Hi ladies- setting up another thread so we can keep in touch :)

@MilsCookie I checked my app and it’s a month ago exactly I first got a positive test! Monday will be the first time I’ve seen a consultant during this whole thing so hoping that means they’re taking it seriously. Also means I can collar them and ask if they can prescribe progesterone pessaries now I’ve had 3 losses 😬
I do think my levels are dropping just very slowly. If I did OV this week as I thought then AF will be due next weekend and I’m thinking maybe that will flush everything out of my system? Here’s hoping!

@Milscookie I'm alright, nothing a glass of wine isn't fixing anyway 😂. I'm not too disheartened as we were going to skip this month but just getting more worried that there's something 'wrong'. Which I know is irrational and I need to remember this is only our second month trying. I ovulated on day 20 according to apps based on temps and opk's. Today was CD30 but it's changed to CD1 and fertility friend says 9 day luteal phase so I'm not sure if it was 9 or 10 days and whether you class the day your period arrives? I'm going to keep temping just to try and keep an eye on my cycles but it's a right pain in the backside!

Good luck everyone else this month. I'm off to drown my sorrows in red wine tonight (I heard it's good for fertility right?! 😏).

@fizzl awwh sorry that AF arrived :( how high was your temp this morning? I am not temping this cycle but I have previously and sometimes mine drops the day before AF arrives or the day after. Which is cruel as you would rather it dropped before and got rid of any hope. Deffo have some red wine! I bought a few ciders so I can have next week if AF arrives!

@milscookie I am seriously so tempted to test what is wrong with me! But I hope I stay strong! Had a few cramps today but that seems to have gone now. Same! I will test on Wednesday or Thursday so not that long to wait really!

@sunnysideup2020 I am surprised with myself that I had willpower haha! Ahh hope that AF stops teasing you and arrives properly (although I still have some hope for your bfp :D)

@scrumdiddly123 ahhh the opk looks positive and it won't be the hcg interfering as its a blazing positive and your pregnancy test is faint. How strange!

@Minster2012 haha the note will hopefully deter me 🤣 so frustrating when your body is all over rhe place after miscarriage. I didn't have random bleeds but my cycle took a while to come back

@MilsCookie I know you’re right, just hard to be rational about it! No symptoms apart from cramps/heaviness that I would have described as pre AF cramps 🤷‍♀️

@Fizzl I’m so sorry AF came. It’s so disappointing, even when you’re not seriously trying it’s still at the back of your mind. I’ve only done bbt for a few months. Mine usually went to cover line on day before AF and then dropped below on first day of cycle.

@scrumdiddly123 can’t believe this is still dragging on for you, it must be so frustrating. Hopefully you get something useful out of the doctors on Monday.

@SunnySideUp2020 how long is your LP usually? So annoying to just be waiting

@Annny27 this was my chart this month with temps. I'm not sure I can temp that accurately but I thought there was a rough pattern 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'll see what it does in the morning but expect it will be slightly higher because of the wine tonight 😂

LP is bang on 14 days. AF arrived early morning today so i think i ovulated some 12 hours later than initially calculated by the app 😅
Since we are 16 dpo today.

But it’s ok, looking forward to dtd without knowing when i ovulate!

Yesterday we saw DP’s cousin who also MC last year around october but who got pregnant again she s now 18 weeks and it’s the first time we see her since xmas. She had a small bump and everything... told us it’s a boy and his name blah blah blah
I was very happy for her but i was fighting not to cry. So weird to feel so shit about this whole thing. Why does it take so freaking long? We conceived first try initially and here we are onto month 5.

Anyway, I’ll be eating homemade tiramisu in the meantime. With raw eggs and coffee 😈

Sorry to hear af is here @sunnysideup2020. Oh it's horrible isn't and I feel so conscious that my face says it all. I also feel like no one seems to be aware of how I might feel like it never really happened.

Sorry af got you @frizzl. Did you enjoy the wine at least? Red wine fixes everything 🙂 has your temp dropped this morning? Mine normally doesn't drop until the first full day of af. Were you spotting yday or was it full on?

@SunnySideUp2020 I know how you feel and it does suck. I have a few friends who announced their pregnancies earlier this year and it feels like they're all now in the homeward stretch due late summer. It's hard knowing I should have been the first due in June and we would have all had babies at a similar time. But almost 7 months on from finding out we were pregnant I'm still completely at square 1 and definitely won't be having a 2020 baby. I am happy for them but it hurts.

@MrsLBear I did enjoy the wine 🥴 I only had 2.5 glasses and my head feels a bit thick this morning! I used to be a regular wine drinker and I've massively cut back so just don't think I can hack it like I used to! 😂 my temp is 36.6 this morn so come down a little. I know alcohol can cause a slight rise so it might have been even lower - tomorrow will probably be a more accurate reading.

