I bought Brazil nuts the other day because someone mentioned them on here but can’t exactly remember what they are for?😂 I’m going to start adding the linseed and pumpkin seeds to my morning smoothie tomorrow, so may as well add a Brazil nut if it has benefits!

@SmileyT it probably is! I normally drive every day for the school run and to work but haven't for ages now since lockdown. Aww thank you he is looking after me xx

@Vil10 Yea I got a load of food that I either looked up or read on here was good when TTC but now I need to sit down and work out what they're all for and what part of the cycle to eat them all in. Tho couldn't resist munching on some Brazil nuts today because they're yummy reguardless of when I'm supposed to eat them

Is anyone else going to be the first of their friends/family to be pregnant when they get their BFP? None of my friends or family members are currently pregnant and I don’t think any will be planning it soon thanks to postponed weddings and job stresses! My brain is going into overdrive thinking about potentially not having anyone to share my experience with in real life, especially with antinatal groups being cancelled 😩

@blodyn91 just buy the £9.99 fermometer thememotet off amazon and yes take it every day of your cycle at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up xx

Suddenly feeling a bit crap. A friend posted on FB that they are expecting their first baby in December. I know we haven’t tested yet but it’s still a kick in the teeth after all our efforts trying or having losses 🥺

@Bear127 we won't be the first, but in a way yes, everybody finished having babies, mist already in school... this baby ,🤞, is going to make broody a lot of ladies, I am hoping to have a few volunteers to hold the baby to give me a break

@Vil10 the Brazil nuts are for implantation so latter half but you can eat anyway but literally only a couple though if you are taking other pregnancy vitamins like pregnacare multi vitmins or similar then with a couple of Brazil bits that takes you to your maximum dose of selenium per day otherwise it can be detrimental so be careful

Hey ladies thought I’d give you all a wee update after my really strong opk That was coming from the fact I was still getting positive pregnancy tests after mmc ar 15 weeks anyway......

Currently in hospital as haemorrhaged tonight, turns out I still had a 3cm by 3cm piece of placenta left in me that’s why iv been getting the Positives. Soooooo I think I might be out for this month 🥺

Do we think I start back at CD1 as of today or continue what I’m on which is CD 9? Xx

@Mcbee26 oh no hope you're okay I know what it's like to haemorrhage it's horrible it happened to be about 2 weeks after I'd had an end to a 12+ week pregnancy and I had to stay in and have the operation to remove material as it all hadn't left my body the same as you. Xxx

@lucyrp it was horrendous I just totally panicked. Luckily the doctor managed to do it while I was awake in the room as was sitting there ready to come away anyway so I’m sitting here hoping il get out to go home in about an hour xx

Oh no @Mcbee26 sending lots of hugs your way that’s awful hope you are ok 🤗. I think you’d have to ask the nurses that question on what cycle day to class it as really for TTC
