About to go into my fertile week and will be testing 29th jan 🙂 this is my 4th cycle trying for my 1st.

Anyone want some company while we enter into another TWW? 🙂

Hello everyone! Thoight I was going to be totally chill about my first ever TWW... I'm not remotely chill! Just trying to focus on other things but going slightly mad and thinking everything is a sign I'm pregnant. Sending love to all! Hey would like to join, this is our first month ttc, ive been doing the clear blue advance digital opk and on the 6th day of flashing smiley I got the static smiley yesterday evening :) we dtd Friday and yesterday so hoping we have a good chance. DH doesn't want to track and just wants to "see what happens", but I cant help it I needed to know when I was ovulating to know weve got a chance! so according to my apps and static smiley yesterday, I will be ovulating today, but I got sharp pains yesterday so not sure exactly. Either way I guess the wait starts now :)

CD11 and I usually Ovulate around CD13/14 so it's all just starting again for another month here! There doesn't look to be too many nights this week that we'll be in the same bed at the same time (we work strange shift patterns..) so I think it's going to have to be a little bit 'organised fun' in our house for the next few days! I wish I felt like I had more time and we could chill out and let things happen if/when they did - but I'm going to be 36 this year and we'd ideally like more than one child, with a decent age gap, so I am a little aware of time! Fingers crossed we'll find our paths cross!

@AsSurprisedAsYouAre I know lots of people who have bd every day during fertile period not caught and then caught the month they hardly did it. So definitely don’t panic just do it when you

So I'm ovulating Tuesday/Wednesday... let's say Wednesday. When does everyone DTD? The last 2 cycles we've done it most days of the fertile window but by the time of ovulation day my partners running out... if that makes sense!! So we're going for every other day during fertile window so far. However with ovulation on Wednesday I'm wondering when's best to do it? We did it yesterday (Sunday) but I think I'll do it Tuesday and Wednesday... however I'd also like to do it Thursday but might do it Friday instead? Xx

P.s anyone using clear blue advanced and had trouble with it? It’s telling me peak on some days then high fertility a week later?

All all , I have been TTC for 2 years.
I am on 1st cycle clomid and will be testing on 23/24th of this month (AF due on 22nd)

Officially in my TTW I think! Ovulated later than I thought so just starting now.

How's everyone feeling?

@AliSxo we're doing every other day from end of AF to 2 days after detected ovulation. I can't be dealing with every day any more, it's too much! Every other day is more sustainable for us in the long run, and I doubt it will make us less likely to get pregnant!

That's a great way of doing it, I don't really start doing it again until about 4/5 days after AF which is usually CD 9/10. Every day during the fertile window it really becomes a chore!! When are you due to ovulate? @bluemoon2468 xx

@AliSxo Natural Cycles has predicted Thursday, so some time this week - it's usually accurate to one day either side. Took an OPK this afternoon and it was pretty dark but not quite positive, so I think tomorrow will be positive. If so, we'll DTD tomorrow as planned then maybe one more time on Thursday then have a little break 😊 I'm just trying to remind myself that the NHS advice is to DTD every 2-3 days throughout your whole cycle and explicitly not to do it every day over your fertile window only, because it's stressful which makes you less likely to conceive.

How long have you been trying for?

@FireflyGirl don’t really know how to pinpoint as I had opks that were positive on cd 11/12 so not sure what to count as ov day?

@bluemoon2468 I'm on my 4th cycle since I had an early MC in early October. I came off the pill in August and got pregnant in September but didn't last. Periods have been heavier since, went to GP who said he wasn't concerned and go back if I haven't conceived by June and they'll to do tests etc. Wish it would just happen I got so so so disheartened last month, I had all the symptoms and the worst indent lines so this month I want to be more relaxed and not testing like a mad woman at 7DPO!! Zx

@AliSxo so sorry to hear about your MC 😔 I have promised myself this month I won't test until at least 10dpo, which is still early I know but better than last month 🙈

@bluemoon2468 I'm with you hun!! 10dpo is a really good time I think because if I get a bfn I'm like it's cool it's still early days but it's not mega early so therefore a waste of a test!! Tbh I normally test 8DPO in the evening I don't know why lol x I thought I'd get a positive OPK today but it's not a positive OPK xxx

Can I ask yous how you would work out how many dpo you are? I’ve never had 3 days of positive opks before and I’m really confused. First positive OPK was on the 11th :/

@Sparkle2020 do you temp? OPKs are sort of useful but I mainly use BBT to know when I ovulated. Generally it will be on the first day you have a negative OPK after positives.

@bluemoon2468 don’t temp as I work shifts so think it would be impossible as it has to be the same time right?

Yeah natural cycles say it has to be within the same 2 hour time frame every day.

Hey everyone 4 DPO, cycle 6. Hoping for a miracle this month. Will be testing on the 24th (trying so hard to hold out, will probably test on the 20th and kick myself)!

Im not sure when I've ovulated, haven't had a positive yet but close to it today, I'm going to assume I'm ovulating today/tomorrow and count Friday as 1DPO - annoying when this happens! X

@AliSxo this is the exact same dates as me! We’ve BD lots since the start of the fertile period, think I’m gonna give us both a rest now - DH has sex fatigue 😂😂. Can’t wait to see what happens!

@Catred4 we've been doing every other day and therefore did it last night but going to do it tonight and Friday and maybe even Saturday!! I think I've been really lucky to catch a positive OPK and I cannot hold my wee for 4 hours in the afternoon and I've got to try and hold out until 7pm now to OPK test again... xxxx fingers crossed for us all this month xxxx

Hello, AF due 26th and trying not to test already.

Only 6dpo but going mad as am gassy as hell, have indigestion and nausea. Weird shooting pain in right boob, boobs appear a bit fuller, bouts of tiredness, vivid dreams I'm pregnant and my cm is now white and clear together (it seems) kinda lotiony but ever so slightly stretchy and unusually for me has a slight smell -nothing nasty buy definitely there.

Sitting on my hands here! Had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago. Last full pregnancy was 21 years ago when I was 16 and oblivious!!!!

Hey folks! Well I got a positive OPK today on CD 13, we will have dtd cd10, 12 & 14 (all being well for tomorrow night!) so hopefully that's enough to put us in the running this month. Fx!
