Hello everyone,

I am 37 going on 38 in December. TTC baby number 3. Came off the pill on the 1st may (2020). Previously I was on syanna press( depo).
I ovulated yesterday 😊
I only just finished my period on the 9th so didn't expect ovulation just yet. Also I am very new to using ovulation test. This is my second time using it. I am using the easy@home brand.
I have two boys ages 15 and 3years.❤️

@Lynnysong Awh that’s crap I’m sorry! I don’t understand why a guy would offer to be a donor and then not communicate with you- he must be a bit flaky! The guy who came round does he know you are Ttc?

@Loladoodle I think it's better to know, even if I feel like I need to keep checking. I did one the other day and it was pure white on the left, not a glimmer. Booooo 🙁

Well I hope my temps stay low and he comes round tomorrow night like he said. I hate being messed around, this is too sensitive a matter to being doing that to someone.

@Lynnysong so sorry it's an awful feeling when that time passes. Even though I am married I've felt like that before when dh hasn't been up for dtd and then it feels like forever for the next month. Really hope you manage to find someone more suitable soon.

@Loladoodle I would have done the frer straight away too I just have no control when they are in the house which is why I'm not buying anymore until af is late or at least that's what I've told myself but am definitely going to try and stick with it. I spend way too much time otherwise staring at tests wondering if I can see a line whereas when they have been there they have always been quite easy to see even when faint. Anyway really sorry for the bfn. Why is it so hard to get pregnant 🙄

@lucieloos I know it’s pants! Can’t believe I’m putting myself through it all again.... but then I look at ds and think well it was worth it all last time.

Just re checked the frer 🤪 it now (over an hour later) has a squinty evap line 😂 def an evap, no colour to it at all and well over the time frame! But of course that’s the false sense of security I wanted or I’d never have kept it 🤪🤣 send sanity.... and wine... lots of both pls!

Oh @Lynnysong I'm so angry at him for you. So many men are such wastes of space. My friends are constantly getting let down by idiots of men. Hope he has an honest excuse and still comes round tomorrow. Are you looking into other options too you said? 🤔

@Loladoodle what are you like. 😂 You're braver than me. I hold my breath the whole time and feel like I'm having a panic attack whenever I do a test. I hate them. 😂 How many days dpo are you? I know you said you're due Thurs! Only 2 more days. Literally got all my fingers and toes crossed for you.

Nice to hear from you @Happyhappy37 I suffer from them too. This one isn't quite a 'sit in a dark room for 2 days' kind of migraine but it's not far off! It's still banging so im off to bed. Feeling sorry for myself. 😔 x

Just seen your post @overthinking88 I would test if you don't know when you ovulated! I came off at a similar time and have nothing to show from all my tests, not even a smiley face. Good luck!!!

Gaaahh I’m 4dpo and I want to test already. I’ve got such a ridiculous good feeling this month and I know I will be let down again by my old body. I just want to know now, not in 10 days time.

@Snebblesmamma bless you! I'm not sure how many days dpo I am as I don't track but I reckon at least 5. I'm CD 20 today. It's all I can think about! I find myself daydreaming about that positive test and healthy full term pregnancy. What our 3rd baby would look like. What the sex would be. How they would fit so perfectly into our family. It's all consuming. 😔 x

Morning ladies, hope you are all ok. @Lynnysong sorry to hear you were let down, it sounds incredibly frustrating. I'm about 7dpo I think, I can never bring myself to test early!

Thank you for being there for me. I was terrified this morning that my temps would have shot up but they haven't so I probably haven't ovulated yet. The extra days of ewcm put me off as I only usually get them for two days. I think that's the effect of the soy.

So got an apology text from the donor, he was working til nine last night and still wants to come round today about 5pm. Looks like I might have a chance after all.

I was angry at my ex and had a go at him, I've now sent an apology text to him. He isn't the best person tbh and he pissed me off but I don't like bad feeling between people.

@lynnysong ahh I’m so glad to hear that! 😊 all systems go then! 👍 that’s good you cleared the air with your ex he probably didn’t deserve the apology but you are right to be the bigger person 👌

Well I’ve accepted I’m out- a very stark bfn on frer this morning. Af due tomorrow so would def show on a frer if there was any hope. Just going to await the witches 🧙‍♀️ arrival now and accept defeat ☹️ Was too optimistic to expect it to happen so soon anyway but we can’t help get our hopes up eh?!

@Loladoodle sorry it was a definitive bfn. I was also hoping to catch v quickly but think I'm being unrealistic. Seems to be nothing going on with my body at all now but going to keep doing ovulation tests so I don't miss anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm daydreaming too @MrsTtobe It's just so hard not to. Hopefully there will be some good bfps for us all soon 😊

@Loladoodle any chance you could have just ovulated a little later or are your cycles always predictable?

Yes will be interesting to know what order we are all in and when our AFs are due.
Im CD20 - AF due 11th June. Im sure there are a few in front of me though? X

I'm CD22 AF due 9th June although I'm getting the tell tale cramps and back ache so could be earlier this time my cycle has been all over the place since MMC x

@MrsTtobe I have no certainty when I ovulated as I don’t track it but I do and always have had short cycles. If I don’t take b6 they would be 23 days long but since coming off the pill I’ve been taking b6 and my last cycle was 25 days so that’s what I’m basing getting af tomorrow on as that would be 25 day cycle. The longest cycle I’ve ever had in my life has been 26 days and that was once ever. So unless I have ovulated late I’m def our. Don’t want to think that way though as I feel I know af is coming and it’s easier to just accept that.

Been quiet trying to not obsess as much

Had first day back to work yesterday after having covid19 was good to be back although weird also. Hospitals are functioning very different now.
It was nice to be so busy i forgot about my mission

Af is coming to an end excited to try this month to get our bfp.
Our new bedroom extension now is nearly finished thanks to the builders doing there best to speed it all up. Were looking forward to dtd lots in new bedroom

@loladoodle, sorry about your BFN- sending you sanity and wine! I’m the same with having them in house, although I have manage to save 1 FRER in case AF doesn’t ever kick in.
My red bleeding stopped again (never really got going) and now having odd bit of brown mucus (tmi!) so no idea what’s going on, but feel hot and a bit nauseous so think hormones are just still settling down. Don’t have cramps anymore. AF ‘due’ on Monday 7th but that’s an estimate as its first cycle off IUD.
@MrsTtobe-I hope your migraine has settled down now.
@Bearhug9 You are very good not testing early- I can’t stand not knowing!
@Matilda19 hi again, I am having trouble concentrating at work to be honest! We did our bedroom this year and it is my favourite room in the house, so peaceful. I’m sure yours will look beautiful :)

Thanks ladies. Af def enroute I’m feeling beyond exhausted, emotional, grumpy and have bailed to my bedroom with a wine as I’ve had enough of this day! Heading for a nice bubble bath shortly. Why do horrible things always happen at the most hormonal times- I slipped and fell out walking today - not a bad injury or anything but really grazed my knee quite badly (stings more than anything). But due to the time of the month I had to hold back tears (and a lot of swear words) and just wanted to go home to bed after that. But I continued my walk with my friend - not enjoying it one bit 😔 it’s hardly the end of the world but just did not need that the day before af!!! 🤬😫 hope everyone is in better form than i am 😅 it wouldn’t be hard tbf 🤪
