For those in the tww, any recommendations to bide time? I’m in limbo land with my cycle so just countering the last time I had sex when I got a peak and taking it from there. It’s driving me crazy lol

Morning all poor fiance was poorly last night first night in ages we didn't do the deed but were 5 dpo ish and dtd lots till now so fingers crossed

15 DPO (I think). CD 30. BFN. Cramping like mad so I think AF is coming. Urgh!

@ChicaXS - I think it is a case of keeping busy. I also try to have time away from my phone. Easier said than done!!

@Sleeeeeepy I did another test this morning just to double check but def bfn. Af now completely gone so was literally just 2 very light days. I’m thinking maybe didn’t ovulate last month? Though I def had changed in cm. I’ll track it properly This month with sticks and check 🤞🤞 cd4 for me and ovulation sticks due to arrive today. Test from day 9 or 10?

@Matilda19 my ex is a compulsive liar aswel, he's really not a nice person at all. Sounds like you had a really stressful time with your ex aswel, thank god we're not with them anymore!

@MrsTtobe best thing I ever did was leave him! There seems to be so many pregnancies happening atm, why can't it be our turn now😫

@Lynnysong I take it the prick never did pay you back then?😡🤬 unless people have ever been with a narcissist they just don't understand. I even had to have help a few years back from a domestic abuse service because he'd messed me up mentally so much. I've also had 2 of his ex's after me turn to me because he also messed them up aswel. Luckily he never physically abused me mine was all mental abuse, but the latest ex he has physically abused, he's hit her quite a few times! & even in front of my son!The professionals did say that he would end up getting worse with each relationship & will up the abuse as he loses control of his victims. They said he was worse than a narcissist & classed him as a psychopath with split personalities, they said he will never change, he's not right in the head. I could honestly make a series of my life with his ex's of the last 13yrs & what he's all put us through. It's disgusting!! Vile human being!!

@LT103 Booooo I'm sorry you got a bfn ☹️ I think sometimes hormones just go a bit wonky. I thought I was heading towards ovulation CD11 but got to 26 then went back down to zero. My CM changed in line with what it should be doing. I had barely there period so goodness knows what's going on. I'd start testing CD9 in case you ovulate early, don't want to miss it!

No sign of period yet (13dpo) but temp dropped again for 4th day in row, I'm crampy and feeling meh.
Suspect I'm out, roll on cycle 11 😩

My ex was always very very anti kids, and he turned out to be a cockwomble who cheated on me. Left him in the January 5 years ago and met current partner in the September..
He is the complete polar opposite of ex 😁😊

Morning ladies sounds like there are many of you who are well shot of there ex’s and are with the right partners now!

I have no idea what’s happening with my cycle this month, I had an early mc or perhaps a chemical pregnancy last month so don’t really know what that’s done to my cycle- whether I’ve ovulated or whether when I was bleeding counts as the first day or what really. We’ve been dtd a lot in hope that I have ovulated at some point- I’m hoping it might have made me more fertile but then am doubting and wondering if it’s messed my cycle for a while

Hi @Chlo2701, sorry to hear you’re feeling crap.

No plans to test until around 30th June at the earliest, no point really testing sooner. I’m only guessing I OVd on CD8/9. I’ve no urge to POAS, it’ll be better for me to wait until I’m more certain AF is late... if I test early and it’s BFN I know I’ll only worry...maybe unnecessarily.

@Chlo2701 No he's not paid me back, had an argument with him this morning. Says he'll send money on Friday. I'm not holding my breath. tbh it's given me a huge wake up call about my life. I'm determined to change things and get a good life now.

I'm so glad you're not seeing him anymore. Wow what an asshole! You're so sweet to be there for the other ladies. I had to get a lot of counselling to deal with what happened. I loved him so much and it was so hard to say no to him. Real easy now though! I swear my therapist saved me, she was actually called Angel lol.

Made some big decisions. Sat myself down and looked at my options. (Did this yesterday and today when I should have been studying, oops) And here are the results:

1. I'm probably too old to have a baby with my own eggs, but may keep trying with the donor over the next while just in case. Not going extra curricular with the supplements though, I'm use mega cheap ones and what I have.

1. I found a fertility clinic I really like - Manchester Fertility clinic - it's a bit nearer me in Glasgow and they have their own frozen donor egg bit with a frozen sperm bank next door.

1. I don't have the money currently for the package I want, multi-cycle frozen donor egg and sperm. I'm also too heavy for ivf. So I'm taking a year out to sort these problems out and chill and get healthy.

1. Liz at the clinic say that was fine as 45 or 46 doesn't make any different to my chances. She is a darling, totally supported me and put me at ease.

So there we go, taking a year out and only trying mildy while I save up and sort myself and things for the main event. But I'm quite happy to hang out with you guys and cheer you on. xxx

Sorry for the mega posting. But I'm soooo determined to do this. The stats they have for older ladies is actually better for the younger ones in that clinic - they give 45+ an extra hormone thing and it really improves their odds. 60% chance per cycle and they will keep embryos left over for two years, if I want to use them.

I'm going to really work on my life. I've got a proper goal and motivation now. Feel so much better. Just need to start planning. And I'll finish this counselling course and my psychology degree off in the meantime.

@Lynnysong aw good luck with everything. No harm in trying with donor if his happy to do so.

@Matilda19 I'm 13dpo and going to test in the morning. My temp dropped a lot last night, I couldn't sleep though so who knows. I keep feeling like af is coming and I now have stabbing pains in both nipples.

Really don't think I'm pregnant. The odds are astronomical lol. But I will test before I stop taking the cream.

@Lynnysong Oh wow, that clinic looks fantastic! It's great how supportive the person you spoke to was, it gives you trust that they've got your back. You're really inspiring, I'm so sorry you've had to go through so much crap to get where you are x
