BFN, Cervix is incredibly high (higher than O), medium but finger had some blood on it and now spotting so AF will start today/tomorrow I'm guessing. Into cycle 24!
@Lottiepink my LP varies also from 12-15. I told my consultant and she said it's ok as still in the normal range, I mentioned how I thought it was supposed to be the same each month and she said not so I didn't think any more of it 🤷🏼‍♀️

@mrsbecs normal EPU only offer early scans if there's a reason (such as previous mc etc) but there's no harm phoning and asking.

@orangeloo I now realise why the progesterone only contraception pill makes your boobs bloom 🤣🤣

@XjustagirlX fingers crossed for tomorrow if you do test!!

@Annny27 me too! Especially as I've had mild twinges/cramps since last weekend and my Cervix is even higher than it was yesterday. It normally drops really low day before AF. Maybe it will later today.
We have our phone appointment on Monday to discuss IVF, really hope they don't waste time repeating tests and just fast track us through!

@Kiza I have actually ran out of wedding related things to do now too 🙈thats so frustrating if you have to redo your tests! A spa break sounds divine!! Sorry that it was a BFN, fingers crossed for Monday and that they get the ball rolling for you!

@Lottiepink thank you!! Yeah I am so over it as I cant really go out and do anything so its pretty dull. I am back at the end of the month but think the OH is going to continue to WFH going forward!

@Annny27 what are the pessaries like? how often do you have to take them? did they say there any any potential side effects? are they big?? so many questions lol!

@XjustagirlX I have everything crossed for you this month. Thats great that the consultant has offered you the IVF referral, mine has still never mentioned it.

@mrsbecs massive congratulations!! Thank you, pretty much everything is planned, venue, flowers, cake, band, photographer etc we are sorted!

@ValidUser look at that precious little bean, must be such a relief to see it on the screen!!

Off for my progesterone level blood tests next week- hoping the nurse is gentle with me as I hate getting blood taken. Will have a chat with the fertility nurse the following week to discuss the results and next steps, I'm not sure if they will still want me to start the progesterone for a couple of months and then test my levels again?

Thanks everyone. We're really happy. Next scan in 2 weeks and twelve week scan booked for September.

AF arrived in full force this morning, kept me awake most of the night with bad cramps. Weirdly my temp is still high 🤷🏼‍♀️

@ValidUser that's so reassuring that you're getting so many scans in the first trimester. And so lovely for you both to keep on seeing your little one growing inside you!

@Lozzlepop wow you must be super organised to have it all done so far (I've never been married but have heard the to do list is epic!)

@XjustagirlX how you feeling this morning?

@Kiza I’m feeling really down this morning. My bbt dropped this morning. I’ve weed in a pot but I’m too scared to take the test its so confusing. I’ve felt slightly nauseous for the last couple of days and I don’t have any spots which I always get before AF. I’m 12dpo today and AF is due tomorrow. I usually get spotting one or two days before she arrives but I’ve not had anything.

What do we all think to test or not to test?

Sorry to hear you're feeling down, has your temp dropped just a tad or close to the cover line? If it was me I'd have to test now but I know some would just throw that pee down the loo and try and distract yourself with some nice things today instead

@kiza boooo for AF :( will you do the everyday method again this month or go for SMEP? Or perhaps the normal fertile people method of just "whenever" - wish that would work for me haha!

@XjustagirlX I am a POAS addict so I woipd test haha! Sorry you are feeling down :(

@ValidUser not too long then! Does the clinic know if the baby is a boy or girl or did they not check that when assessing the embryos before transfer?

@Lozzlepop this will be a tmi message haha - the pessaries are fine actually - I use them rectally (told you tmi 🙈) and its no mess atall whereas if you use them vaginally apparently you get reslly gdoss discharge that ruins pants! So I would choose rectally. You take them twice a day from about 3dpo to 14dpo and then continue with them if you get a bfp! And no they aren't big, but then i have used suppositories before for something else so I am used to them. Side effects, well apart from the rare scary ones the always put on medication.....the side affects are just bigger boobs, sluggishness, sort of like late tww/ early pregnancy symptoms :)

@Kiza so my bbt was actually really confusing this morning. I calculate in F and my cover line is 97.5. I took my bbt 1 and a half hours earlier than usual this morning and it was 97.4. I then took another reading straight away and it said 97.6.

If I use the bbt adjuster online those reading if adjusted for my usual reading time would be 97.6 and 97.8.

It’s very confusing. Ideally I would like the first reading to be an anomaly and hopefully it’s just dropped coz i took the reading earlier than usual.

@Annny27 what are you taking the tablets for? What do they help with? I’m intrigued as I’ve never heard of them before.

