Ok girls opinions please. I'm cd 17 (not 19 like i said earlier 🤦‍♀️) been doing opks since cd10. Haven't got a peak yet but had a pretty dark line cd15. Whatdo you think? Would you call that peak? They seem lighter now but have been up and down a bit. I had a really stressful week or so and thinking maybe that scared off ovulation!! My cycles are 26-28 days and think ovulation usually around cd14 but not tracking long. Excuse my not so neat tracking system 😂

@Newbie0818 sorry to here that but at least now you have a diagnosis they can help you surely?

@Missgoldilocks Glad it's not just my cat that's such a loon 😂 oh I know it's so disheartening knowing that even if you done everything you possibly can on all the right days and times you still only have a small chance. It's like the fertility gods don't actually want any babies 🙄 we can only have sex every 2-3 days we just can't do it every day it's too uncomfortable for us both so just hope we have enough of a chance!

@Ltay2 it's nice to hear from people who feel the same honestly, I was a bit down trodden thinking we were the only couple who couldn't have loads of sex lol. Let's hope and pray its our time soon so we can get back to normal and no more pressure sex!! I think every other day sex is enough anyway every day sex is only a slight increase in chance so its not worth it if it feels horrid

@KateColx I said to DH this week shall we start having sex every other day soon (fw still 2 weeks away for me) and he was like 'how soon' haha thanks for making me feel unsexy... Like dtd is such a chore. Anyway he said was Friday ok to give his new tablets a chance (he's started on fertilman as our friends had success) but I think all the tablets and stuff are just marketing ploys and it's all down to luck and DTD at the right time.

Trying to catch up with the thread. Sorry that it seems lots of you are having a rough time atm ☹️.
Do you think stress will affect ttc? I've had a hard week at work (over 70hrs within a week 😴) and tbh was really struggling and now I'm worried it could affect me getting pregnant this month. Also I'm worried about the effects of being exposed to covid while ttc? Is this a valid worry? Ahh 🙄 on a positive note I got my peak at cd21 so that hopefully means my cycle is getting back on track! Although I opened a new pack of opks last night and they are rubbish- barely even a control line which is frustrating! Sorry for the long post aha

@Juno231 mine have been between 36.1 and 36.4 as well so far (CD12 now) First time BBTing so will see if there is a jump.

My OH does take wellman vitamins, I think he just wanted to feel like he was doing something. Very fit and healthy, so not sure if he needs them. We have also decided against bike rides this week! (we spends ours on our bikes on the weekend usually but worried that has been killing the sperm)

@Katao I would say yes for CD15, but keep testing if you don't mind doing so?

@SarahTTC2020 there's evidence that certain things like vitamin c zinc cq10 etc does increase sperm count and health, a few people who have done it because they had a low sperm count have said it increased there sperm count by a good 10-20 million. But it takes 3 months for the sperm to change so continuous taking of the vitamins is needed at least for 3 months for results. That paired with no laptops on the lap, no hot baths, lots of healthy green veggies and I think it's a recipe for winning 😁

@Madz123 I did see that a healthy 13 day old baby died this week from Covid 😟 I don't think there's enough evidence yet of what it could do to pregnancy but a few of us have just decided that it can take so long to conceive that we are just trying anyway as age isn't on our side!

Stress is definitely a factor, but doesn't mean you definitely can't catch. Try and have some chill time in evenings as much as you can 💛

@SarahTTC2020 thanks for your response! My issue with covid is that I am definitely exposed to covid positive patients as part of my job and I can't really do anything about it ☹️

@blodyn91 I'm thinking the same, that cd15 probably was peak. Have to keep telling myself it's sex that gets you pregnant not opks 😂 still i think when it comes to tww you like to know where you are.

@blodyn91 I cried on ovulation day this month too... Because OH had drunk too much gin and just wanted to go to bed. Maybe that's why AF got me, my egg was crying too 😂🤷‍♀️

@Newbie0818 I know the diagnosis itself must be scary, but at least you know what you're working with now, and should be abke to access some support to get shit done.

@KateColx i tell OH only the bare minimum during FW. He has a high sex drive and could go at it everyday normally (we definitely don't though!), but the moment the TTC pressure is on seems to flick a switch and he struggles to perform.
I think it is important to be able to talk about it though, because you shouldn't have to shoulder the burden of all the TTC stress alone, but perhaps sit down for a good talk at a time in your cycle that you both feel most at ease? Also I second what @Vil10 and @Katao said, that I'm sure he is totally invested, more than you might think!

@Newbie0818 I know it must be horrible hearing that diagnosis but at least you know now and hopefully you can get some support and help! My friend is 14 weeks pregnant and has PCOS, only took her 5 months to conceive so don't worry, it will happen, it's not impossible! Keep your head up! Can I ask as well what your symptoms were?x
