@Ljm0101 my guess would be your body is trying to ovulate but hasn't yet. Like @Leok83 has said your levels can fluctuate throughout your cycle. Last month I had a day of what I would assume was high/peak then they went negative for a day and then back to peak the following day.

@Ejb86 I usually use one step and have tried easy@home this month. Can't say I've seen any difference yet - all negative 😂

@Leok83 good luck testing tomorrow! I think 10dpo is a good day to test. It may not show a positive at that point but I think then you can start preparing yourself for af and then if it does turn positive after it's a lovely surprise! That's my logic anyway.

Thinking of you @Milscookie I really hope it's good news. Please let us know how you get on. Sending you lots of luck and positivity 💛

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 09:01

@Fizzl it's actually a pretty good logic if we must test before AF. Might do it this month ;)
How are you feeling?

It seems like apart from @Annny27 most of us have had or are havibg delayed ovulation this month 🤔 strange

Re the babies posts- i go through phases where for 10 minutes i will obsess and look at them all but overall i hide everything. But so many celebrities are having babies these days it's reallly all over social media anyway 🙄
I am lucky none of my friends are currently pregnant (also dont have that many friends anyway!) But i am spared the posts announcements etc..

@annny 5 dpo i think for me today and only weird thing is yesterday i had far too much cm like creamy thick white stuff and lower stomach pain. Painkiller and rest helped but still unsure what happened. I have no other symptoms of thrush or infection 😕

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 09:02

@Leok83 fingers crossed for tomorrow s testing 🌈

@MilsCookie thinking of you today x

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 09:03

I am 4 dpo not 5 😑

scrumdiddly123 · 16/05/2020 09:53

@Ejb86 I usually use one step and find them reliable, I’m in the same boat as you- CD21 and still no OV! Line is looking a tiny bit darker this morning but still nowhere near peak! Hope it happens soon!
@Fizzl I was just thinking that, strange that it’s been a few of us!
@Annny27 when would you be expecting AF? Will you wait till she’s late to test?
@SunnySideUp2020 creamy cm after OV is a pregnancy symptom for me 🤞🏻🤞🏻
Good luck for this morning @MilsCookie will be thinking of you xx

scrumdiddly123 · 16/05/2020 09:53

Ooh @Leok83 that’s exciting, good luck for tomorrow! Can’t wait to see some more BFPs! Do you have any symptoms?

Ejb86 · 16/05/2020 12:14

Just been invited to my brother's gender reveal sat in their drive socially distancing at 2m. I just can't.

MilsCookie · 16/05/2020 12:26

Thank you all so so much for your reassurance and lovely messages. They really helped me when I was waiting to be scanned this morning.

So......

THEY SAW TWO HEARTBEATS!!!!!!!! Both measuring 6 weeks exactly... (I should be 6+3) I am in shock!!!!!!!

Fizzl · 16/05/2020 12:39

@SunnySideUp2020 it helped me as it kind of softens the blow gradually rather than af just showing up. I'm feeling alright thanks. Still no positive opk but I'm feeling like there are some tell tale signs that my body might be contemplating ovulating. My temps dipped back down this morning and I think my cm might be starting to change - kind of hard to tell tho when you've been dtd (sorry tmi 😳). But now my minds going into overdrive about would I be more likely to miscarry again if it's an 'old' egg that gets fertilised?! Should I now wait this month and hope that next month we get a nice fresh one?! The joys of being a worrier! How are you?

@scrumdiddly123 there must be something in the air this month! Or the moon. Who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I'd usually be expecting af to arrive next week and I've still not ovulated yet and it's cd23.

@Ejb86 I wouldn't be feeling up to that either I don't think. I have a few friends who are pregnant at the moment and although I message them to see how they're doing etc, I'm quite glad I'm not having to plan any baby showers or go to any gender reveal and put on a brave face.

@MilsCookie that's amazing news! More twins on this thread! I'm so relieved for you. I've been checking back all morning waiting for an update. You must be thrilled! 💛

Ljm0101 · 16/05/2020 12:44

@MilsCookie good luck for today.

Yeh maybe I'm just late this month like you say there seems to be a few of us, maybe it's with everything that's going on around us at the moment is affecting us 🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows.
I've attached my opk's so you can see how scatty they are 😬 xx

@MilsCookie that's amazing news! Enjoy every moment. The look on people's faces when you tell them is something I will always remember from being pregnant with my girls.

Ljm0101 · 16/05/2020 12:45

Oh my god @MilsCookie sorry my feed hadn't updated, that's amazing news congratulations how exciting, so happy for you that everything was better than ok. Xx

scrumdiddly123 · 16/05/2020 12:48

@MilsCookie!!!! More twins! 😮 what amazing news! So happy for you xx

Dipsy77 · 16/05/2020 12:53

Brilliant news @milscookie xx

MilsCookie · 16/05/2020 13:15

Thank you ladies... I am slightly terrified as they are monoamniotic-monochorionic twins which means they share the same sac and placenta but have two umbilical cords. I have a feeling this is not going to be easy and I have a long journey ahead of me...

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 13:22

@milscookiw omggg this is amazing!!!!!!
Third pair of twins since Jan! Big big congrats 😁💕💕

Ejb86 · 16/05/2020 13:23

@MilsCookie pm me if you want to ask anything. I had MCMA girls. You will be well monitored xx

MilsCookie · 16/05/2020 13:34

Thank you @SunnySideUp2020!! Absolutely crazy.

Ahhhh thank you @ejb86 ... that means a lot. I will PM you xxx

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 13:36

@milscookie so it means they are identical twins? Same egg same sperm?

MilsCookie · 16/05/2020 13:38

@sunnysideup2020 yes identical! I can't remember if you said you're identical? x

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 13:44

No we are boy and girl :)
And were actually 3 at the beginning- one didnt make it in first trimester apparently!
But identical oh wow! These are your first as well arent they?

MilsCookie · 16/05/2020 13:50

@sunny Oh wow - you were originally a triplet! Yes these will be my first... I'm just so shocked... twins don't run in the family...and I'm only 30! I thought twins were more common in slightly older mums! Just such a shock! xx

SunnySideUp2020 · 16/05/2020 13:56

that's awesome.
My mum had us at 25 and she was very pleased to get the combo first time and young. She didnt have any other kids :)
She always said it's hardwork and the pregnancy wasnt straightforward but was worth it (i mean i guess she wouldnt say otherwise to me 🤔)

Anyway i hope they don't give you too much to worry about and you have a nice 8 months x

Annny27 · 16/05/2020 13:57

Thats amazing @milscookie :D i have message you already but I am still so excited haha!!!

Your type if twins is absolute chance because its a split egg. Whereas non identical twins are common in older mums because the ovaries sometimes release 2 eggs towards the end of their reproductive years sometimes!