@XjustagirlX I work with Celsius not F, is that much of a drop? It doesn't sound like it so perhaps you're still in with a shot?
@Annny27 pessaries sound interesting, I think you have to use them during IVF too?
I'm gonna see how Monday's call goes (you never know we may be starting IVF quicker 🤷🏼‍♀️. If we're allowed to try this next cycle then will attempt every day again- may as well!

@Annny27 no idea if it's a boy or a girl. Might have a blood test to rule out trisomy and find out the sex. I don't mind, but I am curious!

I decided not to test. If it was negative then I would feel worse. If it was positive I would assume it’s another miscarriage coz of the temp drop.

I’ve not had any spotting yet which I always get before AF. I’ll see what my bbt does tomorrow morning. I do keep getting mild cramps but I can’t tell if it’s AF or not.

Morning :) 7dpo for me! Glad its a bit cooler this morning as last night was horrifically hot

@XjustagirlX I sometimes have quite a bit of spotting in my luteal phase which can be indicative if low progesterone so my consultant has given me these to try for a few months to see if it strengthens LP and helps implantation. Did you test today?

@ValidUser lovely :) we were undecided if we would find out the gender. My DH wanted to but I didn't!

@kiza yep they give them to IVF patients too after transfer in a lot of the cases that I have seen :) good luck for tomorrow call!

@Annny27 I’ve just done a test and it was negative. Annoying I didn’t realise I didn’t have any frers so it was a clearblue one the normal one not a digital.

I don’t really know what that means now. I’ve been nauseous and tired. I’ve not got a any spots which I usually do and not had my usual spotting before AF.

Im going to amazon prime some frers which will hopefully arrive tomorrow.

@XjustagirlX it could be possibly, but I still did opk until I got a positive and then temped to confirm it, who knows! Got an appointment in a few weeks so I will mention it then 😊 so sorry about the bfn, hopefully af stays away and the frers arrive tomorrow 😊

@Kiza ahh so it's probably fine then, I will mention it just incase though too, and see what they have to say 😊 so sorry for the bfn and af arriving, I really thought it sounded positive too! Least you have the telephone app to run through things to look forward to.

I hate getting blood taken also, I'm always in agony after it, I'm maybe just soft thought haha!

@Kiza, I wouldn't say the list is huge, I guess it depends what you want and what your venue provides, I have found it all pretty smooth sailing- I've got a wee spreadsheet that I update! Good luck for your call with the clinic tomorrow, I hope it goes well!

@Annny27 haha is anything TMI on here? Thanks for the tip- thats something I wouldn't have even thought of! I'm sure the nurse will talk me through everything ☺️

@XjustagirlX sorry to hear it was a BFN, how many DPO are you? fingers crossed you can get your hands on some FRERs!

@Lottiepink It deffo will be nice to get back to reality! So I had a dream last night that I ended up in hospital after a nurse was trying to take my blood and my veins burst and I ended up with a blood flu 😂SOS!

@Lottiepink I have given up on temping now, I was getting way to stressed with waking up at the right time and then i would be excited to see my temp haha

@Annny27 my frers haven’t arrived yet but they will arrive some time today.

AF hasn’t arrived. I’m pretty sure I’m pregnant but just hoping it’s not another miscarriage. I’ve had lower back pain this morning and I can’t seem to find if that’s a good or bad thing.

@Annny27 not had the tests yet, first one is Wednesday and then Friday!

@XjustagirlX I have everything crossed for you I have had vary symptoms throughout my pregnancies, i'd try not to second guess any symptoms.

So I’ve just had blood when going to the toilet. I can’t work out if it’s more red or brown. I’ll keep monitoring it.

I'm an old grad of this thread, got my BFP on thread 18 I think. Now have a wonderful 21 week old baby girl.

Anyway, I'm cleaning out my bathroom and have a load of IC ovulation tests. There's about 5 dates this September and another 45 with are dates this December. If someone wants them let me know and I'll post them out to you!

So what a waste today's appointment was. The fertility consultant also said it was a waste of time and not needed and apologised for us being given conflicting information numerous times from the IVF clinic. He said there had been errors and will look into it and let managers know, turns out also a letter that was posted out to us in May never arrived!
So back to the waiting game of an appointment letter (which I was told a month ago but then the next person I spoke to said something different). It's making me lose hope in the competency of this particular hospital!

It’s brown and watery consistency when I wipe. Looking back through my previous miscarriages/ectopics. I always got brown spotting around the same time 14dpo.

However this time I’ve got cramps as well which come and go but are quite AF like.

My frers still haven’t arrived, due to arrive this evening so I will do a test tomorrow morning.
