@Mumofboys17 no I think its from the pain, they aren't normally this bad and it's just making me nauseous 🤢 maybe it's from flying through different time zones ✈️🤷‍♀️

@Beau2020x glad my post made you do it lol x it seems like the LH fluctuates throughput the cycle then x I was just surprised by such dark one on CD 2! x

@Katie1109 yeah that is definitely strange I can't lie! Do you always have a line? For me it would be really weird as I only get the 2nd line for about 5 days. But I suppose if you always have one then it wouldn't be as weird?

@Katie1109 @Beau2020x just a suggestion but have seen it happen on another few threads (13 months of threads 🤦🏻‍♀️) LH can be stronger after a chemical therefore you get darker lines earlier! But also you are more fertile after a chemical so fingers crossed this will be both yer months. Xx

TTC first baby!

Finished my pack of Cilest on the 3rd January (took my last one in the packet). Had a period or withdrawal bleed on the 6th January for 4/5 days.

Had a whole month without the pill now and have come on again today (4th Feb). Does this count as a withdrawal bleed or a true period?

I'm confused!

Any help?

Hi girls, been off for a while and I've just been catching up.

@Fredthespider congratulations, it's so good to see more bfps coming though!

@Lushfanatic123 is would say that's your first proper bleed.

I think I'm out this month. I'm having terrible bloating and cramps, mostly just on one side. I was feeling so hopeful at the weekend because I was having vivid dreams and a metallic taste in my mouth. I just think it's pms now. AF is due between Saturday and Tuesday so I might wait and see instead of test. (Say this now with all the hope, we'll see how I dare by Friday...)

I think I'm going to get a doctor's appointment booked in soon. I've been off contraception since November 2017, didn't have a cycle until January 2018, we stopped trying for a bit and only really started again in July. Thankfully DH is very happy to have some tests too.

No sign of AF today, but have awful bloating and cramps today and I've cried a lot today over the smallest things and some big things (like my BFN and more house and work stress). Feel very stressed about a lot of things at the moment but trying to stay positive. We move house this month finally, and have a holiday to look forward to in march. I had dinner tonight with my pregnant friend (the one who got pregnant with both kids first month of trying) and she asked me if I was "trying" and I just said no. I couldn't deal with the questions and wanted to change the subject quickly after my chemical this week.

Morning! Af still not here. Still got mild cramps like af is coming... and still a barely there (am-I-imagining-it) line.

I have the dentist for x rays today so not sure whether to go ahead or not? The fact it’s not darker than yesterday makes me think it’s just a dodgy batch of tests?! 😢

@Langpants I can defo see something there! It is faint though, but hcg can take 2 or 3 days to double. Maybe get a different batch of frer for peace of mind or a different brand?

Thanks Quiffy- glad to know I’m not imagining it. Might head out to get FRER from the chemist rather than from Amazon. Will test again tomorrow. Dentist cancelled today so don’t need to worry about it.

@Katie1109 I definitely find my LH fluctuates a bit especially at the beginning of my cycles, I'd normally get a medium looking OPK straight after AF then stark white a few days after, then darkens again as approaching FW xx

@Langpants I agree with @Quiffy maybe try a different brand if AF is still a no show xx

Hows everyone feeling today ladies?? CD9 for me, got a weird feeling ovulation might happen a day or 2 early for me this month!

OH just had a new job offer, a nice 8k pay rise which will make a HUGE difference. SO happy for him! However I think he is going to feel uncomfortable if we get a BFP now just as he's starting a new job. Talk about timing.

My af seems to have finished...no bleeding since this morning. On Monday I would describe bleeding as light but with some clots, on Tuesday it was medium/heavy flow and today is nothing apart from couple of brown spots this morning. So looks like my af has lasted about 48 hours!

I’ve been feeling really unwell lately and not myself.... as well as craving mango 😳 AF is due in 4 days but I took a pregnancy test today (gut feeling) and it’s come back like this... is this a positive??

I’m freaking out here as it’s only our first TTC cycle (I have one ds, 2 1/2 years old), I had no clue how to use OPK’s and did not expect this to happen AT ALL! Is there any way this could be a false positive? Shall I take another test later tonight or tomorrow? I’ve taken the test at 3pm, so not fmu.... Sorry for all the questions, I’m just freaking out here 😟

@Cookiemonster19 very unlikely to get a false positive that clear, more likely to get a false negative. Congrats x
