@NJ2910 i have a symptom list on my phone 😂 they are all completely different to last month as well which is odd.
I think half of it is in our heads to be honest haha.

So today is 6DPO and i have absolutely no symptoms. I'm just abit snappy but I think that's because my husband woke me up early.

How you doing @candycrush2298?

Flossy20 · 11/06/2020 11:37

Hi everyone, can I jump in for the wait?

I'm currently 3DPO and AF is due on the 22nd. This is cycle 2 for me. I think my mind is already playing tricks on me with the symptom spotting as my left boob is sore today but probably just slept funny 😂

Hoping for lots of BFP's this month 😊

candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 12:42

How is everyone's symptoms today?

6DPO:
I have absolutely nothing to report. Have white creamy CM and thats about it. Boobs are still sensitive to the touch. But no more tingles. and the pain in my side (back and pelvic area) have completely disappeared. Oh and loads of TMI here but after 3 days constipation I had diarrhea this morning. Have not even needed Dr Google today ladies....

Kaybobx · 11/06/2020 12:46

Welcome @Flossy20 the mind does absolutely pay tricks on us. I have an itchy leg and im googling to see if its a pregnancy sign haha!

Nothing at all to report from me today either, day 6 is pretty pants! Hmm

snapple21 · 11/06/2020 13:17

I think I'm 5/6 days po. Zero symptoms I'm just tired but I'm working and I'm pretty much always tired tbh. Some wet cm today weirdly.

candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 14:16

Sorry all missed the comments before I sent my message:

@NJ2910 I know exactly what you mean about symptom spotting and keeping everything on a note pad!! Drives you more insane than is any help hahah.

@Kaybobx I see you are the same as me symptomless.. strange...

@Flossy20 welcome, LOL I totally know how you feel its early days yet you think about every symptom.

What us women go through each month during the TWW

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 14:18

@snapple21 seems we are a bit symptomless... I had wet CM for the first few days after ovulation but then we DTD and I had EWCM and now today its white creamy... strange...

OP posts:
snapple21 · 11/06/2020 15:00

@candycrush2298 it is strange how it works. Last month I had really sore boobs, thought I must be pregnant. (Even though I only dtd once and we weren't really trying 😅). We will see what the next few days bring. I really don't want to test until next weekend as I want to be late. But I know that won't happen.

Firsttymmum · 11/06/2020 15:19

Hey, I’m due on AF 20th aswell and ovulating around 5th June. Trying for first baby and it feels like It’s never going to happen. Trying for 11 months now . !!! Let’s hope it’s our month!

snapple21 · 11/06/2020 16:15

What are thoughts about drinking in the 2ww? I really want a prosecco!

candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 16:24

@snapple21 I know what you mean about waiting and not testing. I always tell myself I am going to wait until the day of AF and then I test negative and 2 hours later AF flow arrives. I do every month.

As for drinking I am not sure lol I dont drink I know people TTC stop but I honestly haven't done any research on it

OP posts:
candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 16:26

@Firsttymmum welcome seems to be same as myself and @Kaybobx in terms of ovulation and AF.

As for trying for 11 months I know exactly how you feel we are trying 2 years. First year casually 2nd year tracking, OPK full monty lol. I understand your frustrations and every month that there AF arrives I ball my eyes out with dissapointment as every month I think this the month.

OP posts:
NJ2910 · 11/06/2020 18:45

@snapple21 each to their own of course but I'm 4/5 DPO and have had a couple of glasses of prosecco 🥂 my thoughts are that eventually (hopefully) we wont be able to drink for 9 months + so a couple of glasses now won't hurt xx

Gracie92 · 11/06/2020 18:56

I’m 4/5 dpo and would be due next weekend too. We’ll just see what happens!

Firsttymmum · 11/06/2020 19:21

@candycrush2298
Yes it’s terrible I started trying on and off like two years ago but I wouldn’t call it trying properly . I had a Chemical pregnancy in July. I never thought it would take this long to be honest As I have four sisters who have all managed to fall pregnant like instantly . It’s frustrating.
I done what everyone said and try and relax for the last few months haven’t tracked anything , NOTHING. So I’m back tracking this month so let’s see what happens I’m praying for a miracle. They think I may have endometriosis but I’m still waiting on apps at the hospital so this could be why I’m not getting pregnant .

Haven’t been on contraception in 10 years also but always been careful!

