Hello everyone,

I am 37 going on 38 in December. TTC baby number 3. Came off the pill on the 1st may (2020). Previously I was on syanna press( depo).
I ovulated yesterday 😊
I only just finished my period on the 9th so didn't expect ovulation just yet. Also I am very new to using ovulation test. This is my second time using it. I am using the easy@home brand.
I have two boys ages 15 and 3years.❤️

Lol I've surprised myself. Just asked Mr to get me a hpt tomorrow, man said I better be pregnant now cause he wants one more after 😂. I asked him if he knows I'm not 27 years young... Said it's my fault I should have had another already. Smh.
Lol I've had mountain loads of symptoms and I've been documenting them.

CD11 here and already the symptom spotting has started. 🙈 Woke up with a massive spot and im very emotional/irritable 🤣

@MrsTtobe lots of twinges, pulling sensation pelvic area, Charley horse,leg spasm, my boobs are not sore, but having feeling of fullness, twinges , nipple burning sensation, aches and pain everywhere, had a bloody sharp stab like feeling in my right buttocks.. it's like sciatica ( never had it b4), lower back pain, etc... Had what appears to be implantation spot yesterday (a single streak of brown cm in undies)... Twice I woke up with sore throat, cold like symptoms (had this with my LO), bitter taste in my mouth (once) tight chest, frequent urination and there's more etc.....

thing is, since they started they haven't stopped, today is my best day.

These are just what I am remembering as I type, I wrote them down in my Evernote.

I have calmly told myself that if it's not pregnancy then it must be the ducking coronavirus!!! 😂😂🙈
Got miself a bottle of prosecco for either outcome 🙈

I second what someone said below @Lynnysong I love that you're making this happen for yourself. I would imagine that co-parenting would have its challenges (it definitely does with a husband 😂) and think doing it solo would be the least stressful option- maybe this is a daft question but if the donor does not wish to co-parent does that mean they want to be anonymous forever? Don't worry if you'd rather not give too much info- I know there's other threads for that and we're focusing on the baby making bit!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Lol mate I didn't even want anymore, after this I told him I am getting my tubes tied (lol not really), but seriously no more.

I so need to get fitter and lose some pounds, I was doing really well before this lockdown sighs

@musiceverywhere it's a very painful leg cramp, lots of women experience it in pregnancy and some as early pregnancy symptom.
I had it with my LO, was at work doing night shift, (worked in the hospital then), I got up to see patient and let me tell you the pain a felt in my leg from my groin side shot down to my toes didn't get my BFP at the time, I was walking as if I was riding a horse for the whole day. I didn't know what it was at the time, researched and found that what it's called, did a test and got my BFP the next day.

@musiceverywhere I had all the fertility investigations prior to my 4 year old being conceived as this has to be done prior to ivf even though the tests clearly showed my ex H had fertility issues. I had internals scans to check ovaries and womb lining and had a horrible dye test also as well as blood tests. All of mine were good results - but that was over 5 years ago- I’m sure the old eggs have wained in quality since then! 😕 you could ask for a scan I’m sure.

@MrsTtobe I know the feeling! I am analysing evvvverything- and there’s not even anything to analyse 😳 going by my guessed (Very scientific I know) ovulation I’m 7dpo... I’m so glad my cheapy pg tests have not arrived yet as I know the minute they come through the door I’ll be poas!!!!! 🤪 I do like to torture myself clearly!

Hmm- bleeding a little this morning. Only 2DPO approx. WTF is going on 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe body is all off without IUD and has shortened my cycle 🤨 😕

@Happyhappy37 those symptoms sound really, really promising! I hope you'll have a bfp to show for it this month.
I have no symptoms this morning, but feels like Af is on her way. last night out for a walk I had to hold my boobs they ached so much walking up a hill.

@musiceverywhere I had a coil last autumn and my cycles have never been quite right since. Or maybe I just noticed them then. It was a copper coil, it delayed af by about 2 weeks when I got it. Next cycle it fell out and caused me a lot of pain. Then after I had a super short cycle. Was a total train wreck. :(

I don't think I'd ever get one again. Hope your cycle's ok next time. x

@Loladoodle and @Jigglykween yeah they do but so does fathom pregnancy 😂. I am trying not to dwell on it though, I've only just come off the pill 1st or 2nd of this month. I am documenting it for future reference 😄.

@Jigglykween do you plan on testing before af due date?

@musiceverywhere yeah it maybe IUD affecting your cycles. Probably needs a little more time to adjust.

@musiceverywhere agree that it might take a few cycles after iud to balance out hormones

@happyhappy37 I only have cheap dip tests so wasnt going to bother, but last night, feeling sore, queasy and a bit of an emotional wreck, I googled tests and they all seemed to show faint positives at 12dpo, that would be tomorrow for me, and you I think? But since all symptoms are gone this morning and I'm feeling periody I dont think I'll bother, if AF is late, due friday I think? I might test sunday / monday. But I dont think it's a bfp this month.

@Loladoodle I'll probably cave, but I've only 2 tests here, and know if I test to early I'll be doubting the result anyway and kicking myself. On my DD I managed to get to a whole week past my missed period to test. I'm usually a massively impatient person so how I did that I still dont know!?

Good luck all af was due 24th nothing as yet bfn yesterday no idea if ovulation was late or even happened with implant removal 22nd april still nausea and achey but who knows. Got one cheap one left wont test now for couple days too much disappointment xxx

@matilda19 🤞🏻 It will be a bfp - do they say how long your hormones take to regulate post implant? I was on the minipill and came off it August last year - and I went 2months without a period at all, although we weren’t trying then as were still living at my parent’s house whilst we were buying ours (due to renovations at my parents the room had no door so wasn’t a fun baby making situation lol!)

@Bellabubble looking at Google it said can normalise instantly or within couple months all individualised. Was positive was on track as got period so quick once removed others said was months but time will tell xx
