@Annny27 I would probably hold off with the progesterone yes, otherwise they won't have a true reflection of your levels will they.. the pessaries will give you a higher result.. xx

@Gems7 No need to thank me I was literally praying silently in my head hoping I would start seeing positives test! It made me angry! I think I would have already flushed my head! I honestly hope you girls are not waiting much longer!! You are all incredibly strong and have so much will power to continue! X

@Gems7 snap! Mine hasn't started properly yet its doing that gay thing where I bleed if I do a bowl movement lol but I other than that it's not coming down properly so tomorrow will probably be full flow! Sorry af got you :( but indeed we try again!! ❤️

@PrettyTulip god that's so awful. I'm sorry 😢 my friend just told me she's about to start trying for a baby and I'm happy for her but I'm like omg if she falls straight away ill have to go away and have a cry!!! Xxxxx

Evening girls :D my DH had his SA analysis today so should get the results in a week or so they said! He said he had to go into the room, deposit his sample(👀 😂) and then put it into a hatch and press a buzzer and then the lab is on the other side and they take the sample to start the analysis. He said there was a sleezy magazine in the room 😂😂

@PrettyTulip how are you feeling now?

@Gems7 I spoke to the GP and they said no progesterone this month to make sure my blood tests are accurate :)

@Missgoldilocks yeah when you see blood you just want it to start properly asap!

@Annny27 omg yey he had it.. at least it's another thing ticked off now for you and hopefully you can get referred. A sleezy mag 🙈🤣 bet it was well old too haha
My OH actually called the GP also today and booked his SA for next Tuesday, I nearly collapsed in shock when he messaged me to say he had done it! 🥳🥳🥳 HALLELUJAH 🥳🥳🥳 so it's his turn at the GP with a communal porn mag next haha

I finally rang my drs today after waiting since May to hear from them. Turns out they won't book infertility treatment off their own back without my say so (even tho the hospital said too) but will now get the ball rolling.

My 21 day and day 2-5 bloods are no good from December tho so I'm going on Monday to do a fresh set (she said it doesn't matter on the specific dates because I'm not having a cycle to go by). Then she's keeping an eye on the results and when they come in she's doing the referral straight away... so that's good I suppose xx

@PrettyTulip hey hunnie, so so glad you're getting the help you need now :) did you get the bloods done and did you recieve the results? I got my results and they all looked normal pretty much I didn't need to talk to a doctor so guessing they are!

I've been quiet, over the weekend we found out my mum has cancer which has been a shock. I thought she would just have polyps or something but no they found a tumour in her colon. It's been a really weird time, it hadn't really hit me yet but it will once we know more. Obviously we are praying that it's not further along and that it can just get cut out, obviously still stressful but treatable. She has a ct scan on Friday to see if its spread anywhere else and then we will know more. Its just crazy really you never think its gonna happen x

@Missgoldilocks I am so sorry! That must be such a shock and stress for all the family :( I'll be thinking of you all on Friday and praying for an as good a result as possible!

@PrettyTulip thats good that you can have those tests at any day haha! One step closer to ovulation support :D

I'm good thanks, sorry to hear about your mums diagnosis, that's really shit, must be such an anxious time for you. Hopefully they have caught it early, there's so much they can do these days in terms of treatment, I will be keeping you in my thoughts and hoping it hasn't spread. Puts things into perspective doesn't it, sending you huge hugs.

I am CD8 today, will start DTD every other day from today, OH went for blood tests this morning and collected his sample pot 🙈 he has to take it to the hospital on the same day as my appointment (13th Oct) we are with different hospitals aswell so that was a coincidence that it was the same date. I'm registered with the fertility clinic of the hospital I work for because it's easier and he's going to the hospital closer to where we live.
Not long to wait now though for some answers.
Sick of spending shit loads on ovulation tests and pregnancy tests!! 🥴
Seems pretty irrelevant really with what you and your family are going through though. Xx

@Gems7 don't be silly! You've been going through it these past months and I really hope you get the answers you need and want! So glad they got you in quickly, I think down here there must be a massive back log hence why I'm waiting till january! Keep me posted I hope you get good news either way :) xxx yeah there is so much they can do, honestly I just hope it's early stages and they can cut it out you know? And now we have to wait to see what stage it is I think that's probably the hardest part the wondering. My mum is being so strong about it though I'm sort of amazed she's always so emotional but she's really held it together. Xx

