AF came this morning so will have bloods done tomorrow on day 2 because day three falls on Saturday (typical!! 🤦🏻‍♀️)

@anny27 blood is coming I went for the toilet and its up there ready to come down I'm just so so so fucking done with all of this shit I have tried everything to get pregnant there's nothing more except for fucking science to make this work I'm so FUCKING DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

@gems7 hopefully day 2 will be fine! Had mine done on Tuesday day 3 so probably grt the result back next week and then I have my ultrasound next week as well!

Its all consuming this ttc malarkey!!! I am not doing OPKS this month as it just stresses me out and I think dtd every other day is best for us anyway! Less stress :) and it will either be dtd on ovulation day or the day before:)

@Annny27 do you have an apt scheduled to flush your tubes?
My ultrasound is booked in for 16th November and I have to call back this afternoon to arrange my hysterosalpingography where they put dye in my tubes.. is that what you had @Missgoldilocks? Does it hurt? 😣 xx

@gems7 they haven't said that yet but I have a face to face discussion with the nurse after my ultrasound so perhaps they'll mention the next steps after that!

I have heard that the tube flushing isn't pleasant:S another reason why I am angry that all my partner has to do is wank in a cup 🤣

@Annny27 well I just called them to book
It in and they are waiting for some more information from my consultant, not sure what but she said they will send me a letter asking me to call them to arrange it when I start my period (which I have today) so it's looking like next cycle at least for that procedure anyway. Xx

@Gems7 it doesn't hurt, well it didn't for me but everyone is different. Take some painkillers an hour before you should be fine. A few hours after I was a little crampy but that's it xx
Let's hope you fall pregnant after that!! Also, my friend was having cp about 3 in a row then she got cupping done and a massive blood clot came out of her like where her ovary was in the cup, then she fell pregnant straight away, I dunno. If I've told you that already? Might be worth it to give it a go x

@Missgoldilocks I am glad yours wasn't painful! Gives me hope incase I need one, which I imagine they will do for me at some point! Did AF arrived properly?

@Gems7 did you manage to get your bloods? Ahh another month to wait then!

@Annny27 yes lovey I did, 8 tubes she took from me! 😩 I don't know what the chuff they are testing but must be bloody allsorts with 8 tubes of blood, I wasn't prepared for that at all.
At least it's done now though, That's another thing ticked off!

I have a load of ewcm today at cycle day 9 so I think it may be a slightly early ovulation at maybe cd12 or something. I have mynultrasound on Wednesday so hopefully they can see some follicles getting ready to release and egg!

I've just finished af so nothing exciting over here till next week which will be fertile week. Keeping busy and motivated by losing weight and eating healthy lol I just got to stay focused this time instead of letting myself get sad and losing motivation!

Nice to not have AF any more! :) @missgoldilocks yeah its easy to fall into the not caring about health and weight trap isnt it! Especially when we are so sad about ttc

I had my ultrasound today and all looks okay - she said I am due to ovulate soon which adds up with my ewcm smile just took an opk to see and its nearly positive so definitely on the way to ovulationsmile she also said she sees no reason why we haven't conceived......! Promising but also annoying haha

Glad your ultrasound was okay @Annny27 it is annoying that you haven't conceived but at least you know everything is in good working order. Did your OH get some supplements for his sperm? It could be something as simple as that. Fingers crossed
I'm CD9 today and I actually had to check because I haven't been paying attention, did my first ovulation stick this morning and I usually start earlier but I'm just so over it 🥱
Had bloods done, semen analysis done, had a smear and other vaginal swabs the other day and have my ultrasound on 16th November so just waiting for everything to come back.
Booked a holiday for April next year aswell, sick of not living my life and putting everything on hold "just Incase" I'm pregnant

@gems7 yep my OH is on vitamins now everyday and is wearing loose boxers! So fingers crossed. Yes for the holiday!! We have to start living and not waiting around "just incase"

Hey girls @PrettyTulip @Gems7 @anny27 how are you all? I've taken a breather from mumsnet finding myself not being bothered c anymore which is a great feeling 😂 haven't thought about concieving much then bam fertile week is here and that excitement is back of maybe! Rolls eyes
I'm cd13 today also, great news I have my fertility appointment tomorrow. Turns out they did mean to ring me and give me an earlier appointment Thank god! I mean I don't really know what they are going to say to me since I've done most of the tests I think but excited to see if they have anything else lol

@missgoldilocks I think we are all spending less time on mumsnet now haha!
How was your fertility appointment?

I honestly don't know whether I am 5, 6 or 7dpo! Because I am not obsessively checking my app haha!

@anny27 ahh that's a good feeling of not knowing!! So my fertility appointment went well! She said the hycosy can only show 40 percent of what's going on so she's booked me in for a Laparoscopy on the 25th November! I'm excited to find out if there's any issues, I know it sounds crazy but I'm hoping she says yes there was adhesions and I got rid of them so you should be okay now lol instead of "everything is clear I don't know why you aren't getting pregnant" haha. She said I was a high risk of having adhesions because I've had terminations and a copper coil!! I'm never using contraception again. So yeah that's great news, I don't think we have much of a chance of conceiving this cycle since we didn't really try, we just did insemination and I don't know when i ovulated! OK cd15 today but I think I ovulated a couple of days ago weirdly my cycles are messed up, I got a solid face yesterday but no other signs of ovulation and I had ewcm over the weekend so I am baffled but I don't really care because I'm just excited for the Laparoscopy. Last night we was umming and aahing of whether to dtd and I was just like you know what noooo I don't want to 😅😂 first time ever lol. How are you doing? Xxx sorry for such a long message

found out a close family member has cancer so it's been a tough few weeks so just hoping it will be good news and not the worst case scenario.

@PrettyTulip oh hun that's awful I know how it is! My mum went in for surgery on Wednesday to cut out the cancer. She was very lucky we hope it doesn't come back and I hope your family member will have the same sort of scenario!! Well done on losing the weight!! Easy peasy xx

I think we all have that "fuck it" attitude this month don't we.. I've started to put TTC out of my mind a little bit (until there's another pregnancy announcement then it's like a stab to the gut)
I only peed on 2 sticks this cycle, couldn't be bothered after that so not sure when I ovulated either but only DTD twice in my expected FW

I am CD17 today so should have ovulated I think.. although still have lots of EWCM this morning..
I never used to get much of it but after my MC I seem to get loads every month now, so strange!
OH's sperm analysis results came back normal, which is a relief, I have my ultrasound on 16th..

@Missgoldilocks had a big smile on my face when I read that you'd got your fertility apt! That's so amazing! Finally can get some bloody answers! Great news about your mum aswell, hope she's feeling okay after her surgery

@PrettyTulip yey on the 4K - knew you could do it 😉 you show em!! Have you called them back to try arrange an appointment?
