Trying to find others with a similar cycle to mine

Hi everyone.

This is my first post. I’m on my first month on TTC and finding the 2ww so frustrating!! I’m already obsessing so I’m worried about the road ahead if it takes us a while to conceive. I’m currently 9dpo, period is due in 6 days (22nd June). I’m expecting to get a bfn when I test as I have no symptoms :(

I’m wondering whether any of you have advice on taking vitamins and whether they help? I’m taking folic acid and vitamin c at the moment x

Can anyone see a faint line or is it just me. Iv never tested This early before and was totally going to wait but here it is. It could be a dodgy batch though.

I don’t feel like iam so I’m totally skeptical !

Hey, I'm due my AF on Sunday 21st.
I've been taking folic acid & tracking my cycle on iPhone app and Flo app but thinking about using ovulation tests in the future.
I did a boots early detection test this morning and it was a BFN but I'm just praying and hoping it was too early.
I've had some cramps on my left hand side this week and last week I had some cramps all over.
I feel like I'm driving myself crazy haha!
I keep reading threads with people getting BFP so thinking if I join in I'll get one too!

So sorry for the TMI but has anyone experienced this... i just went for a walk and felt extremely wet like id came on. I came back home and i had like a random gush of watery discharge. Not happened again after wiping away.

Thanks but I’m worried it’s a false positive or I’m going to have another CP I don’t feel like iam so will wait and take another test tomorrow. I hope so though . Feeling the love !

@Pasto2 folic acid and vitamin d are the most important. A general pregnancy multivitamin has the correct dose of folic acid.

I feel very pre menstrual today. Crampy, anxious and sore boobs.

@Pasto2 we know how you feel!!! My GP recommended Vitamin D, Folic Acid and Inositol which I was taking separately but now I've started Pregnacare which has all the right doses plus a bunch of other vits I had hubby start taking the one for men too (its a duo pack 30 day supply)

@Jacob1995 welcome!!!! If you bought your teat from Ebay were calling all negative from ebay bad batches 🤣🤣🤣 so try get FRER if you are able to or wait until AF if you can

@Kaybobx that's definitely going to be us tomorrow hahaha. And I had the CM watery in abundance the other day. It was so much I thought £ actually started to pee myself but then I wiped and while there was still a lot of watery cm it wasn't as much as that. Dont know what it means though.

@Firsttymmum if you keep testing each day and the lines get darker and darker that means your body is producing more HCG and less likely to be a CP.

@snapple21 the waiting game is killing me. Let's see what the tests say. Sore boobs is something I only experience now and then not every month. They are not sore at the moment. They were really sore had tingly feelings and sensitive nipples and had the deep heat feeling but all thats gone. I get sharp shooting pains at random times on the sides of my boobs which is weird but its so quick and its gone. I'm really hoping its not AF for you xx

@Jacon1995 sorry just you said a boots test those are usually pretty good. I would say you probably tested too early. Just wait a few days and see.

Argh went to Sainsbury’s to try and grab a cheapy test but couldn’t buy it as dd decided to come with me last minute ! She usually stays in the car with the dog !

@candycrush2298 I remember with my first couple of pregnancies really noticing abundant cm (as i kept thinking I had period starting and going to loo to check )

Thanks @candycrush2298, I’ve been looking at those today so I’ll be trying them during next month’s cycle.

I have had one symptom actually, I’m not holding much hope out for it though as it’s been my only symptom really, but I’ve had really stretchy clear CM - similar to what I get before and during ovulation but it’s more sticky than egg white - sorry, I know that’s a little disgusting and probably tmi!
Has anyone else experienced this?

@Sunnydays123456 really? That's interesting. I had watery CM last month too (none previous months) somehow I managed not to test at all last month I wonder if I had a CP last month because I had a lot of symptoms. Prior to last month I have always had tacky white CM and then dry before period. We dtd yesterday and hubby was like wow youre really wet. TMI sorry lol. But yeah its strange.

@Pasto2 I havent had that sorry hun maybe someone else can comment who has had same CM as you. Xx

Thinking about it , I reckon I’ve had a few cm since I took iud out 9 months ago - I have had symptoms and been v late then clotty at least 5 times .. suppose it would be higher chance for me of cm being so ancient ?

However I have only tested once and it was pos but then period came at about 37 days

@Kaybobx asking you because I know you check your cervix. Just checked mine a little while ago and it's high still not as high as ovulation but way higher than it was after ovulation. Also its a lot softer than previous days. Like not as soft as lips but definitely softer than it has been last few days. Oh and to update you I am now getting AF cramps so I am 100% confused at this point....

@candycrush2298 mine is high too, but feels quite firm. Its definitely got harder since ovulation as it was really soft then.
I don't think its a great indicator to be honest. Last cycle mine was high and soft the day before my period when its 'supposed' to be low and hard.

I also have AF cramps this evening 😭 ive felt pretty calm all week but feeling a tad p'd off now. Lets hope its just normal 🤞🏼

@Kaybobx I actually also don't think its a great indicator of anything. There's too many contracting things about the cervix for it to be clear cut same with CM out all the posts I have read and all the YouTube TWW videos I have watched almost all women had different cervix positions and different CM. I am also hoping the AF cramps are just normal and not her actually starting. I feel so different this time that its going to crush me if AF comes. I really think last month was a CP for me although I didnt test I had a period that was only 2.5 days and only went through a couple tampons. And I had so many symptoms like extreme nausea, gum bleeds, tearful, emotional, cramps and felt different. I was p'd off a week ago but only at hubby I was just so irritable with him hahahahah!!! I hope its all normal and we get our BFP real soon

@candycrush2298 my cramps appear to be just on my right side and round to my lower back. Im soooo bloated! Not sure if thats from the Chinese though late last night 😂 i never seem to get any other symptoms of AF.

Tomorrow we will know i guess... we've waited a whole 2 weeks for this moment. We've got this girl, all women are different. I'd definitely say were a different species too after our chats haha!!

@Kaybobx we are a special species 🤣🤣🤣 my cramps are still on my left side. And my back still has that dull ache in the same spot. My thighs on the outside (both of them) have started paining so bad. I'm burping a lot sorry tmi lol. Lol and I'm also feeling bloated. My main PMS symptoms are cramps really really severe 2 days before its due, high irritability, sever mood swings and chocolate cravings like maybe 3 days after ovulation basically anything sugary lol. I am so hopeful that if I did implant yesterday there will be enough HCG to pick it up tomorrow what if i am one of those late bloomers and my body is slow to produce it 🤣🤣🤣 and then I am left really waiting for Saturday. Nooooooooo!!!!

@candycrush2298 my cervix is still high but quite firm. Before my period it goes very low and hard. I wonder how soon before it changes. This is the first month I've checked it at this stage in my cycle so who knows. Not had loads of cm, a little bit of creamy maybe. Roll on Friday/Saturday and I'll know for sure. Three days at work to get through before then!

@snapple21 who knows some articles on Google say weeks after missed period others say it should never drop after ovulation. Its all so confusing that I don't actually know what the correct way is. I have even read women who have a cervix before AF every month so its really strange. Mine was low for a few dpo then it went higher and firm and stayed like that until today where it is noticeably softer. Yeah I am on holiday this week so don't want to wish the week away but yeah by the weekend we should all have some answers my longest cycle was 27 days. Usually I am 25 days. So Saturday is when it should start but I will only call myself late on Monday. Provided AF doesn't rear her ugly head before then.
