@SmileyT omg I remember you saying that to me when I first came on the June bus! 3 days old and left the baby with you for the weekend! Bet that was a shock 😦 half the time we get on and when we don't its because he's normally trying to use something against me to get me to do something he wants 🥱 ooo look at you! I wish I had a good job title 😂 that's the one thing I'd be worried about is missing out on work. I always said when I had my next baby I'd stay at home with them until they went to school but as it is now I'd probably go back after 4.5 months of maternity as that's all I get on full pay and couldn't afford the full 9 months 😂

@Vil10 oh big hugs, that must have been really difficult. I'm not sure my face would have been able to hide my emotions, I'd have probably cried, so it sounds like you done very well 😘 it's so so difficult, one of my best friends is pregnant now and I'm so happy for her and she's going to make the best mum! But sometimes when she sends through nursery photos, or little clothes it can feel like a bit of a kick 😩

Hi ladies!

I'm dipping in and out this month as I just felt I got too obsessive last month and didn't do myself any favours so I'm trying to be more chill and not think about it so much this month.

5DPO for me, I started testing at 8DPO last month and just ended up wasting a fortune on tests so I'm determined to wait till 10DPO this month which will be Saturday. If I can hold out longer I will but that's unlikely with my track record 😂.

This TWW is definitely going faster than last month though which is good. I've avoided symptom spotting this month too. Like a lot of you have said I think realistically these little symptoms we see are more to do with our hormones fluctuating during our cycles than with pregnancy. Last time I was pregnant I really didn't have any symptoms till a few days after my period was late and they started mildly anyway so I don't think it's reliable in my case.

Wow so many of you want girls! Like most of you obviously I don't care really, o just want a happy healthy baby but if I was choosing I'd go for a boy. I think little boys are super sweet where all the girls in my family are sassy little miss independents 😂. Give me a cuddly Mammy's boy anyday! Plus I'm not a girly girl, I'd be much happier at football or boxing than ballet 😂.

That being said I have 14 nieces and nephews and only 3 of all of those are girls and they're all 10+ now where we have 5 boys under 7 at the moment so the grandparents are all desperate for a new baby girl!

Do people have names picked out? I always love hearing what people have chosen 😊.

Also I am definitely not up for feeling my cervix 😂 I think I'm alright with not knowing how it feels 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

@lucyrp sounds like you had a tough few years and personally I think DS is lucky to have several daddies that care for him. If a child has one or two parents it's lucky and if it has more then even better! X

@KateColx little girl clothes there is definitely more choice I always used to think they were cuter however since having a little boy it's the boy ones that get me now! I would like to have another boy and a girl I know I'm greedy! X

@Vil10 I would have cried! Does she know your TTC? I think sometimes when it's our turn we get so wrapped up in ourselves we sometimes forget about what's going on with our friends? She probably didn't mean it to sound how it did but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. Big hugs it will be your turn soon and you will have free rein to talk about it non stop and their turn to listen x

@Noble89 ooo interesting you say about names. I have a couple of boys names and one girls name. The boys names I know nobody that has used them .... until I had my cp when not 1 but 3 people I know called their little boy it!!! I wasn't happy to say the least 😭

@TTCgee @Newbie0818 may I ask how /why you're getting your bloods done? I'm thinking pcos as well potentially but would assume I'd have to wait ages before GPs would see me for something so minor and I'd feel silly like it's all in my head 🙊

@Mococo1 yup the progesterone is probably why I sound like a Debbie downer here most of the time as I keep saying yeah I had that symptom in cycle 2,3,4 but clearly I'm still here so... 🤷‍♀️ Doesn't stop me from still noticing all the symptoms and continue with the wishful thinking!

Yessss I love name chat!! Girls we would have either Luna, Ivy or Eda 🥰 we don't really have any boy names, I like Arlo and Teddy but hubby doesn't like either 😂

I'm team girl too... As my partner already has two boys, I think we are likely to only have one, and the boys want a little sister so my hands are tied 🤷‍♀️ I would of course be ecstatic with either, but these two boys have the stinkiest farts and they wee everywhere 😂😂

@KateColx oooo I love all of those !! We can't have anything with a Y or Ie on the end as OH surname ends with a Y and would be a bit of a tongue twister!

@Cocoblue22 I think I go through phases, a few years ago I would have said I really wanted a boy. Haha you're allowed to be greedy when it comes to cute babies! Would you like 3 in total? I've never really thought about it but I think I'd be super happy with two x

@SmileyT I felt terrified I wouldn't know what to do with I boy when I had my gender scan! Turns out I'm a natural! Okay so I don't do the whole playing football well but that's daddy's domain and I'm happy to do and cheer him on! I think we just adapt and tbh having a boy has literally been the making of me I love it and now I would like another boy so he gets a brother to play with but would also love to have a girl too....as I say I'm greedy x

@lucyrp oh it's such hard work isn't it trying to find one that goes well with the surname. My new married name is a bit like that, my maiden name is a lot easier to put with names so I blame hubby for having an awkward name 😂

I love Rosalie and Alice for girls, boys are alot harder but I think something taditional, maybe a Jack or a George
