Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

Thank you lovelies. No symptoms really except feeling tired. Previous pregnancies have been relatively symptom free too, so hopefully this will be the same.

Feeling ok, a little anxious, obviously. Consultant from twin pregnancy said I could have a 5week scan to ease anxiety, so I guess I need to phone them. Also my work want a blood test to confirm pregnancy, so I need to book that too. It feels too soon to phone anywhere though.

Congratulations @Ejb86 that's amazing! Gives us all so much hope. Am I right in remembering your luteal phase was also a little on the short side sometimes? Gives me reassurances when I see BFP and makes me think I'm worrying unnecessarily sometimes. That's so good your being offered a scan at 5 weeks too, hopefully that will ease some of your anxieties.

Never thought I'd see the day of a positive opk again 😅 the test line came up instantly! I thought I was looking at it upside down at first but nope there is definitely two lines!!

In my excitement I came running back to the bedroom and woke my husband up to show him 😂

But we decided only two days ago now that we're probably not going to ttc until I get my period. I just worry that my cycle has been waaaaay too long and as gutted as I am to skip this cycle I'd rather wait until things are back to 'normal' and then I know where I'm at with everything. I spoke to my acupuncturist and she thought that was probably wise too then we know where we're at with things. I'm hopeful then that next month she will help keep my cycle regulated and lengthen my lp!

Ahhh I'm so happy 😂🤗 I just hope my body definitely does ovulate now!

@Fizzl Yes! My shortest LP was 5 days! It has literally taken 9 months for my body to settle after the MC. Every cycle has been a different length, I've ovulated on different days every cycle and every LP has been different. I have my fingers crossed for all of you! Xxx

@Ejb86 I'm on month 7 now post mc so hopefully my body is sorting itself out once and for all! I'm so happy for you. How strange your little one had an intuition too!

I'm so relieved my body is starting to work again. Guess who's going to be peeing on sticks all day waiting for it to (hopefully) change to peak 🤗

@Ejb86 I could cry with relief about your LP also sometimes being short and still managing to conceive. I know @fizzl is with me haha! I've worried unnecessarily about it!

Let's hope lucky number 7 is lucky for all of us :D

I know @Annny27, I wasted 3 FRERs last month so not bought any this time. I’ve got about 3 cheapies so absolutely not testing until 12dpo at least or if I start to get any noticeable symptoms before then!

@Annny27 definitely with you! CD63 for me 😱 so if my lp stays at 10days I'm a probably going to make it to at least CD74 before af arrives. Which is just crazy unheard of for me.

And my inner control freak wants everything to be as 'perfect' as possible for conception and a 70+ day cycle just doesn't seem to fit 😒 but I'm feeling hopeful for next month now 🤞

@Leok83 sorry for the late reply, I'm doing well thank you, had my first consultant appointment yesterday and saw the babies wriggling around again which was lovely! There are a few things that could cause problems but the consultant didn't seem worried and reassured me. Just got to have lots of scans to check how they're doing. So still a very very long road ahead but going to try and stay positive!! How are you? Xx

Oh @fizzl I am really so pleased to read this!! Very happy for you. I am really missing my acupuncture, my lady hasn't started back up yet. I'm sure it helped! Hope your period arrives and good luck for trying next month 🤞🤞💞

My opk's have continued to get darker this afternoon I have a reading of 1.53!

@Leok83 I'm a little torn about it all as I kind of feel like we're missing an opportunity now this month but the other half of me knows it's not worth the worry. My husband thinks we're doing the right thing waiting (probably because he knows I overthink everything and he can't be doing with me whittling and stressing 😂). But it's frustrating to know I've got a whole month to wait again now (hopefully!) before fw comes round again 🤔

@MilsCookie Glad to hear you're doing well! How are you both doing @Whiffle77 and @TerribleImagination?

I think you are doing the right thing too @fizzl though I completely understand how hard it will be!! After such a long cycle it will no doubt do your body good to reset, and hopefully have a normal cycle next month! Plus a few more weeks of not stressing about symptoms etc can only be good.

I'm fine thank you, made it to 17 weeks and feeling ok! Tired but then I'm always tired! Just wishing time away really

Yeah I get that @Fizzl, but it sounds like a good call giving it a normal cycle to settle and then going for it!

Morning ladies :) cd10 I think for me - I will start the opks twice a day now. Have had a minuscule amount of ewcm so a fair bit away from ovulation still.

@fizzl we are all very invested in your long cycle haha! Yep we are all rooting for one another 💗💗

@Fizzl ya I get that, will be like a clean reset and hopefully onto a normal cycle next. I bet you DH is less sceptical of the accupuncture now😄

@Annny27 OPKs still stark white but I think I have EWCM, even though had none the last 2 cycles. Except it's more like a glob of glue (sorry TMI) than the semi watery stretchy stuff I've had other cycles so don't know what to classify it as!! Have started them twice a day now to be on the safe side! Bad timing for fertile week though as DH working nights for the next few days and I'm on call so we're like ships in the night and so we've to make sure we schedule in DTD at odd times for us..not the most spontaneous!!

I’ve just found the pregnancy thread and it’s so nice to see how all the graduate ladies are doing! Serves as a nice reminder that you were all in the same boat as us but how you’re having healthy pregnancies 🥰 And soon enough we all will be too!
7dpo and my boobs feel a tiny bit sore and tingly this evening. Trying really hard not to symptom spot as I convinced myself last month I was definitely pregnant when I clearly wasn’t 😳 it’s so hard not too though!
@Fizzl I was genuinely thrilled to see your positive opk 🤣 I love how caring we all are on here 🥰

Fingers crossed for OV soon @Annny27! These cycles just seem to fly by! Same for you @Leok83 but not ideal with your OHs work! Hope you can still manage to fit in plenty of DTD!

AF started today for me.
Lots of cramps... but arrived yesterday afternoon after 2600 km driving.
And already soooo busy with the family.
Grandma is stable for now and we hope that seeing us will help her find strength to get better.
