@Newbie0818, @MrsEmilyB it’s a similar Design to a menstrual cup, I think it’s actually easier to use! I came across it a couple of months ago after reading people had been using menstrual cups to keep the swimmers up there and then getting pregnant! The conception cup is designed to keep sperm close to the cervix, you can wear it for up to an hour (it’s comfortable so you don’t notice it) so no need to lay with your legs in the air! I have no idea if it actually works but thought it can’t hurt, every little helps right?! I can't remember who it was who wanted to follow my story as I had nausea since 2dpo so can't tag you. Never wanted to symptom spot as DS1 I had none. Can't ignore these.

Today 10dpo

Nausea still here and really bloody strong too 😩 goes by 2 for a big fat dinner!

DH commented how I've actually got my boobs back as i joked since I stopped breastfeeding in October I have empty sacks 🙈

Super light headed like having to sit down a lot!

@Polly2020 no problem!! I'm worried about COVID but also hoping if I time this right I could stay out the office for 2 years 🤭 oh wow that really is a drastic change, one extreme to the other, glad you realised before it was too late! Hahaha my DH complains that he only gets it more often in fertile week, he wants it daily all month long, think I'd collapse!

That's like me just totally consumed my whole thinking.... I'm on a run of nights from tonight and really concerned I might miss out so poor DH is getting locked in the bedroom every morning haha

@MrsEmilyB I don't use natural cycles but do use femometer, have you put in that you had EWCM? as mine pulled ovulation date to that day when I put that in, but then when I put my peak opk in it moved to the day after that. I think it will also move once it realises that your temps haven't risen as it waits for 3 days to confirm ovulation.

@RobinRose I was thinking about buying that cup for next cycle if I don't get lucky, if nothing else it helps with the mess caused ttc 😂😂 although I was wondering if a menstrual cup would do a similar thing. how do you find it?

Morning ladies. Sorry been mia. Unfortunately I got a bfn on Saturday and my temp dropped to cover line today at 13dpo so I'm out. Will have to jump on the June bus 😕😕😕😕

@SmileyT I find it really easy to use! It’s much softer than a menstrual cup so its easier to insert, I find. I guess a menstrual cup could have the same effect but the menstrual cups are meant to sit low (the one I have does anyway) whereas the conception cup sits at the top of the vaginal canal, so much higher!

@MrsLBear yes, super easy. Had a couple of practice runs with it so I knew what to do after dtd and it was fine 😊 anyone who uses a menstrual cup should find it easy to use!

@Hopefulmummie I’m still drinking at the weekend & not really worrying about the amounts, plenty of women get pregnant doing much worse than sharing a bottle of wine over dinner & a GnT! But each to their own ❣️I’ve got a toddler though so that in lockdown might be a contributing factor to needing a 🍷😂

I’ve been a little MIA since ovulation last week. I’ve just felt I needed to stay away from my phone and stay busy with organising and cleaning my house!

I’m about 5-7 days post ovulation. I’m not sure what happened the day of my static smiley when I had blood spotting for the first time. We did it three times late night following SMEP plan. I personally think i missed it the day of the static so all that BD was probably pointless afterwards.
Period due on the 15th May, such a horrible wait.

@Minster2012, yes use after dtd! Or an orange bullet... whatever colour you fancy 🤣 although purple does sound slightly more seductive 🤔

@RobinRose ahh I checked amazon too and they don't have any! I wonder whether everyone is ttc now we are in lockdown! As someone else said, being at home has given people a lot to think about!

@SmileyT - yes! I did put ewcm as I had some of that over the weekend (although now wondering whether it was residual preseed 😝 from the earlier BD we did)

@Positivetime - don't write yourself off! Don't forget the day of the static is before ovulation, and the LH peak means you'll ovulate within 12-48 hours usually! Also, sperm lives up to 5 days inside you! So you definitely don't have to DTD on the day of the LH peak to get PG xx

@RobinRose I see, yes might look into that! After all our bullet chat last week I bought myself a purple bullet so waiting for that to arrive this week hoping it’s still in FW (probs will be as no static smiles here or positive OPKs) on CD12 now but I’ve no idea on my cycle & still got random spotting so probs jo even ovulating FFS but enjoying trying so far 😂

I'm so trying to be strong and wait. I have really long 36 day cycles one app says AF due Wednesday but the one I tracked ovulation with says Friday.

Quite a strong spike in the ovulation sticks or I'd have thought the same. 🤪 and loads of love making 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Can I ask you all a quick question about BBT as it’s driving me insane! I’ve been tracking my BBT for my previous cycle and this cycle. I wasn’t very good last cycle at doing it at the same time but temperatures did show lower before O and higher after and then the drop when AF arrived. I am now CD15 and I got the flashing smiley on clear blue OPK yesterday and also EWCM. My BBT dropped to 35.92 yesterday and this morning dropped to 35.68. Which I believe is very low. Should I be worried? Lots of googling has led me to wonder if I have issues with my thyroid, if I am in fact ovulating, etc. Anyone else have experience of BBT low temps? X

@mrsemilyb ah well as soon as you put ewcm in on femometer it predicts ovulation the following day! I doubt it was pre-seed though as that is too watery for the two finger string test 💪

Started spotting today after 5 days of cramps so think that's me out 😞

@MrsEmilyB even with all the tracking it can be hard to know when ovulation is- that's kinda why I stopped. Just keep DTD and you'll be fine!

@GemmaMay3291 don't worry- you're supposed to get a temporary dip (maybe one or two days) in BBT just before you ovulate and, supposedly, on implantation xxx

@MrsEmilyB I had the same this cycle. As soon as I logged first EWCM it said I was about to ovulate, but I knew that was rubbish because it was only CD8!!! I think I just had a long fertile period this month as the rest of my data adjusted the prediction to ovulation on CD13.

I'm on 3DPO and my BBT ROCKETED last night, I was SO hot 😂😂😂
