Hi everyone, just making this thread as it seems a few of us will be trying SMEP to TTC! Adding these lovely ladies in from another thread but I hope everyone feels free to join! All welcome :)

Some stats about me:

TTC #1
27 years old, DH is 28 years old
Missed miscarriage in October 2019 at 7+2 weeks
Still in that cycle (no AF yet)
Long and irregular cycles, some anovulatory
Suspected low progesterone/hypothyroidism (I think this based on symptoms, not diagnosed yet!)

Hope we can all provide support for each other in this crazy TTC journey.

Hi @ChampooPapi I'm doing well thanks. How are you? I'm 6DPO today. No symptom spotting thus far (well.. a teeny bit - but nothing like last month) just trying to keep chilled. I even bought a new Clear Blue Ovulation kit for next cycle!

It sounds like you are covered in terms of DTD and ovulation date. Let us know what happens Sunday/Monday. You know that whatever the outcome, you have us lovely ladies on this thread. As always, keeping everything crossed that your period does not arrive.

Glad you're feeling much better just logging in every now and then. Mumsnet can be all-consuming sometimes can't it? What have you been up to during the TWW? How are you feeling? x

@danielasummer still crazy and still no sleep! 36.62 at 4.40am and 37.00 at 6.30am. Both with only 2 hours sleep. So your guess is as good as mine!

Interestingly I took it this afternoon because I was bored. Even though it means nothing. Was only 35.96? Would have expected higher in the day than morning, so that was a revelation. 😂

@danielasummer actually- it was 3.40am.....

@paintfairy hi, how are you getting on? How have your temps been?

@daniellasummer Given up with temps. Still not sleeping. Had a tiny bit of brown spotting yesterday. I usually red spot/ bleed a fair bit before AF and so I'm waiting for that to happen! If I ovulated CD11 then it would normally be happening now. But if it was CD13 then obviously it throws it out. So I've no idea! AF therefore could be due Friday or Sunday. Unhelpful. Remaining optimistic but it's getting hard now!
I'm CD23 today.

Hey everyone, unfortunately my pregnancy has ended in a MC, im now in 2 minds to keep trying or have a break 😒

@Shazzzzz I'm sorry. It's fairly common, not that this helps, but fingers crossed it won't take too long for a BFP again. At least you know it can happen. I hope you are ok x

@Shazzzzz I'm so so sorry to hear that, I really am. I had a little tear reading your comment. My heart goes out to you.

There are a few of us on here that have suffered miscarriages, including myself. Right now, there are no words, and it is your time to grieve, but I will just say that I've found time does help to heal.

Your head may be a little foggy with what is going on but in time your heart will tell you when you are ready to try again.

@paintfairy @danielasummer Thank you, im ok just shocked and upset but i will be fine. im a big believer in if its meant to be it will be and i cant change my opinion now.

@Lnix thats exactly what j am doing, there was nothing i could do and its nice to know there is a lot of support in this chat.

@ChampooPapi im fine, it happened really quick, i started bleeding red blood friday and haven't bled at all today so EPU said my body has done really well.

Im a bit confused now because is this classed as a period?

I hate not knowing what is going on with my body!

@ChampooPapi I know.. it's horrible that this happens so often. Just when you start to get excited. How are you doing? x

@Shazzzzz I was told that the first day of bleeding is day 1 of your cycle, so you would be on calendar day 5 today. It's a really scary time and your body is going through lots of changes quickly, so take time to rest up x

@danielasummer oh brill, sounds normal already as AF only last 5 days too. How are you getting on? What CD are you? Xx

Hey @Shazzzzz , I’m 31 and I am a mum of 2 girls. One is 9 and the other is 5. I know I am extremely lucky to have 2 little girls but I really don’t feel like my baby days are complete and would love to have 1 more! So I’m now in cycle 2 CD 1! So hoping this will be the month. I’ve never posted on these groups before and I think it’s so refreshing to see woman all supporting each other in what can be a really stressful time! Look forward to seeing lots of positive stories 😍

@Shazzzzz really hoping you cycles get back to normal for you soon. I'm on CD38, 13DPO to AF due either today, tomorrow or Friday. Feeling strangely chilled this cycle. x
