Hi ladies, I must say it's been a lengthy read but by god did I need that giggle today......and very jealous of all the alfresco sex, with a toddler already, those outdoor days seem a distant memory for me!

I'm hopping on the June bus but think it'll just be for the ride dont think I'll get an actual stop to get off at this month my cycle is so out of whack. 🤷‍♀️
Period is now 4 days late, all negative tests (trying 3 diff brands) and definitely don't feel pregnant nor feel like my period is coming. But those on the May bus may remember I wasn't too sure if I'd ovulated as it looked as though there was a rise on the tests but never a peak. So from my understanding if you don't ovulate you don't get a period right? Has anyone experienced that before, how long was it for everything to go back to normal do you just keep doing ovulation strips till eventually one day it'll start rising again?
I have decided that no period (when you're not preggers) is even more disappointing than actually seeing the arrival of AF, at least then you know soon it'll be time to start again when AF arrives, now I'm just sitting in a weird limbo.
May just need to induge in some wild non baby making sex in the meantime, feels like that was a lifetime ago too 😉

@watermelonwizard sorry only just seen your tag about the migraines, yes I suffered awfully before, then I was referred to a migraine clinic, had to do a medication detox which was awful, I got migraines daily for a month tried lots of different meds before finding what worked for me. I was getting rebound migraines daily which showed my other meds weren’t working so I take topiramate daily (max strength you can take 4x something or other I can check when at home tonight) daily as a preventative, & then when I have a migraine I take 3 x 200mg ibruprofen (yes 3), 2 x domperidone 10mg (antisickness) & a 100mg sumatriptan (again the max strength I can take). When I did the IVF I was told all my meds for migraines were safe EXCEPT ibruprofen

I seen this on another post the other day girls so il leave it here. Quite crazy actually!

@Cocoblue22 thanks lovely I really hope so I’m just trying to think that way ❤️ @SmileyT I know they honestly just confused me but the doctor didn’t sound convincing either way she almost let me decide I was having a miscarriage tbh 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m not using opks but I may start now actually just to be sure with everything xx

@Maybe333 yes that’s exactly it! It’s like you resent them but you can’t help it and it does feel petty but it’s only natural. Thanks for your advice and sharing that with me ❤️ I hope it’s all for a reason xxx

@DKDK123 welcome!! Yours is an interesting read as I too don’t think I have ovulated & am just riding the bus waiting for AF, but no idea on if it arrives or not! I can see how getting nothing is a total disappoint 😣& frustrating for you

@Minster2012 It could have been ovulation u know, although I felt all what your describing & CM days after my predicted ovulation 🤞🏻 is hubby still going strong getting banged to death?

I am now 5DPO. My nipples are incredibly sore to the touch which is something I've never experienced before! My boobs also feel big today but I think I'm just symptom spotting with that one!

How is everyone else feeling?

@Minster2012 here's hoping you get a sign either way, if you did ovulate I hope you get a BFP appearing soon but if you didn't ovulate I hope you get AF soon and can get right back on track. Never thought I'd be wishing for AF for myself or anyone while TTC 😂
But for now here's to lots of carefree sex for the sake of having fun 😁

@KRK05 I haven't said before so you haven't missed it! It was basically a foreskin issue meaning he had to have a minor surgery, and another surgery again in a few weeks time once this one has healed (so hoping we can try again in between surgeries). Nothing major really but the recovery is obviously difficult with the location of wound etc. He will be absolutely fine once everything has healed properly.

@lucyrp what is that drink? I’m waiting on a mahoosive Sunday lunch I can’t wait! X

Also are you supposed to be really dry after ovulation until AF next arrives ? I had two days after ovulation where I was dry but now back to quite wet ??

Should you refrain from DTD whilst in your TWW too ?? Is there any cons to having sex ?

@lucyrp I'm sure I've read before on a post that sex could affect implantation but that was on a thread on MN, I dont know how much truth there is to that. I dont quite believe it though well never really thought much of it. I also have no clue on the CM I jist dont monitor it now, it noticed it feeling a bit wetter a few days ago but I feel like my CM changes so much throughout my cycle it's too hard to keep track of it 🙈

@KRK05 yeah I thought that was the case but I don't really want to abstain from sex 🙈🙈 we've had it 3 times since ov so may have to stop if that's the case 🙈

@lucyrp So naturally now I've had a look at it online, it does say it can hurt the implantation process but basically if your having sex right at the time of implantation, I mean what are the chances of that 🙄

@lucyrp I’m sure it’s fine and most people DTD after ov! Maybe just do it gently don’t ride him like a bucking bronco.....a fucking bronco 🤣 x

@SmileyT @KRK05 ah shit, I do sound like a giant snob implying I have two houses I just swan back and forth from! To clarify, the city house is a little semi that OH and I first moved into together years ago, then when we got pregnant moved out and made the little house into the office for our business! So it's mostly a professional setup, but we kept a small area at the back like a studio apartment so he can stay there when he's working long hours (which I always worry would make it easy for him to have a sordid affair!).

@Ltay2 I noticed you hadn't mentioned the reason for OH being out of action so decided not to ask, but I'm glad you've said now. I was worried for you that it was something quite serious. You'll be back in FW before you know it!

Those percentages are interesting! I do wonder though about the 6DPO at 85%?? That would mean 15% get a positive at that time which seems absurdly early!

@Minster2012 and someone else who asked - yep definitely waiting till tomorrow to test! Will be 14DPO and AF due too, so might even wake up to her! I will admit I was tempted to do one today, even took a test with me last night so I would have it with me in the morning, but then felt so rough I didn't want to go the whole day feeling gross AND be devo by a BFN.

Today I just feel meH and I feel like AF is going to get me ☹️ sore lower back, cramping pains and just general Meh today. My spotting has gone as of yesterday l/ day before

So glad you gals are all in the 'drink til pink' club! I've been feeling guilty as been drinking last few days but I kept thinking I can't just never drink again imagine if it takes forever!

@lucyrp ahh it's normal to have those down days but AF isn't here til it's here so try and stay positive! When are you due to test?

@TTCgee Well I'm not really sure. AF could be due on the 3rd or 8th so probably on the 4th if AF hasn't come ☹️