Got to be positive though! I’m only 28 so I suppose I have time on my side but doesn’t help when you want it so bad!

Firsttymmum · 11/06/2020 19:32

@snapple21 I would have a couple glasses of Prosecco in the two weeks wait but everyone is different. I don’t drink very often but if I had something on or fancied one I would. X

candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 19:52

@Gracie92 good luck!!! TWW suck!!!

@Firsttymmum well done one doing nothing and trying to relax I have not been able to I get so hopeful every month.

Staying positive is so hard. Good luck on getting your tests done. Wishing you all the best and hope it goes well.

Its so tough when everyone around is getting pregnant and you're struggling especially family members. I have cousins who are all having children sometimes their second child already. Same with friends..I am 29 and really want it so badly!!!!

Wishing all of us the best xx

OP posts:
Firsttymmum · 11/06/2020 19:56

@candycrush2298 I’m the same , all my friends have children already some into their second and third now. So good to have the support on here.

Only one more week and we can test. 🙏

candycrush2298 · 11/06/2020 20:01

@Firsttymmum yes its going to be looooooong week. At least in here we have support from people who are actually going through the same thing. As friends and family can be supportive but if they too are not in the same boat they don't really understand (through no fault of their own)

On a different note has anyone used the Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor to track ovulation and test for pregnancy?

OP posts:
Firsttymmum · 11/06/2020 20:53

@candycrush2298

Yes your so right, most of my family and friends say you just need to not stress and it will happen. Pretty hard when you want something so much .

snapple21 · 11/06/2020 21:03

I used the monitor when it was first being developed for free as part of a clinical trial when I had my son. It was brilliant. I conceived but sadly had a miscarriage and they sent me free sticks for the month after! I didn't end up using them as conceived straight after the miscarriage.

Flossy20 · 11/06/2020 21:14

What's the earliest you would test? I'd like to think of hold on till AF is due but I know it will be hard not to!
I think with the drinking, it's a hard one to know what's best but it's each to their own I guess. I do usually have a glass of wine or 2 at the weekend.
I've felt really bloated this afternoon and had a couple of twinges. Prob wouldn't have thought anything of it before TTC.

candycrush2298 · 12/06/2020 08:47

@Firsttymmum mum and aunties keep saying just have faith it will happen. So I really understand what you mean.

@snapple21that is great news, thank you so much for letting me know. I am looking at buying one off Ebay as I have seen some pretty convincing reviews. But wanted to actually physically ask someone and hear their response. So sorry you miscarried that must have been really difficult. Wow what an amazing feat to fall pregnant straight afterwards. What a blessing.

@Flossy20 I keep telling myself only when AF arrives but yeah its not likely to happen. I think maybe at about 12dpo. I don't think I am going to be one of those mums that will have HCG really early. I really think I would only see after AF is late. Just my luck kind of thing lol. Doesn't stop me from testing early though let me tell you. Some months I have serious self control and only test the day AF is due get a negative and then she starts a few hours later. The dissapointment never stops feeling soul crushing.

How is everyones symptoms going?

After having practically nothing all day yesterday last night in bed the pain in my left side of my back returned and seriously bad AF cramps like really bad ones. So I am already thinking I am probably going to be out this month. Usually the cramps only start 3/4 days before its due for me but it definitely feels like AF cramps. I am also feelling run down but that is likely because I am not taking my hay-fever tabs. The only really weird thing that happened was 2DPO and last night (6DPO) my boobs felt on fire like someone had rubbed Deep Heat all over my chest area. weird to explain.

OP posts:
NJ2910 · 12/06/2020 09:18

Morning!

@candycrush2298 I'm sure I have seen elsewhere someone describing one of their first signs of pregnancy being that they felt like their boobs had deep heat on them! I remember because they literally described it as deep heat too so fingers crossed that means something 😊🤞

I think I am 5/6 DPO today so still early and my lower back pain from yesterday has gone. I felt a bit sick last night and have an upset stomach this morning but as much I was like these things to mean something I think they are probably unrelated haha!

candycrush2298 · 12/06/2020 09:27

@NJ2910 Good Morning :)

Thank you, that is interesting, I did not want to Google it (the restraint was with great difficulty hahaha) because I was having such bad AF cramps that I have already started to count myself out.

You never know, some people implant early. Upset tummy and feeling a bit sick can mean something keep monitoring it and see if it intensifies. FX for all of us
