TTC awhile now

Hey, I've started a more broad thread this month rather than a bus so we can keep it going rather than starting new ones every month.

Here are my stats
TTC no 2 (2 years to have no 1 but we weren't actively trying and I knew nothing about my cycle and DTD not so often)
Cycle 12
AF/BFP 12th Jan
Age 30

@Hola84 how many times a day are you testing and how long was your last cycle? X

@Kataa I've had an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound and they said I've a few small cysts on my right ovary but that they wouldn't be worried they were so small but they said they would have to do a laparoscopy to see if there is ENDO. The waiting for the appointment is annoying though hoping this is my month and I won't have to get it done 😁🤞🏼

@BFP2020, it was 26 days X I try to do it twice a day, in the afternoon and then around 8pm x

@Hola84 So CD 14 today and you haven't had a positive OPK yet? Have you a picture of this mornings one? Are your cycles normally 2 days?

I'm feeling a bit blah today I have started going to the gym again since CD 1 as I was told its supposed to help PMS went last night and did legs and a bit of Abs and have a bit of a weird feeling now in my uterus area but dunno is it muscle pain or PMS cramps they re normally a good bit stronger than this if AF cramps so I'm hoping its Muscle pain!!! Going to do arms now at 5.30. Might go spinning too at the weekend really helps to take the might off TTC and really gives you good endorphins xx

@BFP2020 there isn't the option of ivf because me and DH already have a child together so apparently we wouldn't be eligible for it on the NHS and we can't afford to go private x

@BFP2020, the picture won't upload, but if you imagine the faintest second line ever, that would be it! I think I might have missed it I guess, perhaps didn't notice it over busy NYE/new year day. Especially as I don't have any other Ov signs.. nothing at all. few OV calculators I have used say todays the day, but nothing really to back it up. Well done to you for starting the excersizes, I am so impressed! It certainly sounds like a good idea to take the mind off this craziness, plus it's good for the body and the soul 🙌👏👏👏👏 do you enjoy it? I seem to be super up for it for the first few days, and then I find every excuse in the world to avoid it! X

@Hola84 u can ovulate late too and just have a longer cycle I ovulate every month between CD15-17 and my cycles are 28-30 days long I'm extremely regular which makes it so annoying!! Keep testing for another few days just in case and get plenty of DTD in!!

I actually really enjoy the gym once in there it's just hard sometimes to motivate myself to go. X

March going to go back to start I think clomid according to gyno specialist.
Currently 8dpo (awaiting the special bfp)

@BFP2020, thanks so much, it looks nothing like it lol 😂 still DTDing just in case, but will carry on with the tests.. I've read some ladies start OPKs from the first day post period just to be sure, so I guess I will try that next month (preparing for bad news already 😅) are you girls taking any vitamins or meds for support?

Thank you, I'm taking complex B for now hoping to lengthen cycle from 25 days hoping that will help. Are you taking any?

@Kiki87, I was taking folic acid for some time, but stopped back in November. I probably should start again and try some vitamins as well X when I went to gyno back in Oct the doctor said it takes 6 months and thats a solid average that the doctors go by. She said that if nothing happens by Feb (my next visit) she will prescribe something for me to create the more pleasant internal environment and for the husband to empower the swimmers. After having DS so quickly, I never would have thought that we may actually need the support. So old and still so naive 😂😂 I do hope though that it's not the another cyst as it will mean more waiting.

@Hola84 fingers crossed for you! I went private to find my endo, best decision I made. Worth trying if your considering. Good that you ovulate and can feel it. I'm the same I can feel it too. First time this month I have sore nipples from ovulation tho but I've promised myself not to get hopes up 😂

@Kiki87, I actually don't have any Ov signs, sorry if I confused you anyhow, its my first time using the threat and all the acronyms. But in terms of OV signs, nothing at all. I mentioned in the earlier post that today is supposed to be the day but no physical signs as such whatsoever X oh well, I guess there is always a little hope 😅 X good luck Kiki!

4dpo... Not feeling very hopeful that this is our month lol, this cycle I temped properly and can't see I ovulated on cd15 which was Monday. I have a 28-29day cycle! Definitely been dtd around ovulation day every month for the past 5 months yet still nothing 😬😬😬 conceived my son super quick so this is new to me

@Kiki87 welcome I'm thinking of going private to confirm if I have ENDO just waiting to see if I get AF on the 12th and then will get my doctor to refer me privately she referred me publicly in Oct and I'm told it could be Feb before I get an app and it could be 2 years before I get a lap!

@BFP2020 that's a crazy wait! I had my referral, 2 weeks later I was at consultation and 3 weeks later I was at my op and only delayed because of time off at work. 100‰ go for it! Let me know how you get on and if you have any questions I'll be happy to help. X

@BFP2020 heavy painful periods and not being able to convieve x

@Ellsbells112 the doctor suspects I do I get very bad O pains and get really bad cramps and backache I can get them from O or a week before AF is due. Pain is so bad I have to take Ponstan and most months I just stick it out because I'm afraid it will affect my chances that month🤦🏻‍♀️

@Kiki87 thing is I don't get heavy periods. Did you get bad ovulation pain? I can get 3 days of it! I get my pain before AF and a lot of it is in my back!
