Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

@Annny27 we’ve actually only managed to dtd once this cycle 🙈 which was Friday night. So need to get busy tonight 😂
We’ve been out all day today at the seaside, I’d normally test again mid afternoon but couldn’t so tested again this evening when we got home and it was lighter. So not sure if I peaked this afternoon and missed it or maybe this mornings was the peak just starting to come down? Will see what tomorrow’s looks like!

Ah @Annny27 I'm sorry af got you ☹️ our bodies are strange things at times! I find it really hard to comprehend that we have no control over what it decides to do sometimes. I feel like there should be a manual and control buttons or something 🤨 I love your positive attitude this month tho! I know we always say you've got to try and stay positive but it's bloody hard sometimes and this process is draining.

@Nuggetlover27 to be fair 3 days in a row is bloomin tiring! We're carrying on every other day until + opk then will do that day, day after, miss a day and once more for good luck 😂 that's what we did when I caught last year anyway and bingo! Also my
Opk's tend to do what yours are doing and go up and down a bit before I all of a sudden get a positive.

@scrumdiddly123 do you think you missed it? Or was it the low before the peak kind of opk weirdness 😁

My boobs felt bigger today and can't help but think it might be pregnancy 😅
I am not obsessing over testing this cycl3 as very busy all day... thank god

@SunnySideUp2020 yep I’m 6dpo so week one of TWW done! I’m on holiday this week up in Scotland so hoping will be distracted enough during second week of the dreaded TWW.

@Annny27 sorry AF arrived. Hope you are doing ok.

@SunnySideUp2020 I think it was the low before the peak! Have had two more high readings today but annoyingly I’ve run out of opks. We are going away tomorrow for the rest of the week so I haven’t bothered ordering any more. But have had ov pains this afternoon and had an insane amount of EWCM all day so thinking today’s the day. will keep tempting to hopefully confirm 🤞🏻

Ahh that's so annoying, running out of opks just when the peak is going to happen... Worst case you ll be a day out in your calculation of dpo :)
At least it gave you time to dtd more 😊(hopefully!!)

@SunnySideUp2020 I think your right about a couple of days or so. Got EWCM and slight cramping so hopefully it's coming soon

@scrumdiddly123 yeah, I've been testing twice a day for the past couple of days. My lines are stronger in the evening than the morning. Was on 0.5 last night but 0.23 this morning. Keeping an eye on it.

@Fizzl 3 days in a row is tiring! Haha. Glad I'm not the only one who's OPKs seem to be all over the place. How are you doing this cycle?

Morning girls:D cd3 for me and we just booked our first private fertilitt appointment for next wendesday :) so hopefully will be in time to do day 21 (or 7dpo) progesterone blood tests and get the ball rolling on sperm analysis and stuff 🙌 plus the doctor if also the nhs doctor who I will be referred to in november so I am hoping we can start some initial investigations now and if any treatment is needed we can have it done via nhs and bypass the initial checks thay he has already done so hopefully bypass waiting times 🤞

@SunnySideUp2020 i am always excited when my boobs feel bigger! I am always wrong obviously 🤣 but a bit of excitement in the tww is needed! Keep hoping :D

@scrumdiddly123 I often run out of opks on the day I think I am ovulating haha! So frustrating

@Nuggetlover27 what cycle day is it now for you?

@fizzl yep I am positive this cycle. Also we are going on a mini UK break soon plus we have been able to see some family after a few months so things are looking up for me haha! Is it looking close to ovulation for you yet?

@Annny27 yay on the fertility appointment!!!
It will feel good to be proactive and explore all the different things to increase your chances. At least that's how i saw it!
Or maybe you will be one of those who get the appointment and become pregnant in the process 😁

@Annny27 that's great news about your appointment! And definitely good that it will be the same doctor you see. Hopefully it will be all good news but at least now if there is something more going on you'll find out about it and can do something!

How's the symptom spotting going @SunnySideUp2020?

I'm CD14 today and no signs of ovulation yet. This is normal for me tho, I don't usually ovulate until day 17-19 (ish) so will keep peeing on sticks! I've had another round of acupuncture today so hopefully that keeps my hormones in check this month! 🙄

@Fizzl can i ask, the acupuncture, does it leave you marks after? Or discomfort where the needles go??

And symptom spotting is going well 😅
Got excited abour my full sensitive boobs but just realised it's because i was 7 dpo and progesterone at its highest 😑😑
So the real symptoms spotting will start now !!!!

@Fizzl I'm good. Also keeping busy to try and not put too much pressure on this TTC journey. As people love to tell you "relax and it'll happen" wish it was that easy haha!
Fingers crossed that acupuncture keeps the cycle at your normal length rather than last months one 🤞🏻

I feel a bit stupid asking but is it possible to ovulate without a peek / low peek on OPKs? 🙈
I've been doing them twice a day and I got 0.5 a couple days ago but since then they've gone back down.
Not sure if it means, 0.5 was ov ? Or ov hasn't happened yet and body is still messed up like last month?

@SunnySideUp2020 no it doesn't really leave any obvious marks that I've noticed anyway. The needles don't hurt, you can feel them go in and there's probably sometimes a slight little 'nip' type feeling depending on where they are put in but nothing like when you have an injection. Once there in you can't really tell at all and she always checks that they feel ok etc.

@Nuggetlover27 it could be possible that you have ovulated if you missed your surge. Some people's don't last very long at all. Do you temp? (Sorry might have asked that before.

CD16 for me and opk's still negative and no signs of anything happening yet. Current mantra - do not stress, do not stress. Here's hoping something happens by CD18 otherwise I think I'm still broken!

At @Annny27 i wish I was as positive as you going into month 8!!! I feel it's gonna be a bfn Sunday and i will enter a small depression.
I am trying to mentally prepare for it because i feel so tired of the whole ttc masquerade!

I really want a break of it all but then think it will be more time and opportunities wasted if i do take the break...

Anyway will keep small hope for this cycle which is technically not over yet but being 9 dpo and having nothing noticeable is a not a great sign!!

Evening ladies :) we are on our little holiday on the South Coast and its so nice to be away for a bit!

@SunnySideUp2020 I genuinely think I just flipped a switch and thought I can either be depressed and not pregnant or positive and not pregnant 😂 either way not pregnant so still a little bit shit haha but slightly less shit :p

I definitely felt very depressed months 6-7 after MC (which was really months 12-13 overall) and I was very negative and I think everyone goes through ups and downs on this horrible journey 💗💗

@fizzl it's sooo stressful waiting for ovulation so I am really hoping it hurrys up for you as its a sigh of relief when you see those two OPK lines! Xx

@Nuggetlover27 its definitley positive to ovulate without getting a peak opk - there have been months when my peak is super short (I.e positive at 9am and negative at 6pm so would have missed it if I wasn't testing multiple times!). And then other months I get 2 days if peaks! Very confusing. Also if your wee is diluted it might mean the opks are low

So we decided to test tomorrow with fmu at 11dpo
