Hi all,

Following on from the previous thread of ‘testing around 13th May’. So many people messaged to say they found the group useful so I thought I’d recreate one.

Everyone is welcome and look forward to hearing everyone’s stories.

@Sussexbysea preseed is fertility friendly lubricant. It's meant to give a nice environment for the sperm for their journey so to speak. It helps if you don't have ewcm when you are dtd as it mimics it. You can get it at most chemists I think, but obviously right now I just got it off Amazon

Ashocc · 14/05/2020 08:41

Hi ladies,

CD1 for me, ttc for about a year now. Had a miss in June last year then got diagnosed with endo and had two operations to remove cysts, lesions and one Fallopian tube! Taking all the vitamins I can find and will use preseed for the first time this month, fingers crossed!

Florence13 · 14/05/2020 08:47

@Sussexbysea sorry to hear AF showed but at least we are all in this together for this cycle.

@TTCgee it is cycle 3 for us to! Fingers crossed June is the month for BFPs.

I haven’t yet tried OPKs still trying to take a relaxed approach as feel I will get to stressed about peeing on OPKs if they don’t give the results I want. May try next month if this month brings no joy.

Dixie17 · 14/05/2020 12:45

I’m hopping over here from testing on the 13/05/2020
I am so confused. I am a day late..BFN.
Sunday/Monday I had dark brown spotting I was praying was implantation bleed. This tailed off and was tiny tiny amount brown spotting yesterday and today. No signs of AF.

I had a static smiley 15 days ago...based on last month (the first month I used opks) my luteal phase should be 13 days...I thought the luteal phase stays the same every month??
Could it have been a chemical that I didn’t test early enough for...Clutching at straws..I just have to wait for AF now..

KaptenKrusty · 14/05/2020 13:04

Hello. I’m on the same boat as you - period arrived this morning !! I was so sure I was gonna get a positive for some reason this month! It was only my first month trying so wishful thinking I suppose! Haha

TTCgee · 14/05/2020 13:56

I'm also gonna track BBT this month too just so I can confirm I actually am ovulating. For some reason I've convinced myself I'm not!!

For anyone that's used preeseed before - do we use it each time we DTD in fertile period or just after a positive ovulation? Xxx

Sussexbysea · 15/05/2020 07:03

Morning ladies, how are you all doing? So my period is heavy and lots of small clots, I hate it.

I had a huge curry last night, it helped my sadness and got rid of my want for onion Bhajis.

Morning!

I'm feeling good today, still in the nothingness stage waiting for FW to start on Sunday but started OPKs yesterday (a bit early but wanted to do something! 🤣)

Sussexbysea · 15/05/2020 08:21

@Ltay2 what’s FW?

Sussexbysea · 15/05/2020 08:22

I’ve answered my own question... don’t worry 👍🏻

@Sussexbysea Haha a lot of random acronyms to get used to I know 🙈

popcorndiva · 15/05/2020 10:56

Preseed, we use throughout fertile week

@Sussexbysea found you. Thank you 🤣

MrsTtobe · 16/05/2020 13:41

Right CD 2 of Cycle #1 after miscarriage at Easter. I was 11 weeks pregnant. It took about 4/5 cycles to get pregnant so hoping for the same luck this time.
I swear when I was 16 I thought every time you had sex you got pregnant 🙈 little did I know. 🤣

Good luck everyone.

Sussexbysea · 16/05/2020 13:48

@MrsTtobe great to see you here. We’ve got a wide range of circumstances here.

I have a 3 year old and have been trying for number two for 2 years. I miscarried in September and have recently been diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. I’m not really sure what that means for me at the moment but I’ve been made aware that’s miscarriage and even trying to conceive can be difficult. Stressful times

Hi everyone!!

MrsTtobe · 16/05/2020 15:40

@Sussexbysea do you mind me asking what yoursymptoms of overactive thyroid were? I worry that ive got some underlying condition that caused me to miscarry.😔 It's made me totally paranoid. 🙄
When were you diagnosed?

PirateWeasel · 16/05/2020 15:47

Joining in! AF due 9th June. Only on cycle 2 and expecting to be in for the long haul, but you never know 🤞 Wishing everybody good luck!

33Carr · 16/05/2020 16:21

AF has just arrived a few days early 😭 At least I won't be wasting any tests! Onto cycle #3!

mrsmumsy00 · 16/05/2020 18:04

hi lovelies jumped on here from the old thread! got what i thought was a faint positive on thursday, af due today and no sign so took a frer and bfn ever 😞

hayho87 · 16/05/2020 18:18

I'm almost at the end of AF today. Flo says I'm predicted to ovulate on the 2nd June but I'll be using the clear blue advanced digital to pin point. That will be cycle day 21 for me of a predicted 37 day cycle. Also using pre seed same as last month but I missed one day of using it so going to be on it this month and also use more as was only using 1-2 ml, going to try and get 3 ml in each time! 💦😂 also switched to seven seas trying for baby tabs instead of the prey scare as I'm sure that's what made me spot bleed. I never spot bleed normally!

Sussexbysea · 16/05/2020 19:15

@MrsTtobe

I have a racing heart, sweating, constant tiredness, aches and pains and needles in arms and hands. And I always feel like I’m pregnant. Sickness, sore boobs etc. It’s not great. I’ve not had it officially confirmed about my miscarriage and I doubt they ever will because it was last year and I was only diagnosed last month xx

mrsmumsy00 · 16/05/2020 20:39

hey ladies, is there any chance i could be implanting this late in my cycle? having some weird cramps that don't feel anything like AF (who's due today - yet nothing) and i'm currently 14dpo. i've read that it's uncommon but possible? just wondering if anyone has experience. would give me some hope after having a bfn this morning x
