@katie1109 I don't know aboit those feelings but it sounds positive!! I'm actually dreading entering the 2ww! I took your advise and dtd last night but had no ewcm since, also no ovulation pain and negative opks not even a flashing smiley x

I have just phoned my OH and said I'm having weird af like feeling and keep checking for blood and feel quite wet. To which his response was, "hold on, this might be my little soldier who has connected with your little blop (BLOP?!) travelling to its destination and bouncing around" absolutely made me laugh out loud lol x

@katie1109 omg your partner is to cute! I love that!

As for the pains, that would make sense you know! Because I've had pains since 1-2DPO and they've pretty much stopped today, around 6-7DPO at which point my egg will be out of the tube. I'm trying to google this now to find out if you really can feel the egg moving. What happens to the egg if it isn't fertilised? Does it still travel to the uterus or does it die and just break down/disappear?

@Beau20 the egg always travels to the uterus and if not fertilized and/or implanted it gets expelled with af blood x I know, he just makes me laugh x most of time we don't talk much about the whole TTC stuff but at times he just comes out with one of those comments and absolutely melts my heart :) x I read that the egg takes up to 5 days to get to your uterus after which it floats about until it implants x so yes, it would make sense if the little crampy feeling we experience at times very early on in TWW is actually the egg travelling x let me know what you find x

@Katie1109 this is what I found! Contradicting information on whether or not the egg just dies or if it travels down the fallopian tube when it's not fertilised.

Besides the cells that secrete fluids, the mucous membrane contains cells that have fine hairlike structures called cilia; the cilia help to move the egg and sperm through the fallopian tubes. Sperm deposited in the female reproductive tract usually reach the infundibulum within a few hours. The egg, whether fertilized or not, takes three to four days to reach the uterine cavity. The swaying motions of the cilia and the rhythmic muscular contractions (peristaltic waves) of the fallopian tube’s wall work together while moving the egg or sperm.

Xx I always get cramps from 2dpo so it's nothing for me but if it's not normal for you guys then definitely interesting!! I'm cd12 now, I'll probably get a flashing face tomorrow? Or maybe I'll ovulate later this cycle due to the ovulation medication I took last month? Who knows I'll have to wait and see but if its a normal cycle I should ovulate Sunday. So we dtd yesterday night, won't do it tonight then we will do Friday and Saturday. I'm hoping for bundles of ewcm due to the primrose oil 😕 x

I'm getting annoyed with my throat now, I constantly feel like I need to clear it for whatever reason, its just tingling! I had a cold last week but got over it within 48 hours but now my throat feels all bleeeh :(

Hello ladies, can I join your crazy gang?
Been trying since Oct 19 so about 5 months but feels like 5 years. I've decided to stop talking to my OH about my cycle and symptoms as last month I was convinced I was pregnant so sent him out to get a test. I took the test on cd 28 of a usual 26 day ish cycle. It was negative and I came on the next day. My OH looked so disappointed, he didn't even try to hide it which made me feel awful. 😥
It's the only time in the 5 months I've took a test as I was sure.
Anyway im on cd 28 today. My boobs are heavy, I can't stop farting 🙈and I feel so moody. Period or pregnancy? I did have a lovely bout of chin acne about a week and a half ago which I never ever have. 🙏 Sorry for the essay but I needed to offload without getting OHs hopes up. 🙏

Ladies if I do get my BFP this month please remind me that my hot flushes today were my tell sign. I have never, ever in my life experience something as bizarre, I thought my head was on fire! I know it’s highly unlikely to be connected with anything but bloody hell that was weird!x

Welcome @MrsTtobe ! It's awful seeing the disappointment from OH. I've not told my OH anything about when I'm ovulating as he doesn't like the idea of timed sex. Although he said the other day sex doesn't feel like sex at the moment and it's for one goal only (sad but true) I can't wait for it to be all over so we can forget TTC sex! What birth control did you use before?

@Katie1109 haha oh lord that is crazy!! I'm really really hoping we can call that a pregnancy symptom for you! We're due some more BFPs on here it's been a while!

Okay so my left boob has stated hurting EXACTLY THE SAME AND THE SAME TIME AS LAST MONTH. I can't get my hopes up. I really can't deal with anymore disappointment. It can't be a symptom we only DTD 2 or 3 days before OV 😭😭😭

@Beau20 ahhh that sucks you both look upon sex as only baby making. Please please try to just enjoy sex! It’s wonderful time that connects people and makes them so close and intimate with each other bodies. There’s nothing better than sex! I’m just looking upon it as having great time and might make a baby along the way! x try to relax yourself a bit more, then he’ll feel a bit more relaxed x I know, I have never experienced anything like that! Hot flash? Seriously...first thought I had was : surely I am not going through menopause at the age of 27 lol 😂😂

@Katie1109 That's the way it has always been for us for now I know at certain times of the month I have an ulterior motive and I feel awful. You are right though, next month it will be love and hopefully a baby will come of it ❤️ that's a cute way of thinking about it.

Hahaha if I'm anything like my mum menopause will be hell 😂😂 and won't happen for another 22 years. Have you googled it? You know, because it's all I do when another symptom presents 🤓🤓🤓 I just blew my nose and pink snot came out. For a second, a split second, my crazy little brain said to itself "I wonder if implantation blood can travel up your nose???" Send help!!! 😂😂😂😂

Tonight. I pray to my uterus, progesterone and the fertility gods. May this (hopefully) fertilised egg implant in the next 24 hours. Amen.

@Beau2020x @Katie1109 amen! Yeah I feel the same, I outright told OH last night I do not want to have sex and I alwaysssssss want to have sex!! Argh it's just knowing I have to 😬 ffs I was not in it last night lol but it got done. I'm sure tomorrow evening I'll be way more enthusiastic once my libido rises along with my cervix 😂😂😂😂

@Beau2020x I was on microgynon. My first two cycles coming off it were really short, 19 days and 21 days but they seem to have gone back to normal now.
Me and OH have always had a really good sex life and my little girl was conceived so easily, first cycle coming off the pill. She's 2 next week. OH even more broody than me, he's a nightmare when he sees a newborn 🙄
CD 29 today and no sign of AF but after last months disappointment im too scared to test. 🙈

@Beau2020x how long have you been ttc?

@Beau20 amen! 😂 yeah I have googled the hot flashes of course! And a lot of people say it was a symptom for them so 🤞but I’m pretty sure it’s way too early for that, unless I did ovulate when I had my 1st peak! x 3DPO here today. Not a great night sleep. Throat feels all tingly and I have to clear it all the time and now my nose is all bunged up as well 😬 @Ellsbells112 I have quite a high sex drive normally and so does OH, but during fertile window I turn into sex raging monster lol 😂😂

Right I'm getting bloody peed off now, I haven't got a flashing smiley face yet and I SHOULD ovulate on Sunday?? Has anyone had the same thing and just went to getting a straight solid face?? I think I had this one cycle prior a few months back but I'm not even getting ovulation pain 🤔 🤷‍♀️

@Ellsbells112 I don't know how you do it. Im obsessed enough with ttc as it is without trying to see when im ovulation. I would be a raving lunatic. Im debating going to get a test but keep telling myself to be patient! It's half term so im off which is making me worse. I don't have as much time to think about it when I'm at work 🤣
