Line eyes / faint BFP?

Hey, so I'm about 6 or 7 days past ovulation and decided to take a test tonight as I had been feeling a bit off and got the attached, is that a positive?! It's my first cycle trying also.

@Peacenquiet2 did they remain constant? Took one today and it's disappeared, so confused

Op don't lose heart, I took one the day after my very faintest positive and was nothing there, gave it another day or so and the line was darker then, you're very very early past ovulation yet , try again tomorrow with fmu, good luck

@Peacenquiet2 thank you, you have made me feel a bit better. Just so hard not to get your hopes up and then when you do test again it's a negative it's such a kick! Although I'm holding on hope. I've also heard those tests can vary on levels of dye in them.. I hope lol

Also the time of day, how much you've drank, all that matters too. I think you will see a darker line on your next test, let us know

Oh and also, after I got my faint POS with dc2 the docs had me in for urine test to confirm and that came back negative too, but as the receptionist told me when she called to let me know, I'd already seen a positive so just to ignore their test and they got me hooked on with midwife, good luck

@Peacenquiet2 thank you.. I've had a good cry to DP after 3 of the tests being negative today not even a squinter and I just feel awful about everything. Had our wedding postponed a year, honeymoon holiday and now this is just the final kick. I hope it turns round but I'm emotionally prepared for it to be done :( our wedding is postponed to feb 2021 so we can't keep trying until August / September time again which doesn't help

Aw I'm sorry to hear your bad luck with everything, it's turning out to be an awful year with all what's going on, must be wrenching. I truly do hope you get your very solid bfp in the next day or so, do let us know how you go on 💐

Took another test this morning with FMU and a faint faint positive again, have inverted the pic but something there, really not getting my hopes up this time! Now 8/9DPO. Or am I seeing lines now?

I see a line :) at 8/9 dpo you are really early testing...I'm like that too so I get it but for that early to get a line at all is good. Fingers crossed it gets darker every few days :)

Did I read you're only 8dpo? So the one at the start of this thread was only at 6dpo?

I'm not sure any of them are reliable because of this. That's not to say you won't get a BFP
though!

@DontBiteTheBoobThatFeedsYou I'm unsure really I'm just guessing from the Flo app, I didn't get a positive OPK but got a near positive on 1st April x

What date was your last period?

Hi OP I'm 6weeks pregnant and I did these tests at 5weeks because I was bored 😂. Top is OPK and bottom is HCG. Even when I was ovulating I never had a positive that strong. I'd say you are pregnant.

Im not convinced guys, the eBay IC this morning didn't show any kind of line even with FMU, done another ov test and it's almost positive again. My FRER are on their way, only have a clear blue digital which I'm scared to see not pregnant on it. Why would the IC show a positive 3 days ago but negative today?

Leave it about 4 days then test. What's the point in doing all this so early?

I was 14dpo and tested on an IC and got a squint of a line. My only other test to hand was a clear blue digital, which showed 1-2 weeks pregnant. It's difficult but I think you need to wait a couple more days. At least until your better tests arrive

This was the test yesterday morning, going to take one again tomorrow morning see if any difference. Stupidly took the clear blue one which said not pregnant obviously. I held the test up to the light and I can see a definite line same thickness as the control line?

What tests are you using op? I have had some similar faint lines on a one step strip this morning.

Just got this right now, took an OPK test aswell which is near enough positive and now I kind of don't want to believe it. Is it possible the OPK ink leaked on and gave me this false positive?