@MrsLBear sorry forgot to say I don't usually get any spotting before she just arrives full on every time. I do get quite a lot of nightly cramps before though which I never recall getting before mc. I used to get cramps the day af started and I always knew then she was on her way but now I seem to get them almost as soon as I've ovulated until she arrives. Don't know what that's all about but no spotting so hopefully it's not a bad thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

That should say niggly cramps not nightly!

@SunnySideUp2020 sorry she arrived and that you have been around a pregnant lady - I definitely have a fear that someone close to me will announce a pregnancy and I will be trying to hide my tears!

@fizzl ah yeah your temps were pretty high yesterday usually mine go to 36.4ish on the day AF is due

@SunnySideUp2020 ahhh I'm so sorry I really had all my fingers crossed this was your month! I know exactly how you feel as well. I feel like a child and want to stomp my feet and shout IT'S NOT FAIR!!!! But I'm now trying to tell myself that I don't know what these people have been through before their pregnancies and many of them could have had a mc like me and so I should try to be happy for them (I try... I really do.... but it's hard ).

@Fizzl even though you're a bit fuzzy headed I hope the wine was a nice treat last night and you're feeling a bit better now CD1 is out of the way. I also seem to get cramps on and off from the moment I've ovulated now... whereas pre-AF I only got it the day AF was due. SO annoying! As if we haven't had to deal with enough! I wonder why that happens though?

I think I'm around 11dpo this morning and I'm actually quite proud of myself because I think in all the previous cycles I would definitely have taken a test by now (often at 10dpo haha) and I resisted the urge this morning! I'm really not feeling hopeful though. Usual pre-AF sore boobs and practically zero CM. Don't have any pregnancy symptoms so I guess I'll be going onto cycle 5 in a few days. Like Fizzl we weren't supposed to be trying this month but inevitably it feels like we did because we had unprotected sex in the fertile week sooooo... but oh well. Just got to keep trying and believing it will happen for us!! xxxx

@Annny27 @MilsCookie I feel the same! Been desperate to test for days but holding off until tomorrow when AF will count as completely missed. I'm 3 days late now which is unusual for me, trying hard not to get my hopes up

@frizzl I get that though like sometimes I have 1 glass and can feel it the next day and then another time I will have half a bottle or more and be absolutely fine. It's so weird. That's the only thing when you're temping alcohol is the devil.

Wow @GlitterFairy1412 that's impressive if I were to wake up on af due date and it wasn't there I would test (if I had one) I am useless 😅😂 when are you planning poas?

@SunnySideUp2020 ah I’m so sorry to see your update. It doesn’t matter even knowing people’s stories it’s still so hard to see other people on the way to having what we all want so much. A cycle off the strict ttc regime will hopefully be a bit more relaxing.

I’m pretty anxious, no symptoms at all. Bbt thermometer stopped working this morning so I should probably just go with the flow. My temps only ever get to 36.6 and cover line is usually 36.1 or so. I’m just worried that I’ve a thyroid problem or something suppressing temps and my body won’t be able to do this.

Sorry I’ll stop my anxious rambling on this thread now, just not ready to go to any of the pregnancy boards 🙈

@annny27 we’ve not told anyone, will probably try and make it to an early scan before we do.

@SunnySideUp2020 it’s really hard when you see pregnant ppl. My SIL gave birth yesterday, & I after she got really upset being alone in London & it not going to be how they imagined it & not being prepared (they hadn’t bought clothes prelockdown or a carrier & she was getting bamboozled on the internet) so I sent her a load of my DSs clothes & our carrier to use to start with until sling libraries were open...it brought about me being in tears again as I was then going through clothes I thought we were going to need in oct/Nov. & I was then just STARING at a picture yesterday of a new nephew in our of our sons Old baby grows. In one way I’m very happy they are used in the mean time by ppl we love...in another I’m really sad. Especially as yes my second AF since MC is still here when I thought it was meant to be the most fertile time 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

@MrsLBear @Minister2012 it's taking everything I have not to test, but thankfully my husband is also home to stop me and won't let me do one until tomorrow. I feel like I'll be leaping out of bed at 4am to POAS!

@GlitterFairy1412 I bet, I did at 5am when I was due to POAS after our IVF & I’d been awake a while before but couldn’t hold it 😂

Wow @GlitterFairy that is some serious self-restraint you have there! Fingers crossed for you tomorrow! Do you have any symptoms? My DP is also like that and doesn't like me doing them before AF is due!

@Sparkl Please don't leave us! We're all a team now and I love hearing how people who got their BFPs are getting on! What makes you think you have a thyroid problem? I know it must be so hard but do try to relax and enjoy it. You've waited 6 months for this! Look after yourself xxx

I'm out this month, AF waited until 10:30pm the night before I was gonna test to show up I'm usually never late and tried so hard not to get my hopes up and yet I'm still so very disappointed. Hopefully next month will be more successful 🤞
