Ahh that's so good all tallies up with your dates and everything. And that's exactly how mine looked at 8 weeks too! Hopefully it's put your mind at rest a little bit now and with each milestone you'll relax a bit more @Tbug xx

Has anyone else had a bit of red blood after an internal scan? Xxx

Sorry I can’t offer advice @tbug but I am curious are all 8 week scans internal?

That's okay, umm she did do an abdo one but wasn't as clear so she asked if I wanted internal so she could video the heartbeat and get clearer photos so I said yes :) was defo worth it got the cutest video. But when I got home when I wiped there was bright red discharge but went back to brown after that so hoping it had just irritated my cervix :) xxx

@tbug worth it then. yes I’m sure it was just irritation

@Tbug was your partner able to attend, the private clinic is saying no partners which is unlikely to change with the update yesterday, but I think I’m still going to go for it

No he wasn't, I didn't really mind though :) they were lovely!!

@Tbug yes I think normal from irritation, Iknow a few people have a bit of blood from dtd

@Tbug thanks that’s reassuring that you were comfortable. He’s torn between taking day off or not as he can’t come into scan I said see if work will let him go in later. @mrscl19 that’s good to know I haven’t experienced that but good to know if that does happen. Amazing support as always ❤️❤️

Yeah I called the sonographer and she said aslong as it was a small amount and settled now it's okay :)

@tbug that’s good to hear, have you had a date for your 12 week scan yet?

Yeah the 9th June :) when is yours?

@tbug wow not long, no date yet got phone call with midwife Monday so hopefully this become clear after that

Had a scan today at 7+2 and all is measuring to date - saw a flickering heartbeat as well [heart]
