@ChampooPapi deffo a day or two away so he should be back in time :D

Anny27 · 04/03/2020 09:15

Also congratulations @Moominmiss - positive digital Is amazing 💗

Cd2 today and strangely after my erpc my periods arent as painful and are slightly lighter....I think I am going to see the GP as worried about ashermans. I know that's unlikely as I still get 5 day periods and they arent ridiculously light just lighter than before

Anny27 · 04/03/2020 09:18

Okay I was deffo over reacting, just went to the loo and my periods arent thaaaaaat light. But just strange how there isnt any pain (should i be complaining haha!)

My family member had a d&c years ago to help with painful periods so perhaps it can happen.

ChampooPapi · 04/03/2020 09:37

Thanks @Anny27, that's reassuring as I am getting very impatient for his return now!

shhhhs · 04/03/2020 10:07

@moominmiss congratulations!!! ♥️ That's amazing. Try to allow yourself to feel happy, anxiety is natural but try to enjoy the moment ♥️

Did anyone watch the interview with Lacey Turner about her two miscarriages? I haven't seen it yet but my mum said it was good, and an eye opener for people who hadn't experienced it. She spoke about not allowing herself to feel happy when she had a positive and I think that's something everyone on this thread can relate to.

SunnySideUp2020 · 04/03/2020 10:13

@ChampooPapi niceeeee!!!
That’s what we like to see- on time as well?
I think you are only a few days ahead from me
As Anny said tomorrow or after tomorrow should be the surge

Will do my first one shortly... bit early CD11 but need to start :)

Happythecrocodile · 04/03/2020 10:38

@SunnySideUp2020 totally agree about the annoying timing & cycles- arrival of AF is always depressing but I try to make the most of those couple of weeks by having a few drinks and more coffee than normal! Then there’s lots of DTD and spending more time looking at your CM than is probably healthy! Then the never-ending 2ww when you’re convinced every twinge means something... Then back to the beginning.

I also find it hard to plan too far ahead, eg. I’m thinking I’ve not seen a certain friend for a while, I should arrange a drink, but if I am pg she will 100% notice and comment if I’m not drinking, so I’ll not arrange anything til I know for this month, but even then there’s only a couple weeks for drinks before I’m back in 2ww and thinking the same again... Anyone else the same or am I over thinking it?!

@Moominmiss congratulations!! I know it’s hard but try to keep positive. Crossing my fingers for you Smile

SunnySideUp2020 · 04/03/2020 10:41

@happythecrocode omgg story of my life - the planning to see friends!!! Might ovulate so no drinking and same goes to DP! Which i know is extra annoying but... what can we do!!
Sad

So here is my opk... low as predicted

Anny27 · 04/03/2020 10:45

@Happythecrocodile omg same! And then I start planning "ohh if I am pregnant I can tell my sister when I see her on XXX" and then ofcourse that doesnt happen!

And yep I decided that this tww (when it comes) i wont use my fertility app to record symptoms as it wont change the outcome. And I will set an alarm in my phone for when AF is officially late and try not to stress till then

@sunnysideup2020 Its looking like its gearing up to be high soonish 🤞

ChampooPapi · 04/03/2020 12:18

@SunnySideUp2020 I hope it's Friday and not tomorrow as he won't be back untill the evening. Thank you for the love people! I'm going to start chores now and keep busy, why do we need men for this process! 😅

Hayleylou89 · 04/03/2020 15:54

@scrumdiddly123

Hi Im cd 27 following a still birth at 22.5 weeks and been opking for the past 3 weeks with no progression i feel like were sort of in the same boat :( really want to either ovulate or af to come so i can start a fresh month but neither seem on the horizon 😢

scrumdiddly123 · 04/03/2020 17:07

Hi @Hayleylou89 so sorry for your loss.
It’s frustrating not knowing isn’t it. Did they give you any indication on how long your first cycle would be? After my last MC my cycle was a week longer, 37 days and I OV’d on CD 25. So thinking I’ll be another week before I might ovulate. Just want to be pregnant again 😢

Hayleylou89 · 04/03/2020 17:38

@scrumdiddly123

Me too, and itll be nice for it to happen this year, i know its still only a 4 weeks since my loss but Its alls we want so we dont want to have a break in TTC.

