@Missgoldilocks omg we have been talking on here for so long! As if we are all still here 😭😭 well @laur89 would have maybe had her baby by now so there's one success story!

Hey girls, how are you all? Sorry I've not checked in recently, lots going on here preparing for the new arrival and dealing with a toddler 🤦‍♀️ still not had him yet... I'm 37 weeks now so could come at anytime! I will let you all know when he's here :)
I'm still thinking about you all and hoping you all get your BFPs, I still feel part of your journeys ☺️ big hugs to you all xxx

@Missgoldilocks I'm good thanks, CD6, nothing to report apart from the odd cramp, bloating but that's normal!
Fertility apt this afternoon, excited and anxious. OH dropping sperm sample off too, so hopefully get some answers soon, I'll let you all know how I get on.

@Gems7 I don't even know what dpo I am!! Lol but had some great news!! The hospital rang me today and asked if I wanted to be moved to another nearby hospital that have fertility appointments now!! So I said yes obvs and just waiting on a phone call with an appointment sooo happy 😊. Good luck today let us know xx

@Missgoldilocks fantastic you're getting some treatment sooner! Fingers crossed you get somewhere in the next month or two!

My update; had a call from the drs this morning. The hospital has refused my referral because I'm 4kg over the entry bmi 😤😤 I've got to lose that 4kg so the drs can refer me again but the hospital won't physically see me until I'm at least 30bmi which is complete and utter bullshit. BMI is such a bad judgement of health, you can be super skinny and have a high BMI ... argggh lol 😂 I'm gonna be TTC forever x x

@PrettyTulip that's such a fucking pisstake!! Bmi is bollocks and was created for insurance companies!! When I was at my slimmest and moooost fittest ever my Bmi was obese!! 😳😩 They are such shit talkers fuck them! But you know what 4kg is so easy to lose you can lose that in water weight literally do one week of NO carbs and you'll have dropped it, so get an appointment and say you've dropped the weight or whatever if they need to weigh you and make sure it's at the end of the first week you have stopped all carbs and drink loads of water every day guarantee 4 kg (or more) will be gone x

@PrettyTulip it's complete and utter shit!! I'm a size 12, healthy, fit, and my BMI still goes into "overweight" .. My weight is fine though I'm happy with it. I'm slim and healthy, I have been in the "normal" BMI category in my twenties and I looked hideous and so poorly. I was told constantly I needed to put weight on so don't beat yourself up over it. That shitty BMI calculator does NOT define everybodys perfect weight, it can't because no two bodies are the same. But like @Missgoldilocks said, to tick the boxes 4kg isn't hard to lose girl, you can do it!!

Had my apt this afternoon, left feeling a bit underwhelmed really. I need to have bloods taken at the beginning of my next cycle to check hormones (not a clue which ones) , and also a scan of my ovaries to see my follicles, eggs etc and then he said they would flush my tubes 😣
He said I can continue with the herbal progesterone (haven't taken it since April) he said many women continue taking it into their pregnancies and are fine but obviously couldn't cement the fact that it's 100% fine because it's not a licensed medicine.
Once all the results etc come back then they will prescribe me progesterone pessaries if I need them.
So not much to take away from it all really but I don't know what I expected, at least I'm further along than I was!

Morning everyone :) 12dpo no symptoms so imagine AF will be on the way. Sick of it all now haha

@Gems7 that sounds similar to me tbh - I am having bloods done at start of next cycle and then a mid cycle ultrasound (oh joy I get to have one of them again.......)

Did they do you day 21 bloods? I had mine on Monday

@PrettyTulip thats so rubbish :( sorry lovely! Hopefully the weight is easy to lose and that you can get referred super quickly!!!

