@Minster2012 @Ltay2 its like ombré but it's higher up the hair and is mixed slightly more. I used to have it before my extensions

@Minster2012 nooo no POAS for me until at least Saturday 🙈🙈

WildButterfly · 03/06/2020 09:02

@lucyrp I’m sure he’ll be a great big brother! 🥰 my sister and I have a 5.5 years gap and we were quite close! Sorry your app has been upsetting you, I also had an opp to remove material after my MMC 10 years ago, does make me worry a bit, but I’m sure we’re both fine! We share similar stories, that’s so funny!

Btw, I’m brunette, would say about 5’3, my hair is so long now during lockdown, several inches below my bra line, if that makes sense. I have wide hips and big butt, but slim waist and small breasts, buying clothes can be a nightmare and can easily range between sizes 10-16, depending on what it is. I’m also from Brazil originally, but live in Sussex 💁🏻‍♀️

Ltay2 · 03/06/2020 09:03

@Minster2012 Balyage is basically like a blended colour, like ombré as @lucyrp said. As it doesn't go all the way to the roots it's less upkeep and means it's not obviously when it's growing out, I get mine done only 1-2 times a year and have regular cuts in between to keep the cost down!

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:05

@Ltay2 yeah I used to be like you and think it was a waste of money and didn't want to pay but it helped me so much. Basically you don't count calories or anything like that only on chocolate etc. You're allowed a certain amount of cheese/butter/ dairy a day and same with bread. It's hard to explain without making it sound complicated but its not. Could you maybe message your local consultant and they could send you some info ?? Or maybe just google it ? Its so easy. I don't buy anything that I don't normally buy anyway. And you don't have to eat loads but you're allowed to if you're hungry! Like you said you just buy normal stuff and make whatever you fancy. You can meal plan if you want to but I never have

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:08

@WildButterfly I hope so!🥰 I'm sure we will both be fine and like I said if they didn't say anything at the time then surely nothing to worry about!
Ooo Brazil! I'm the same with clothes though I kind of try not to worry about it too much as I fit in some size 8 but I also fit in 10,12 and I wear a pair of size 14 shorts so different shops do different sizing so they're all different 🤷🏼‍♀️

Vil10 · 03/06/2020 09:12

@lucyrp that’s so true!! We don’t realise until it’s actually us in that position how hard it is! 11 years!! Wow that’s crazy, hats off them! I’ll test Saturday too so we’re not on our own doing it😂 id be so so shocked if I got my BFP though! I just don’t have much hope!x

@lucyrp The surgeon at the time was a good friend of ours, so I’m sure he would have told us if there were any issues. Have a lovely day, try to relax and treat yourself to something nice, maybe a bath! 💕

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:22

@Vil10 I always used to think if people didn't have kids that they didn't want them. How naive of me! Actually my own great auntie never had kids and didn't understand how she loved me so much but had none of her own turns out they found it very difficult to have children and she would have been such a great mother its so sad ☹️she even has DS for sleepovers now and he loves it 🥰 I know mad isn't it. I'll be 12dpo on Saturday 😬 I don't have much hope either don't worry x

Ltay2 · 03/06/2020 09:23

@lucyrp I'm going to look into it tonight. Even if groups were on right now I'd never go to them in person so the online option is better for me anyway. I guess even if I just try for a few months it'll give me an idea if it's going to work for me, and I'm saving money on fuel in lockdown anyway with not going into the office as much 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bear127 · 03/06/2020 09:23

@WildButterfly My colleague had her two with a 19 year age gap and she said it was perfect. Apart from her 19 y/o being confused for the baby’s mum 😂 She said it was like two only children however the 19y/o was very proactive and helpful and she herself was very laid back about having another because she’d had her first so young and was in a completely different stage in her life. Her eldest went on to have her own baby a few years later so they grew up to be close together as if siblings themselves 😊

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:24

@WildButterfly yes I think it may be a bath and face mask kind of day today 🙈🥰

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:25

@Ltay2 even if you think you would never go to the groups I would consider it as I'm a very anxious person and thought I'd never go but having to be there every week on the same day and same time gives you that boost to do it aswell. Yess have a look into it and see what you think!

WildButterfly · 03/06/2020 09:28

Aww that’s a lovely story, thanks for sharing @Bear127! 🥰 she’s really lovely, I know I’m biased, but I’m sure she’d be over the moon with a little brother or sister. Although she did request for a baby boy as she wants to be the only girl! 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Vil10 · 03/06/2020 09:29

@lucyrp I always thought that too! It always seems to be the women who would make amazing mothers who struggle and it makes me so sad, my aunty and her husband struggled for a while ended up getting ivf and on their last free chance got twins a boy and girl, and it made me so happy because they really deserved them! I’m 13dpo on Saturday but not we’ve been talking about it I’m scared😂x

Juno231 · 03/06/2020 09:36

Girls I literally just had 10 pages to catch up on since last night! Keen to jump on the self description band wagon though!

I'm 32, 5'7" and a size 10/12 although I think you'd guess 10 - it's all really evenly spread out! Olive skin (I'm so tanned right now!), lots of freckles and long super straight dark brown hair. I'm quarter Chinese hence the hair and ability to tan :) I'm such a mongrel though that no one ever knows where I'm from - especially as I speak with a posher accent than 90% of my co-workers who are actually from the UK.

I've had people guess that I'm anything from Native American to adopted from Romania (wtf?!) :D

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:44

@Vil10 yes it is very sad! Aww that's a lovely story! I'm really scared too don't worry 😂🙈x

blodyn91 · 03/06/2020 09:48

@Juno231 I know imagine you like Pokahontas 🤩🤩

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:49

@blodyn91 @Juno231 same 🤩

blodyn91 · 03/06/2020 09:52

@lucyrp @Vil10 I feel like testing Sat with you! But also too scared! Ill be either 13/14 dpo (I think 13 as I had ovulation pains on Sunday 24th).
Definitely more on the moist like an oyster side of things CM wise today 😬 but no real symptoms that I cant blame the heat for.

lucyrp · 03/06/2020 09:55

@blodyn91 @Vil10 j feel like I'm leaning more to the AF sumptoms as I always tend to need to go to the loo more for a No.2 towards AF and I've had a funny tummy this morning. Felt nauseous almost and had that saliva in my mouth before vomiting but didn't vomit. I'm very moist downstairs too 😬🙈x

Juno231 · 03/06/2020 10:00

@blodyn91 @lucyrp ha it's on my halloween to do list! Just need to work on that crop top tummy first lol!

Vil10 · 03/06/2020 10:02

@blodyn91 @lucyrp yess test on Saturday too! I felt a bit nauseous this morning too but dried up down there now compared to what it’s been like the last few days! I think I know secretly it’s a BFN which I’d be sad about but really it’s our first cycle tracking so really our first cycle all together and it’s the OH 30th in a few weeks so being able to celebrate and drink with him will help I suppose! But I’d have much rather not have been drinking and be pregnant on his 30th instead😂

Cocoblue22 · 03/06/2020 10:02

I’ve got such bad cramps today maybe AF is on her way and I didn’t ovulate this month boo not expecting her to show up until next Tuesday tho :( x

blodyn91 · 03/06/2020 10:08

@lucyrp @Vil10 I think a BFN will be more upsetting than AF arriving 🙈 but I also just want to knoww, haven't bought a test yet.
hmm intetesting about no.2, as I have been on the constipation side of things but definitely eased up now 🙈🤣 Will definitely do tracking next month, feel I've learned so much on here. Need to get them smiley sticks