No it been over two weeks since my bleeding stopped from the birth but iv not ovulated and my period still hasnt come either its just a big waiting game x

Ljm0101 · 04/03/2020 19:48

Hey @Champoopapi I've just done my evening OPK and got a positive I think. Picture is a bit bright because of flash but if anyone could help that would be great 😊. The line of definitely darker than the control line and when I input it into premom it said 1.48 high? Xx

@Happythecrocodile I suppose theres some plus points to me only having an 8 day luteal phase after all! TWW is incredibly short. Shame it's not likely to lead to pregnancy Sad

I'm due AF on Mon, but only ovulated on Sun. On a double hen do on Sat. What would you all do?

SunnySideUp2020 · 04/03/2020 20:25

@Ljm0101 that’s a nice postive! You caught the surge :)

Dtd!!!!!!!!

Ljm0101 · 05/03/2020 06:44

Thanks @SunnySideUp2020, we dtd last night and I've had another positive this morning of 1.91 so definitely gearing up. Keeping everything crossed. How are you getting on? Xx

ChampooPapi · 05/03/2020 08:40

@Ljm0101 that is a true positive! Do it as much as possible girl 💜

All I have to say today other then that is.....

Arhrrrhhhhhh!

Normal positive service will resume Friday 🙏

SunnySideUp2020 · 05/03/2020 10:30

@ChampooPapi how is the opk today???

Fizzl · 05/03/2020 10:56

Hi all, just checking in to see how everyone's doing.

I'm still on countdown to ovulation. On CD7 now and usually ovulate around day 16-17. Can feel the anxiety building as time gets closer. We're excited to try again now but I'm already so anxious about the worst happening again. I know I need to stay positive and rational about it all but it's hard! I'm also worried it might not happen that quickly again and I know it will get to me.

I've also enjoyed a few glasses (4 to be precise but who's counting 😂) of wine this week and now I'm kicking myself a bit thinking it was a bit stupid now we're in the month of ttc again as I'd promised myself I'd try and do everything 'right' this time to try and prevent anything possibly going wrong 🙄. Tell me I'm being a paranoid polly! I'm determined it won't take over my life and I'll keep enjoying myself but then obsessively worry about the small things.

But I'm with you @ChampooPapi I'll drag myself out of this negative slump and positive service will resume!

SunnySideUp2020 · 05/03/2020 15:20

@Fizzl i know the feeling...
we conceived first month of trying first time and now on cycle 3 post MC and i feel like it’s been forever !!!

I see the time leading up to ovulation as a good time to get healthy ...
that being said the wino probably wont hurt a pregnancy at this time so if i were you i wouldn’t stop it altogether :)
Obviously better in moderation 😅

CD12 today for me and i expect ovulation on Monday at CD16 (hopefully)

Dont know if you are in London but the weather is really not helping here 😒😒

TerribleImagination · 05/03/2020 15:24

Hi @Fizzl 👋🏻 Still in the lovely 2WW here 🙋🏻‍♀️😂 Weirdly almost pleased I got a UTI this month, so that’s taking my mind off this annoying two weeks haha! Only a 3 day course of antibiotics and on day 3 now, so feeling lots better! AF due on Tuesday, but I just have a feeling it’s not my month...

I wouldn’t worry about the wine lovey! I’ve been so super careful every month so far (not drinking etc) and this month I just thought sod it, if I want a drink I’m having one. Not that I’m a big drinker though, but I’ve had a couple and I’m just not gonna stress it 🤷🏻‍♀️ What will be will be!

This is cycle 2 post miscarriage (3 if you include the miscarriage month itself) and I was stupidly expecting to be pregnant again by now, so I feel your pain with the impatience!

Fingers crossed for lucky months all round! 🤞🏻🌈

Can I ask any of you ladies who’ve had BV what exactly are symptoms?
I’m still spotting brown mucus on and off since AF, although sometimes it looks like grey bits of tissue..lovely😬!
Excessive googling comes up with BV as possible cause and I’ve seen some of you guys have had this in the last while.
Cycle day 14 and getting flashing smileys so my oestrogen should be getting high so shouldn’t be spotting. Making me lose hope for this cycle before I’ve even ovulated 😩

Fizzl · 05/03/2020 18:18

Thanks @TerribleImagination and @SunnySideUp2020 that's made me feel better. We've been doing so well since January I've barely drank (no more than two glasses of wine a week and some weeks nothing), been eating really well and exercising again most days so I know this one little blow out is me massively over reacting but this is where my anxious ttc brain is taking me 😂

Fizzl · 05/03/2020 18:20

Oh and @SunnySideUp2020 I'm much more north than London and the weathers been lovely here today! Definitely lifted my spirits a little! Hopefully the sun will come your way soon (as well as a BFP, obviously 😂)