@anny27 yeah, I can't imagine what else they can do? I've had all tests done lol and everything is normal. I guess they could do a Laparoscopy (had to Google that spelling haha) so I dunno. I think for me it wil be just waiting and hoping for bfp and if not then January medical intervention x

Thanks for the support ladies. It means a lot. Found a local fertility clinic that will do a fertility assessment on me and DH for £400 so think I'm gonna do that xx

@Annny27 I really hope so. It's nearly 2yrs for me now. On the plus side I've lost nearly a kilo in a week so that's promising 🤗

Sorry you've got brown spotting at the moment. It's such a bummer isn't it. Especially when you know your body can get pregnant. Sending hugs and hoping you don't have the extreme of ivf xx

AF arrived so cd1! And I am getting my day 1-5 tests done on Tuesday on day 3 🥰

@prettytulip well done on the weight loss!! I have actually stopped counting my cycles now as there's no point knowing how many months of torture it has been haha 😭😂

My progesterone came back as 67 so optimal :D so no need for the progesterone supplements for me!

And got my ultrasound booked for next week

@Annny27 Hey hun, so glad your progesterone came back fine, that's another tick 😊
They didn't check mine no, I haven't had them checked since last year, the consultant didn't seem overly concerned about my progesterone because it fluctuates month to month but I still would have liked it checking 🙄
I'm 12DPO today, just waiting for AF in a few days then I can go for my blood tests, he told me to have it don't any day between 1-3 but everything I read online says day 3??
AF is due Thursday though so if she comes on time for me I will have to have my test on day 2 because day 3 would be a Saturday..
I had a negative test yesterday though, I took one because I wanted a few glasses of wine with our meal out last night and didn't want to feel guilty about it.

I'm just so fed up of it all 😔 I've felt so "sad" this weekend, just longing to have a baby so badly and scared it's never going to happen for us.
I'm happy that at least we are closer to finding out what the chuff is going on!! Hopefully the sperm analysis should come back soon.. ? It was a week ago now almost!

I'm cd27 today so af will be here tomorrow or Wednesday. I got af pains this morning so I guess it will come as it always does

I go through periods of being super sad and then periods of being meh about it all. I am a bit meh right now like waiting and I feel it isnt gonna happen!

@gems7 mine said day 1-5 and I am having them tomorrow at day 3. I am sure if it really mattered they would state the exact day like they do with the progesterone checks!

@missgoldilocks sorry you think AF is on the way :( I can pretty much tell by about 11 or 12dpo if AF is coming!

@Annny27 oh that's made me feel better then, I'll just see what day AF lands and that will determine what day I can go get them done factoring in the weekend!
CD28 for me today but I've been ovulating later on CD16 so it's make my cycles slightly longer.
I have AF type twinges though so i know she's on her way! 🙄

Found out the semen sample was contaminated so has to be done again! 😤 don't know how the hell that could happen though!! they must have messed it up at the hospital! So annoying.

I haven't come on yet but I will, my app is saying tomorrow though I was hoping it would come today since its cd29 and would normally come today if those effing soy isoflavones didn't mess me up!! I don't know why it chose tomorrow though since last month af came on cd32 😱

@Missgoldilocks oh I know how you feel lovely, I'm in the same boat, wishing AF would come, my cycles are longer now for some reason and I'm sick of it! 😤 need to have blood tests ideally on day 3 but that's going to fall on the weekend now 😣 so I don't know what to do. so sick of it now, why does literally everything have to be a struggle!

@Annny27 they told him there were no appointments now to drop the second sample off until nearly the end of November but fortunately the nice lady he spoke to at the hospital squeezed him in for this Friday.

@Gems7 and so she bloody should! Been contaminated and wanted you guys to wait that long? I don't think so 😬. I know, it's so annoying and I like toy with the idea of "what if I'm pregnant" it's such a wind up but I'm too scared to test lol. That brown cm the other day was only when I touched my cervix nothing on the tissue or my knickers. Then yesterday whenever I checked my cm was just creamy lol I mean you'd think I'd be so over this shit by now knowing there's no point in tormenting myself!! I know it's going to come :( sooo I just need to shut up x

@Missgoldilocks listen.. DO NOT rule yourself out. They say it happens when you least expect it and I would say that you definitely aren't expecting it right now! Do a test.. quick.. what have you got to lose!!! If it's negative it's negative, no sweat, onto another month.. but you are allowed to think "what if".. I will be ecstatic if you get your BFP!!!

And I know.. the cheeky sods!!! The sample is mysteriously contaminated then you want us to wait another month... I THINK NOT!! Xxx
