Thank you @sunnysideup2020 and @Annny27!!! Oh yes Anny you're right about the older women producing more eggs - that makes sense! The type of twins I have conceived is super rare so I'm even more baffled!

I'm going to bugger off for now but will keep checking back in to see those BFPs! And I know there's going to be at least one or two as there has been every month!! Sending love and baby dust to you all xxxxxxxxx

Tbh milscookie news made my day as in it was the event of the day - even told DP although he asked not to share the pregnancy news from our group because it depresses him (woopsie) just had to share though!

My cm thing has stopped and no symptoms to spot today

@MilsCookie oh my god that’s just amazing news😊😊 absolutely delighted for you!! Must have been amazing to see that on the screen! Can’t believe the amount of twin pregnancies coming up.

Thanks everyone for all the best wishes for tomorrow, not too hopeful as no symptoms of anything. I wish the weekend fell better as think I’d prefer to wait until 12DPO to test but I don’t want to start on a day I’ve to head to work! But as you say @Fizzl it will prepare me for AF if I get a BFN!

@scrumdiddly123 no symptoms, maybe mildly sore boobs and gassy but nothing that I haven’t had on and normal cycle so haven’t read too much into them. Any sign of ovulation yet?

@Annny27 have FRERs, easy@home and CB digitals all here😂 how are you doing? Any symptom spotting yet?

@leok83 thank you so much!! Absolute madness. I remember reading something @fizzl wrote about someone who'd said twins are more likely after a miscarriage?! Did I remember that right?! It seems to be true as there have been so many from this thread since Jan! 🙈 Xx

@Leok83 p.s. GOOD LUCK for tomorrow!! 🤞🏻🙏 The only symptoms I had this time round were sore boobs and AF like cramps!! Xx

@Ljm0101 apparently there has been some research about the current situation and impact on cycles and they do think it's a thing! Might explain why so many of us are having weird cycles. Maybe I need to start getting out more - I don't remember what day of the week it is most of the time so no wonder my body is confused!

@MilsCookie ahh identical twins! That is amazing. Strange how things work out sometimes, you wait so long for one then two come along at the same time! Very special and exciting for you. And yes I think we have mentioned before that twins seem more common after miscarriage for some reason! The nurse at the hospital when I had my surgery was pregnant with twins after going through the same. So who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ it's strange because everyone who has conceived twins have done so a few months after miscarriage too - well after when you'd assume things would have settled down. So could be pure coincidence.

Thanks @Fizzl! Thats really interesting about the cycles..like when females cycles sync when they spend a lot of time together too so cyckes do seem to have odd quirks. I’ve still been at work so same routine so wouldn’t have affected mine.

@SunnySideUp2020 no I am 8dpo now and really absolutely no symptoms that aren't normal AF symptoms! I have been very symptom spotty the last few months and I know they don't mean anything now so I am kinda not bothered haha!

@Leok83 how was the test?

@fizzl any sign of ovulation yet? Yes quite possibly could be the change in routine and change in circumstances with everything going on that has changed peoples cycles a bit

@Annny27 nope! Nothing! CD24 now and opk's still negative. I'm now starting to accept this month is probably a write off. I know it's possible I could still ovulate but I'd normally be expecting my period in a few days time - it's all very strange and not how I expected this cycle to pan out! It's bloody frustrating because it feels like I've done every 'right' this month with the eating, gentle exercise, dtd, yoga, meditation etc I actually went into what I thought was going to be fw really excited and hopeful and chilled and now I'm just annoyed and miffed that my body doesn't seem to function as it should 😔.

I even took a pregnancy test this morning just to be 'sure'. The gp asked if I could be pregnant because of the spotting. I KNEW it was impossible because ive had no temp rise and I've been opk' in since around CD10 (yep, 2 whole weeks of peeing on sticks now) and unless i ovulated before then, which I think I'd have more chance of winning the lottery than an ovulation before CD10, it was always going to be negative. But she planted that seed so I had to test!

@Leok83 sorry it's a bfn. I do think it helps to get in that mindset tho, it's like a gradual ease to disappointment.

I wonder what it's like to actually enjoy ttc and not worry?! I vaguely remember being like that this time last year and we decided to take a few months break over the summer and I felt so chilled and like we still had all the time in the world and was totally accepting that it may take time. What's happened to me?! 😔😭

And (sorry to keep going) I think it's the realisation for me that something probably isn't right. I was already worried about my luteal phase and now the lack of ovulation just seems to confirm for me something isn't working as it should. And the GP has told me to wait 6months which is even more frustrating because I want them to figure it out now 😂. I'm hoping acupuncture might be my miracle cure in the meantime, just a shame they're still closed 🙄

@Fizzl I'm sorry it's so crap, if it helps I'm on CD25 and still getting high one day low the next I don't think my body knows what it's doing either. I felt like I'd had a good month of doing all the 'right' things as well although I gave up last night and had a gin in the garden !! Xx

@fizzl if it helps at all, I'm in the same boat. CD21 no positive OPK yet. AF recently been arriving CD25/6. Just thinking I've either missed it somehow, or it hasn't happened at all this month. Depressing isn't it? I'm now 5 cycles down the line, but don't know if docs will do anything if I asked.

My neighbour is a health visitor and she says it can take a year for our bodies to get back to normal. A year is such a long time though, isn't it?

Ah @Fizzl I feel you, so frustrating! Feels like such a waste of a cycle! My EWCM has gone and was sticky this morning so I think my body geared up to ov but didn’t quite make it! Will keep testing just in case but have literally seen no change in the line for 2 weeks!

Ah sorry we're all experiencing similar. It definitely is frustrating. A year definitely feels a long time but I think it's probably true. The GP also told me it can take sometime after your body has been through a trauma. It's more frustrating that I was only pregnant for just over 10 weeks - I keep thinking how can such a short space of time have a knock on effect for so long?!

@Ljm0101 think I'm going to do the same! Decided to get out today so have been to the shop and I've got myself some tonic to go with a gin tonight!
