Line eyes / faint BFP?

Hey, so I'm about 6 or 7 days past ovulation and decided to take a test tonight as I had been feeling a bit off and got the attached, is that a positive?! It's my first cycle trying also.

That is not so faint do you have any other branded tests x

I'd try a first response if you have one. That looks positive to me!

@wannabemummy123 only a clear blue digital which I don't want to use just yet, just loads of those cheapie strips. Going to do another one first thing tomorrow! DP thinks I'm off my rocker but think he doesn't want me to get my hopes up x

That does look like a coloured line but you’re very early still. Could you order some FRERs? I also used loads of those tests but needed FRERs for confirmation. The CB Digital’s are really not sensitive

Took another pic, the test is a bit dry now but wow.. surely this can't be right it's only our first month.. don't know how to feel!

That certainly does look positive. There is a roughly 20% chance of success every cycle, even the first!

My positive was even fainter than this so I'd say yes to a bfp!!

It now looks like this this morning since it's dried, however I took one with FMU today and it was white.. maybe it's wrong :( going to try one again later one today as I did see some people had positive tests later on. Surely a test that dark wouldn't be a false positive?

There's quite a few people that get bfp afternoon then the next morning get a bfn and have gone on with successful pregnancies. For both pregnancies I've got my bfp in the afternoon. Good luck!

I always get darker lines in the afternoon on cheap ones😊

@MsChatterbox I really hope you're right 🙈 panicking so much incase it's gone to pot. Gonna test again later on today, I've been having mild twinges on and off in my pelvis area is that normal?

@Chwil20 that's so comforting to hear.. god it's such a worry. Debating getting a FRER but I guess only time will tell! Got plenty cheap sticks so will keep at it in the afternoon for a true reading. Thanks so much z

FMU isn’t often the best choice despite being the most commonly recommended. SMU generally better (don’t ask me to explain why!)

Just took one and it's completely negative and white, yesterday must have been a fluke :(

Looks exactly like my tests on dc 2/3, treated very early and got very faint but very definite lines.. congrats
