Hello everyone,

I am 37 going on 38 in December. TTC baby number 3. Came off the pill on the 1st may (2020). Previously I was on syanna press( depo).
I ovulated yesterday 😊
I only just finished my period on the 9th so didn't expect ovulation just yet. Also I am very new to using ovulation test. This is my second time using it. I am using the easy@home brand.
I have two boys ages 15 and 3years.❤️

@musiceverywhere I hate to say this but I had horrendous evaps on frer last month. They were so clearly visible and appeared quickly. I really thought I had got my bfp! I used to find frers so good but I've had no end of trouble with them the last year or so. I'm not saying that's what yours is. Hopefully you have your bfp but just use with caution! I think they've changed a lot from how they used to be.

@musiceverywhere how frustrating - but it’s still very early isn’t it? How many dpo? Hopefully get some nice strong lines over the next few days

Gosh I remember when I was Ttc previously I got a terrible false positive it was so convincing - then all other tests were neg it’s gutting! So hope this is your bfp and is just too early for other tests

Thanks @lucieloos I am definitely not getting too carried away. 👍 Just wish I could know one way or other (then I could have a big !) Still not mentioned it to DH. How would evaporation lines appear that quickly though? Test was still damp when I opened it. I will continue to proceed with caution... 🙂

@Loladoodle LH surge was fri night or Sat so at most I can only be 7-8DPO which is really unlikely to show anything. I will keep feet on ground, legs and fingers crossed (sounds uncomfortable!).

@musiceverywhere I don't know...they have really big indent lines on them where the dye is supposed to gather and turn pink when you get a bfp but I think they are causing issues. You are really early though so your bfp would be really faint anyway so hopefully it's the really thing for you!

@Loladoodle thanks. 🙂 I've had dull cramps all week and keep thinking I'm getting period but then nothing there. You know when you feel 'heavy'? Also lightheaded/dizzy and weeing more.
Part of me is worrying that my body is just gearing up to start my horrendous menorrhagia again now I've had coil removed.... 😟
Shall see what the week brings- not using any more CB- will wait for FRER due tomorrow.

@musiceverywhere I think your symptoms sound very promising. That’s exactly how I felt when I was pregnant with my son. Thought I was going to come on every day for about 3 weeks. It’s such a horrible anxious time and I wish you all the luck with the next test you do.

So we did manage another dtd sesh last night so definitely covered the 4 days over ovulation now. I feel really happy we’ve done all we can but as I forgot to mention in my intro we do have sperm issues, mainly morphology (this was picked up before we conceived our son naturally, as we were heading for IVF). I’m aware he is our miracle and that we are unlikely to catch again but as others have said, you have to at least try to see what’s going to happen. Anyone else working with shit sperm ? 😂

Ohhh @Snebblesmamma yes we have morphology issues as well. Everything else with the SA was way over what they look for apart from the morphology so I don't know if that makes up for things but I've never had a natural pregnancy so I really don't expect it to happen for me this time around but like you say thought we would give it a try anyway as when we've tried previously we also had motility issues but don't have that anymore.

@musiceverywhere I’ve been feeling exactly the same as you describe, some days I’ve taken paracetamol due to cramping and keep thinking af is enroute. Also I got up yesterday really early to get a glass of water and took a dizzy spell it was so bad I had to lie on the kitchen floor as blacked out a bit for a moment. Just don’t even want to get my hopes up though as I can’t handle the shear disappointment I’m trying to rationalise it all as bad pms. The cheap tests now say they aren’t arriving until Friday (I’ll have af by then) so I’ve ordered frer x2 for delivery tomorrow as don’t want to waste my last fb digi.

@Snebblesmamma it took 3 years to conceive ds with morphology issues- we were ready to begin ivf when we conceived naturally. 3 months prior to that I also had a mc so conceived twice with poor morphology but took 3 years and a lot spent on vitamins to try and improve sperm quality I do wonder if they worked. My ex H took conception well man vits, selenium, 1000mg vit C and ate a lot of broccoli and a handful a day of raw nuts (walnuts And hazelnuts especially recommended). It can def happen!

Feeling a bit despondent today which is silly as only cycle 1 for us... but hey there's always the next month! Was also just hoping to avoid a period- they were so awful last time. FRER arriving today. May do one tonight and save other for next week....

@Loladoodle do you remember what percentage morphology your ex H had? Was everything else ok with his SA apart from morphology? It's encouraging that you did get pregnant naturally although time is very limited for me now and I guess I am a lot older than you were but still it's worth a try!

@Loladoodle god that sounds awful. Hope you're ok and as horrible as it sounds fingers crossed it's a sign! What day is your AF due? You're due before me aren't you? Mine is due around 10th June! Xx

It happens to us all @MrsTtobe....I cried yesterday because the sandwich I made for lunch fell apart !

@lucieloos I can’t remember but everything else was deemed as normal, count and motility were good so may have helped. Miracles happen every day! If it’s meant to happen it will happen!

@MrsTtobe I’ve been a bit all over the place emotionally too but I do get bad pms so wouldn’t be completely different for this time of the month. Af due around 4th (Thurs) hope you feel better soon it’s a horrible feeling- I find reading a really good distraction or just general keeping busy for distraction

@Bearhug9 that’s what I was like when I was pregnant 😂 always crying if I dropped a bottle of sauce or something fell apart.

Yes i love reading but got a very needy 2 yr old that craves my attention all day so only get chance to read when she's in bed and then I have to try to be sexy to lure OH in to bed. 🙈😂 I don't think me sitting in my reading glasses with my head in a book does it for him unfortunately! 😬😂

Bright red bleeding this morning. Only about 9DPO. Maybe I have a short luteal phase and this is AF? Doesn't look like implantation bleed as not light pink.
Hey ho, maybe not meant to be this month. Have 3 days off work after today so if is AF can manage easier at home.