@anny27 will you start bding now though? Good luck for this cycle xx I'll be ovulating next week wednesday and I'll be I Italy over the weekend. So annoying that I booked it for when I would be fertile but those bloody isoflavones changed my date :/ oh well xx

@Missgoldilocks how did you mums scan go? 🤞🤞 I hope you have a lovely time in Italy! It will still be fertile week for you even if ovilation isn't untill Wednesday:)

@Gems7 thats good thay appointments and things are getting rolling :) I had a letter a few days ago and my initial consultation is on Monday with the fertility nhs team :) its just the first step but I hope its useful!

@prettytulip have you had your bloods redone?

@Missgoldilocks I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. How gut wrenching for you! There is seriously no words.. I hope they've caught it nice and early and that she'll kick its big hairy ass!! 😘

@Annny27 hello my love. When's your appt? At least the ball will be rolling for you. Yes I had my bloods done Monday morning and had texts Monday evening to say they'd all come back 'normal'-whatever that means. Hopefully the GP will do the referral now as she said she was going to keep an eye.
I just have the feeling I'm gonna be fobbed off with I'm infertile due to being overweight, (i haven't yet...) but I know so many people much bigger than myself who can pump babies out of them like there is no tomorrow... gahhhhh 🥺

Oh no hopefully they don't just say loose weight - Are you much overweight or not that much? I am very slim and still struggling with infertility so honestly has nothing to do with it I think haha! 😂

had my fertility consultation this morning. I am having my progesteron check next week and then of we don't conceive, the cycle after I will gave my days 1-5 blood tests plus rubella and will then have a mid cycle transvaginal ultrasound around day 10-14 to check everything is okay!

I am always happy when they say "you are so young".

@Annny27 hey chick. Glad they are finally doing something for you. Hopefully you'll relax a bit now knowing you may be getting some answers sooner rather than later.

My doctor just called me this morning. She said my bloods are well within normal levels so she can't see any reason why I wouldn't be ovulating or having a regular period. She's sent me an infertility referral to gynaecology (on my phone so I've got it straight away), I just need to book my appt now! She mentioned clomid on the phone so I'm guessing that's what they're gonna do in the first instance.
I am overweight yes, but relatively healthy in every other aspect of life. I gained weight quickly and have never been able to lose it - a sure sign of PCOS? X

@Annny27 so glad you are getting somewhere, you got your apt through quickly didn't you. Have you ever had your progesterone levels checked before? I know you got the pessaries privately but did they actually check your levels for you when you went?
I'm so glad things are moving along now for you though, you must feel a little bit better now things are being checked and looked into.
My apt is next tuesday but it's a face to face one in the hospital, so I'm really hoping they will check my progesterone on that day, it will be CD22 so will be pretty much perfect timing for it.

@PrettyTulip Defo sounds like PCOS symptoms doesn't it.. somebody I know took clinic and it was like a miracle drug, worked first time for both of her pregnancies! Fingers crossed it does for you too.

Hey girls glad you're all doing fine. We seem to be ovulating around the same time this month lol I'm cd13 today and will probably ovulate cd15 which will be Wednesday. Just came. Back from Italy had lovely. I holiday sex on Saturday and trying not to track or anything like that this month. Will dtd tomorrow and Wednesday but not tonight.

@Gems7 she's okay thank you for asking :) we are still waiting to hear the results hopefully nearer the end of the week we get something back from the docs as to what the plan is and what stage it is xx

@gems7 yes it was all pretty quick which I am really pleased about :) my 7dpo bloods test will actually be on 8/9 dpo because 7dpo falls on the weekend.....they said this was fine but it may need to be repeated next month which is fine. And no 8 have never had progesterone tested before so this will be interesting!

Oh thata good that yours is soon as well! We'll probably get the same sort of tests

Snap!! Ovulation day for me aswell, CD16, got my peak last night. My last cycle was a couple
Of days longer than usual and it looks like this one will be too.. I usually ovulate day 14-15.
Hospital fertility apt next Tuesday
