he decides is a good time to go round a mates to watch the football. Damn the football starting bk lol!

Maybe just try to concentrate on all the tww stuff like juuces and seeds and pineapple and all thst instead of worrying too much about when ov day was 😃
@Juno231 I think you would have to stop dtd though if you are swaying, no closer to ov than 3 days which is hard to do if you don't know when that will be. Are you swaying? We are interested in it but its not that easy to put into practice!

So girls after stressing at OH thinking I missed ovulation I've had ovulation pains all day today and I even think in both sides?? Strange after me saying only the other day that I only get it in my left! Been very wet to the point it felt like period had arrived, not nice when shopping😂😂 and I just got a good high on my opks! So DTD when OH is home in the next half hour, then again tonight, then tomorrow morning and tomorrow night hopefully! Not had my peak so going to take tomorrow or even Tuesday as ovulation depending on what readings I get tomorrow!

@vil10 isn't that bottom one a peak? The line is stronger than the control? 🤔

@Minster2012 @Vil10 I couldn't handle the stress with opks if I didn't have a peak at the same time every month! I do feel it for you girls x I must admit I am thankful for a clockwork cycle, negativity aside for not falling yet! Lol 🙄

So I was in sainsbury's today (how's this for my first Symptom spotting of the 2ww) I had this weird stabbing pains in my left and right ovaries at the same time??? I've never felt it before I had to stop for a few mins and it sort of spread across my lower abdomen safe to say I will be trying to NOT obsess about it for the remainder of my wait 😅😂 has anyone experienced it? It was nothing like period cramps more sort of stitchy stabbing?

How many dpo are you @Missgoldilocks? Could've been implantation pain!

@Cocoblue22 last month I had the circle on CB tests right up until CD14 when it went straight to static smiley. Sure it's coming!! 🤞🏻

@notyetamumbuttrying I'm 7dpo, it could be but it probably isn't. I think implantation is more like cramps, well when I felt it before it was more like a burrowing feeling (I kid you not ill never forget it I never even knew what implantation was back then!)
But let's hope it is a good sign 🤞🤞🤞🤞

@KateColx Sounds like you have it well covered either way as you've DTD in the lead up to your ovulation if you get your peak in the morning 🙌🏾

@JustMouse ahh so nice to welcome another baby to the family, I'm desperate for my brother to have more and bet it's nice you have OH with you. I'd say test 2 or 3 times a day once they start to get stronger as normally surge is less than 24hrs 👌🏾 and I don't hold wee particularly just go to the toilet when I normally would but still see peak x

@Franklydear will the Dr sign you off now? That's a nightmare if it's not safe for you to go back to work 😔 is DS not back at school yet? Thought they were all back at least a couple days 😩

@Minster2012 I get twinges/ pulsing around ovulation and then for about a week afterwards so it could definitely have passed but you still have twinges x

@Vil10 ahh OHs 30th will be a great distraction definitely try not to stress about anything else. You've definitely hit your positive tests so ovulation will be max 36hrs from the start of your surge I think, regardless of whether it lasts a couple days. Mine are the same as yours stay positive over 2 days but ovulation actually happens the 2nd day xx

@SmileyT the doctor has signed me off work until the 22nd and work extended until the 30th going with England guidelines, but now they are in a hurry to get back to normal, doctor will sign me off again, she would have to be off her rocket to even consider, we talked about it about two weeks ago and she said no way. Ds is off school, his year is not back at all, and being autistic is going to be tricky to have him back anyway, it will take more planning than a couple of days.

The later ovulation is, the more I think I have completely missed it the last 2 cycles.

@Minster2012 I bet it's just the brand you use, because I used ovaview and easy@home and the easy@home ones are so much more clear and strong! I wish I was like that, I get an obsession of using them even when I know I won't be ovulating yet😂x

@Missgoldilocks that's good that your cycle is like that! You know where you're at all the time then! This is now my second cycle where I've ovulated at the same time so I think my cycles are finally back to regular and normal!X

Quick question all... do you need to pee on ovulation sticks more than once a day? I'm starting them for the first time next week and have noticed a number of ladies on here post photos with at least 3 tests in a day.

I just assumed once a day at the same time would be fine? I'm worried it's going to be a much bigger task now and I'll need to buy lots more 🤔

@2020mission depends which ones you've got. If CB or brands similar, then once a day but if any of the IC's you might want to test twice a day as you're going on the colour and interpreting yourself rather than the simplicity of CB which is a smiley face when it's peak.
