Posted on a few threads but think it's about the time I might know what I'm sorta on about! Ha!

Looking for some TTC Buddies I can what's app :-)

A bit about me, I'm 28.. 29 in April.. my husband is a year younger than me. We've been married just over a year and together for 9 years this July.

I came off the pill Cerelle 24th November after years of the pill then implant and then the pill again. Never had periods on any. Just a few withdrawals when I missed a few pills.

Anyway! Been actively TTC since my withdrawal bleed 25-29th November.

Finally after a December of no Flo she's arrived today. So finally I can accurately start trying to track on Ovia!

I think my DH would have a breakdown if he saw all the OPKs and pregnancy tests
He doesn't know I track BBT either. Luckily I constantly have parcels delivered, so he never asks. Weirdly I send them all to my mum's house (she's usually home) which seems even more kind of odd. She doesn't know either.

OMG - loved the Emma Willis series. I've binge watched loads of the one born shows too (was say yes to the dress prior to my wedding, I've now moved on) and it's somewhat addictive. Having said that- if I ever get a BFP I'm literally going to shit myself. Getting it in will have suddenly seemed really easy, compared to getting it out. I'm old (37) and I feel decidedly unstretchy. I will spend 9 months having a breakdown about it.

As for the link- how ridiculous. But of course I'm going to have to now go off and have a look.....

I've just read some of the link. OMG. I did laugh. I'm trying not to take all of this too seriously (don't want to become stressed) but really?
Firstly, they must note every little thing down, every day. I can't remember how I felt 4 hours ago, let alone every day from 1dpo.
I think I have many of those things most bloody months?! Although- I've had spotting up to 2 days ago (but then I often do after ovulation and also do towards end of my cycle), cramps, and I feel snuffly on and off! Throat feels funny on and off as well. Like I'm getting something but then it goes. So maybe there is hope yet!
Or a big fat cold and a period all arriving at once? Yay. Lol.

I only flicked through a few but going off that:

• Tingly tummy ✔️
• Gums starting to bleed ✔️
• Sore boobs ✔️
• Creamy CM ✔️
• Headaches ✔️
• Dehydration ✔️
• Tired ✔️
• Gassy ✔️

At a possible 2DPO I think I'm smashing it 😆

@MimiArm Hahaha, you'll be on one of those reality shows. didn't know I was pregnant, went to the loo and my baby came out!

Omg I'd be trying to get it back up there, wouldn't know what to do. I can raise them on my own but not birth them haha

Genuine question: If our beloveds read through these or heard all of this IRL, literally the ins and outs of our bodies, how long till they would want to have sex with us again? 🤪🤪😂

I think my DH would be horrified by this whole thing. But he'd forget to be put off sex, after about 3 minutes!

I told my husband I think I felt ovulation the other day and he was totally mind blown. His words were "OMG that's like me feeling my balls create sperm!" ok hun!

My mother was 45 when she had my younger sister, so that always soothes away my age related worries!

Ps @Anon87 my sister didn’t know she was pregnant until she was in labour, yep them people are worse than the surprise pregnancies 😑😑oh we weren’t even trying to oh I didn’t even put a pound on and I was 9 months and then he just fell out - fuck away off will ye

I'm making a chilli for tea.

Based on this madness.... Spice brings on labour so if i make this extra spicy it'll bring on implantation.

I have just started a tv show Big Little Lies to distract myself and it’s all about Mothers ...only I could manage this

DH is blissfully unaware of most things, I’ve not been able to bring myself to talk to him about mucus 😂

@whatsthecraic91 At what point did she realise it was labour?! I had a friend recently who didn’t realise she was pregnant until she was about 25 weeks. She went to hospital for a scan for a suspected hernia. It was a baby... (she did have a hernia too as it turned out, but it was definitely the baby causing her bump!)

This is possibly the best bus ever. Catching up after an afternoon with my friend and her gorgeous baby (broody as hell!) and this really brightened my afternoon!

How much do you all tell your DP/DHs? I never told mine I started OPKs I’ve just been peeing every morning in secret and hiding them in the bin... I didn’t want him to feel pressured in any way but also know that’s a bit mad because we’re trying to do this together!

@notetaker @MrsTwentySeven she was away travelling for a year at the time with her DP and was probably having too much fun to notice anything! Phoned home one day and was like I had a baby! We all died - complete shocker! I don’t know how it happens, but it does!!

Apparently my Nan went in with severe leg cramps and came out with my Mum. I don't know the whole truth, stories get shortened, but there'll still be something that she didn't know for a long time and that was her 3rd!

@notetaker If I've jinxed myself with these triplets 😳

I should add she was examined by a doctor in Australia who sent her to hospital with suspected gallstones 😂 yea wasn’t gallstones 🤣
