Just marking place as the thread had dropped off my “I’m on”. I’ve nothing to post as I’m in a long boring pre-ovulation phase (35 day cycles and ovulate around day 21-22).

Feel the same as normal ovulation pain feels! It started this morning and just on and off, I hate when our bodies do these kinda things to us!!

I think I have been too hydrated today for proper OPK readings 🙄 I got very close to peak on this day (CD14) last cycle and then think I missed my actual peak so tested loads today. Shall I do another one before bed at around 10pm just to be safe do you think?? I've had lots of EWCM yesterday and today so must be fairly close. Ignore the high/low comments I've done it manually with photos as Fermometer gives me such crappy readings with the intelligent recognition thing!

@lucyrp yeah I'm sure they would be absolutely fine for him :) x

@lucyrp well as long as he's fine taking vitamins and not on any medication and they are just a general multivitamin then they should be. My DH takes berocca and a vitamin d as berocca doesn't have that in it and they are just a general vitamin and that's what I have when I'm not TTC I just switch to the pregnacare because it has all the extra stuff in like the folic acid and vitamin d already in x

@Ltay2 I would not bother and just DTD. No need for extra stressing over an OPK 😚 Unless you have DTD already

@Vil10 so weird I haven't been on hormonal contraception for about 6years but only noticed ovulation pain when I started ttc, I also seem to get pulsing feelings before and after ovulation no idea what it means though 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Ltay2 you could do another one in an hour or so but based on what mine do, I would say it probably won't hit peak tonight. How strong did yours get last month? And how long did your surge last? Mine seems to last about 24hrs but I know others have shorter ones x

@Ltay2 dtd anyway if you think you are around ovulation but ya I'd test again and actually I am going to test again myself before bed. I've had high opks yesterday and today but not seeing a peak yet cd16 today. Had peak cd13 last month. Been a bit stressed the last few days so think that might be slowing things down 🙈

@Katao @blodyn91 Yeah we are going to dtd anyway but I'm just determined to actually see my peak this time 😂 @SmileyT I definitely got slightly darker last time! Not sure how long my surge lasts really

Euuuuuurgh AF is playing games with me - either this morning was a false start, or she's already left the building! Bright red when I wiped this morning, and nothing on my pad since. I had one that started like this in March and it literally went on and off for about 10 days, I'm not up for that again 😤😖

I just have to try my best to be relaxed and box the thought of maybe being pregnant off as I get a bit obsessed and overthink everything my body does. I think after 2 miscarriages I won't settle until 12 weeks so I don't feel I'd be too excited at a bfp either which sounds horrid but I need to be mentally strong

@Ltay2 if it doesn't stress you out and you know you've done the deed anyway I'd keep testing, they are only cheap and it'll give you a better idea of what your bodies doing. But if it does stress you out just get into bed and forget about it ❤️

@Busybee143 yeah I know what you mean, as awful as it sounds I keep thinking a BFP is just the first hurdle... but I have promised myself that I'll enjoy every second if I fall again as something bad may always happen but I want to look back on the pregnancy and remember happiness not anxiety (much easier said than done I'm sure) xx

@LV1987 really hope it goes into full flow or doesn't, dragging on us just so bloody annoying 😩

@SmileyT It doesn't stress me out at the moment so I've just done another test before bed, as I know we will dtd anyway it's irrelevant what it says really I'm just on an obsessive hunt to catch my peak 🙈 my ovulation dates are predicted as Fri, Sat or Sun so just going to carry on having sex until after Sunday unless I get some major indication that ovulation has happened. Going off previous cycles I'd say it's most likely to be Saturday as that is CD16 and that's what my last couple have been.

@LV1987 I feel your pain I'm also having bleeding woes I've got no frigging idea what's going on I hope yours isn't a long one

I really feel like some of you lot need to talk to me like a human & maybe not the psycho I clearly am Cos I've googled the shit outta WTF could be going on with my body & im none the wiser. When does "spotting" become "bleeding"? I had pinky type CM wiping on Tuesday, & when I was checking CM but nothing more, yesterday some more red blood when wiping & a big string of red stretchy goo that looked more like normal AF & there was a bit of clotting but also there was a bit looked a bit stretchy which I thought ooo that could be ewcm but it def had bright red flecks in it & I didn't want to touch it. Def needed a pad on but not loads on it.
Today nothing on waking but then again red blood on wiping & small amount on pad. I'm also cramping yesterday & today.
CB tests day 7 of flashing smiles today, CD15, a whisper of a line on OPKs
No frigging idea if this is a period or not.

Should be DTD today, didn't yesterday don't exactly feel like it 😥
What to do??

@SmileyT isn't it strange what our bodies do! You probably noticed it more because it's something that was on your mind! I feel like maybe that's what I've got?? Weird!

@Minster2012 my ovulation pains are just by my right hip like a throbbing pain bit like when you have trapped wind and really need a fart, but then you fart and it's still there pulsing. So hard to explain but hopefully you get the gist. I've never had ovulation bleeding so no idea what's it's like but if you don't fancy DTD I wouldn't force it, maybe do it in the morning if you don't have anymore on the pad 🤔

@Ltay2 yeah I'm the same as you I just like having all the info and as the strips are cheap it's just something to do while I'm waiting for ovulation 😂 if it's Saturday I'd expect you'll see a strong opk tomorrow afternoon. Let us know how you get on... OH is on nights the next 4 and nothing for me to be doing so I'm living vicariously through you ladies 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Vil10 yeah definitely bizarre, even with symptoms because I'm logging them on an app throughout the month I'll be sitting at work thinking 'am I happy or sad today' 😂

@Minster2012 my ovulation pain is more like a stitch. Starts mild gets gradually stronger and then fafes away again. Dont feel it every month though and I think i only feel it on the left so not sure what thats about 🤷‍♀️ maybe the right side is less dramatic🤣

@katao I'm exactly the same but on the right side!

@missgoldilocks it's funny isn't it when you start paying attention to these things! I'm only 3 cycles in this time but I'm pretty sure I only noticed it on my left when i was ttc #1 as well and that took a year although I wasn't paying as much attention the first few months. I think my left ovary is my good ovary!
