I've been reading about pineapple and evening primrose oil, definitely got those on the list to to try next time if we aren't successful this time! Love pineapple anyway 🍍 and by July I'm sure I will have braved the shops myself so don't have to keep bothering OH with my random shopping requests (not been in a single shop/petrol station/anywhere other than work or home since March 🙈)

@SmileyT oh no way 😂😩 why does it become harder when you actually try to get pregnant?! 😩 we actually got pregnant when we'd been seeing eachother for a couple of months (8 years ago) which OH used to try and reassure me last night, I had to remind him that we were at it like rabbits for the first year, so we may need to up our game to reenact that situ 😂😂 when did you get your bfp last time?

@juno231 oh no they're the worst 😔 I had a really faint line on a FRER last cycle and I was so excited about it but absolutely nothing after that. Really get your hopes up don't they 😢

@lucyrp I think it's important to remember that none of us are fertility specialists, I don't think your chart shows the classic curve they tell you to look out for but my 1st cycle after my MC my chart was more erratic as I think you'll still have excess progesterone in your system so your pre-ovulation temps might not be that accurate. I honestly wouldn't start worrying yet and remember the nhs don't even recommend temping as at home the results can be inconclusive and lead people to more worry than anything else x

@KateColx yeah that's what my OH said, he was like let's reenact the month we conceived and see how we get on so we'll do that next month rather than SMEP I think

@Newbie0818 ha yes I've certainly not given up as I'm "only" 10DPO so there's hope yet.

@KateColx and I got my BFP at just over 5weeks I think but I knew I was pregnant I'd just put off testing as we were on holiday. Tbh before ttc ive only ever taken 3 pregnancy tests and they were all positive so I do feel in my heart that when I am I'll know which is probably why I'm not as sad by BFNs because I'm mentally prepared. When I was at uni and got pregnant I was on the pill wasn't having periods and still definitely knew by 5 weeks. And tbh it was none of the twinges I try and convince myself with now they were really strong symptoms 😂

So sorry about the BFN 😔 Really thought they would be a couple extra BFP, but bo AFs yet 🤞

I think the plan for July for everybody is to be at it like rabbits or like @lucyrp and pretend we are all 22 again! 🐰

@SmileyT oh yeah definitely I was just asking for your opinion! The thing is I didn't start temping to rely on it I just thought I'd do it alongside my CB OPKs so I do need to remember that I know it won't be reliable but it's tough when you're looking out for things isn't it. It starts off so naively and then near the end you're clutching at straws 😂😂

I'm still tuck up in bed and feeling sorry for myself. AF is in full action this morning. I know OH will be wondering if i'm pregnant or not and I just can't bring myself to tell him over the phone or by video call. I just want him home now and to be for him to give me a cuddle and just tell me it will all be ok.

I remembered last night that with my ovusense you get a video consultation with a fertility nurse, so I have booked that in. I'm hoping that will give me some pease of mind.

@lucyrp sorry was my response was such a ramble 🙈 but yeah like you say it's best not to rely on these things too much, stress is apparently the worst thing 😘

@lucyrp do you always take your temp after a solid 3 hours sleep? That can massively affect temps if not which is why I have all but given up with temping 🙈 BBT is only really seen as reliable if taken at the same time every morning after minimum 3 hours solid sleep. It's so impossible, especially if like me you are also trying to drink more water to help EWCM production and therefore need a wee in the night, it's a vicious circle 😂

@Ltay2 I hardly ever wake in the night at the moment, I was before but this last month I've been alright I normally wake at 6ish when OH goes to work and that's when I temp. But he doesn't always go at the same time so I try to temp within the hour so between 6.15 and 7.15 but the app says that's fine but that's obviously makes a difference as its not bang on the same time every day! 😂

@lucyrp Yeah I think within the same hour will be fine as the app says! I used to be so good at taking temp but I think I was more in denial at how much sleep I had 😂 now I know how important it is for it to be right I've given up

@Ltay2 I also don't think that my mouth makes a very good seal around the thermometer and also I'm pretty sure I sleep with my mouth open quite a lot so that doesn't help 😂

Hi ladies I’m going out of my mind this morning!
Following the very faint line yesterday afternoon on the Asda cheapie I did another cheapie this morning and barely could see anything. I’m not even sure if there was a faint line at all or my eyes were just hoping to see it - I couldn’t even get a photo this morning showing what I thought I saw.

I think I just needed to moan as I’ve not told anyone not even hubby. AF is due today so I’m just going to see what happens, I have got a first response out for delivery so if AF doesn’t come I will test on Saturday which will take me to 17dpo

@blodyn91 you'll probably have such a better understanding of your ovulation when you use opks! With my apps they all had different days, only a few days different but those few days are crucial really! Hahaha yeah blame them and start a fresh this cycle!x

@TTCmummy2021 I'm much better Thankyou, she announced it yesterday and I'm so so happy for them, they really deserve this! As for Mexico weve deciding on booking it because I thought well what if I keep putting things off and we haven't even conceived by then, I'm really hoping we have but you never know, but with Tui if you cancel 12 weeks prior to your holiday you get a full refund, so that's the plan! If I'm pregnant we're going to cancel! Also i was rubbish on here yesterday so just saw your news, is there any chance it's just a a light bit of bleeding and not actual period?? I'm really rooting for you and your wife!!x
